My husband and I started working with Denises agency when we moved to the bay area in 2022. She was very quick to make sure we got coverage for the state and ensure we had everything that we needed. At a later stage in life, I am a first-time car owner, and I relocated after many years in one place. This prompted an increase in my insurance needs, and Denise Granville was the best guide to what I needed. She was informative, compassionate and helpful. I also recently had a collision (not my fault), and the guidance I received from Roxana Alonto was top-grade and calming and expert. When a bump occurred in the repairs, Denise got directly involved. Very impressive. Roxana also goes beyond the norm to help with other needs. You cant be in better hands than with Denise Granville State Farm!

I admire Denise Granvilles State Farm company for their professionalism, kindness, and integrity. They provided a much needed general liability coverage for the LA chapter of National Smooth Dancers, promptly and precisely. I switched over to Denise Granvilles office over 6 years ago and havent looked back. The customer service and follow up is top notch from all the office staff, especially Kristie. Kristie has been my POC since day 1 and has never let me down when I needed to have questions answered regarding all my policies. She really knows her stuff and was able to offer us competitive rates for a wide variety of policies as we needed more for properties, cars, and other insurance related products. About 4 years ago, I switched over to Denise Granville as my Insurance Agent because she was recommended to me and I am so happy to have made the change. The customer service has been exemplary. Unfortunately I was involved in an accident recently and the whole process seemed seamless and easy. They sent me a list of body shops that were able to schedule appointments with me immediately and the body shop was fantastic to work with. In this digital age, it can be difficult to get the product and service that one may need coupled with exceptional customer care. When I browsed around looking for life policies for my 3 children, I spoke to various agents from the many insurance agencies (Farmers, Allstate, etc.). While all responded to my inquiries, none came close with respect to timely responses and very informative explanations to the policies than Denise from State Farm and her awesome team at the San Bruno office. Denise and her team broke down in detail anything unclear in the policy and addressed all questions and concerns I had regarding the same. My rep Mikael is so great to work with. She initially helped set up a homeowners policy. At the time I was getting a great deal on auto so it didnt make sense to switch. But Mikael kept an eye on it and when an umbrella policy made sense, she reached back out. I really appreciate her persistence and patience. That should tell you enough, right?Denises staff are all incredible people, led by Kristie. Denise and everyone weve worked with in her office for the past at least 20 years have gone above and beyond to make sure my family is taken care of. I met Denise Granville when I purchased a house in San Bruno. Even though at the time I was represented by another State Farm agent down the peninsula, Denise was able to help me out with some home buying/insuring questions. I had been with my peninsula agent since I insured my first car my senior year in high school. When that agent retired I immediately switched over to Denise Granville. Denise sat down with me and looked over my insurance, the coverage I had and my costs. She was able to put a package together where I had much more coverage and a lesser cost. They have always been respectful and right on point when you needed them. All you have to do is make a phone call and if they aren’t there they will get back to you the same day. Denise and the girls are all just wonderful!!! They all give impeccable service with genuine care. Denise and the girls are always ready and willing to help. Some of the times State Farm’s billing and underwriting departments (outside of their office) may cause blips/misunderstandings but the girls are always happy to fix or explain what has happened. I realize that with time that they are not only consultants (definitely not what you get at somewhere like Geico where you are just a policy number in my opinion) but our advocates (talking to their regional offices to make changes/corrections) as well. They have been very educational to me about insurance and I feel safe in their hands. I had no idea how coverage worked as I used to only shop for the cheapest insurance but didn’t realize that the main reason was because I had been underinsured the whole time which was rather scary.
