Dennis Ngai at eXp Realty was an absolute pleasure to work with! As a first time home buyer, I was extremely nervous and intimidated to start the home buying process. Dennis made the entire process smooth and easy. He was extremely responsive and provided great information. When I finally found the home of my dreams, I was sure that I would get out offered, but to my surprise, Dennis made the impossible…possible, and we got the house! On top of just being a lovely and kind person, Dennis was very knowledgeable about the market and options, thoughtful about what our needs and priorities were, honest and professional with us and other agents, and he brought a relaxing and fun energy to the home buying experience. The search for my new home was a long journey – 1 year.At the beginning I was looking for my dream house, but life changed a lot during my search. We adjusted to these changes and finally I found house for my needs. Dennis never complained, was a very patient, honest and kind. He always tried to find the best property for us. Denis is such a great realtor. He was very professional and always available everytime I need to ask something. He always get you updated on what’s going on and whats going to expect down the line. My experience with him was excellent. I don’t think I would ever know what to do without him. I’m comparing the experience that my parents have before with their realtor and he was above and beyond. Dennis was my realtor and it was so easy to work with him. He was always available, worked around the clock, was great with communication and I never felt rushed or pressured to make difficult decisions. Dennis was amazing! I absolutely recommend him if you are in the market for a realtor. My husband and i were in a time crunch to find and close on a house in a very shirt timeframe. Dennis made it happen, even in the competitive Elk Grove market. He was very responsive and attentive in every aspect of a stressful process.

Dennis provides service with integrity and with the best intentions of the customer in mind. He listened to our feedback and was patient in searching for houses and answering questions for us. We looked through many houses, and he was accommodating throughout, with the same level of responsiveness and service he provided from the start of search to the end. We lost a few houses, but he didnt get discouraged and remained energetic and proactive throughout. Dennis usually responds within the hour, which we were very impressed by. He is an excellent negotiator and got us a great price as well as a sellers credit for repairs, which is hard to do in this sellers market. I would definitely recommend Dennis to all of my friends!

We were first time homebuyers without a lick of experience. Fortunately for us we found Dennis Ngai. His expertise, confidence and work ethic reassured us at every step of the way in the sellers’ market we were buying in. It was a difficult time to buy a house, but Dennis blew past our expectations. I truly believe he wanted the best for us and aided in asking the questions and concerns we unfortunately were unaware of. Also, he had an extremely flexible schedule to view homes and talk about the myriad of questions in buying a home. The best part in working with Dennis, was the swift response time, often within the hour of reaching out; we were truly impressed.
