This is the second home that Denise Barnhart has been our realtor. The first was a purchase and the second was a sale. In both cases Denise was very helpful from the beginning of the process with important information that was clear enough that allowed us to move quickly through both times. When some point was not clear she was able provide more clarity for us. I do not plan on moving again but if I did I would contract Denise to be my realtor agent.
