Christian and Joseph were amazing! Called before, very professional, kept it clean. They inspected the outside and inside, too images of the inside and completed full Cleaning and inspection without disrupting my home. Taught me what to look for, and supplied the inspection via email for my records. Definitely will use them moving forward and if I ever need new screens too!

Just got 2 new Titan doors installed by Jason! He did a hella great job! He put in the time on adjusting and making the doors fit perfectly. He even did the touch up paint to color code to the doors, no shortcuts. Afterwords, he cleaned up leaving my place like new.

I would ABSOLUTELY recommend Mikes Mobile Screen and Chimney Service to anyone requiring any of the services they offer. My experience with Mikes Mobile Screen and Chimney Service today was great; Mike and Bill were both very friendly, professional and courteous. Their services required both men to work in my home, access my basement and rooftop, and even my back yard. They were both very respectful and mindful coming in and out of my home during the day, they both even took time to make friends with my Husky who was in their way being nosy a good part of the time they were installing my new electrical fireplace. Mike was very personable and professional as he kept me updated on their process and progress. And Bill went out of out of his way to provide me with photos he took of each step of their services, after their installation was complete, Bill he even went back to the workshop to create an extra custom piece to attach to the fireplace just because he thought it would make it look more complete. I really did appreciate their professionalism and the quality of work the produced.

I love my new security door from Mikes Mobile! Its not cheap but its custom built to fit my doorway and has all the little touches taken care of - they custom made a threshold plate so it wouldnt have a gap on the bottom. Their installer, Tim worked was efficient and thorough. You can tell hes been doing this for years and years! Ive had it up a week and already gotten compliments from the neighbors. Im having them back out to make solar screens for the windows before summer.

The screen looks great and has already been tested by our 70 lb dog who hasn’t been able to dent, scratch or “ding” the new screen! Highly recommend both of these gentlemen and their work.

I would give 4.5 stars if that was possible. The half star is a result of communication - both not getting a call back from Mark who contacted us after our initial install and was supposed to call back with some information, and then a call from someone at the office who was short and rude with me when I was asking questions about getting a different color lock that we were willing to pay for.The rest of the experience was definitely 5 star. We have an 8-foot door with a foam decorative frame around it (builders need to be more aware when they are designing of problems some of their ideas might cause homeowners). The foam frame made attaching anything to it less secure, and also made it difficult to get the screen inside the door frame. We contacted several people before finding Mikes, and no one would touch it. Only two homes in our neighborhood have screens of any type, and we spoke to both of them, but their screens and frames had to be altered in ways that took away the security aspect in order to fit. Mikes came out and explained the process for installing a screen for us. This included removing part of the foam so the screen could be securely attached. They also said they would extend the threshold so our dogs couldnt squeeze out (and nothing else could squeeze in). The screen and installation were more expensive than what we have paid for past security screen installs, but none have been this complicated or resulted in such an amazing look for our front porch. You cant even tell that they removed part of the foam frame. We paid exactly what we were quoted when we ordered our screen. Both Michael and Daniel provided excellent service with the install. I wouldnt hesitate to use them again.

We had a gas fireplace that stopped working all of a sudden. Mikes mobile came out today and spent a lot of time figuring out what was wrong with our fireplace. Turned out to be a gas valve. LaMont was very personable and explained everything he was doing. It’s now working like a champ! Besides Lamont’s skill, it was nice to hear a young man so dedicated to his work! He definitely has a passion for what he does.A bit expensive, but isn’t everything these days.

Adam and Phil from Den Defenders installed a new chase cover and cap on my dual chimney. Our chase cover was rusted and the surrounding wood trim was rotted. Whenever it rained, our chimney would leak.Adam and Phil removed the old chase cover and installed a new one that was custom fabricated at their shop in Stockton. They also installed a new chimney cap that is more up to code than the old shroud that was originally on my house.Overall, Den Defenders are super friendly, scheduling was easy, they arrived promptly, and overall did a professional job. I would highly recommend and refer Den Defenders for any chimney work.

Mikes Mobile Screen & Chimney has a new loyal customer. From the beginning, booking an appointment with them was fast and easy. They give you options if you can only be reached by phone or email, you can specify which method you should be reached at. We scheduled an appointment for June 10th and in the weeks leading up to our appointment, Mikes Mobile would reach out to let me know if any cancellations came through so we could move up our appointment. We ended up moving our appointment by roughly a week.They sent out Vincent to do our chimney inspection and cleaning and he was wonderful. Really felt like he cared about providing us the best understanding of what he found and we were impressed with how knowledgeable and thorough he was with the inspection report. He was kind, professional, knowledgeable, and kept in touch before and after our appointment. I would definitely recommend if you are looking for a no frills company that will get you a good understanding of your chimneys condition.

I initially had some problems with this business in the beginning. mostly due to a lack of communication as to my order status, but, the main issue I was having was due to a delay from the vendor that they use and I know thats out of their control. After some initial frustration for the reasons stated above, my door finally was delivered and the company did make sure that I was happy in the end. Installation went smoothly and the company allowed the installer to go above and beyond to make some additional fixes, patches and alterations around my door frame which they normally dont take care of because it was pre-existing damage. The end product is a solid sturdy quality swinging screen door. I can definitely recommend this company but I would suggest that customers ask the sales rep for a realistic timeline before placing an order as that is where I went wrong. I was expecting to get my order in 4 weeks and it actually took 12 weeks.

Great company. We have a French Viewguard set and sunscreen window screens and they are the best investment we have made for our home. Feel totally comfortable leaving the doors open in the evening during summer. The office staff is very polite and works with your schedule to get someone out to assess your needs. We also had our sunscreens built on site the same day they came out to take measurement for our doors. The technician Daniel that came out was great as well. Our appointment was at 4 however, he got here earlier that made it more convenient and checked in with a phone call prior to arriving. Returned my inquiry immediately, came out quickly, explained the garda security screens, their capabilities and how and where they could best be incorporated into my security needs. Daniel was direct and didnt waste time on either the measurements or the installation. Very professional in both appearance and work ethic. I recently had Mikes Mobile come out to repair a 25-year-old gas fireplace which had stopped working. I have experienced a lot of contractors/repair personnel in my home over the years, and Mikes Mobile did not disappoint. The technician, Anthony, was probably one of the most polite, professional, and conscientious workers I have ever had the pleasure of working with. He quickly diagnosed my issue and worked to repair it at what turned out to be an advantageous cost to me. Anthony was very respectful of my home, maintaining a neat work area and cleaning up after himself after he was done. He took the time explaining everything he was doing to the fireplace and why, which I really appreciated. Anthony even spent some time after the repair talking to my two young boys about his past football career and giving them playing advice. I would highly recommend this business (and, Anthony) to anyone who is in need of quality fireplace repair.

I highly recommend Mike’s Mobile Screens. We wanted to replace our back porch screens with something more secure. We contacted Mike’s Mobile and went with their Guarda Fixed Security Screens. The lady on the phone was polite and easily answered any questions we had. They came out right away with a sample, measured our frames, and gave us a quote. When we signed, they said it would be six to eight weeks for the screens to be made and come in. Right within that time frame, they called for an installation date. They said they would be there at 10:00, and they rolled in right at 10:00. Chris & Daniel went right to work, requiring nothing from us. They even braved a bush full of bees right outside the window! They finished a couple hours ahead of schedule! They hauled away all the wrappings & debris…there was no sign they had been there except for new, great-looking screens! We would definitely go with Mike’s again.

We used Mikes mobile to have our fireplace cleaned and inspected. They showed up on time and even early and did a great job. While they were cleaning a few cracks became very apparent, they were quick to schedule the repair work. Their customer service is amazing. The only reason why I gave them 4 stars instead of 5 is because the guy who was doing the cleaning was confusing when he was communicating what needed to be done, but the main office was great with clearing things up and making things right! We will be using them for all of our future cleanings and inspections!

We had a service done about a month ago, and Daniel was great. He came in, got our sliding screen door looking good. We also got the petguard because we have two very healthy pit bulls. The only reason we’re giving 4 stars is because the credit card we used was charged twice and it was partially my fault, but the refund hasn’t showed up. We’re hopefully going to get it figured out soon. But thank you Daniel for the service and recommending your guys products to help make life a little less bug free. Couldnt be happier! Just WOWED by the technicians they sent to clean my gutters and my dryer vent. Plus, I ordered a security screen door for which they measured. Tyler came and did our screens and French door. The French door need a double screen door put in. It was a tough undertaking. Other companys said it couldnt be done because of our foam stucko design around the outside. There was no where solid to mount doors. Tyler lives in Lodi close to us and he cut out the foam and installed wood. He would come over everyday after his normal shift at work and come work on our door until night fall. I would highly recommend Mikes Mobile and Tyler. Great work at a reasonable price. A+++

I contacted them via their web site and via e-mail around 9:45 PMish the night before and by 7 AMish the next morning she had replied back to me with a quote and asking if I wanted to schedule an appointment to resecure our chimney chase cover that had gotten dislodged by the recent strong winds. Both Chris & Tyler arrived promptly (actually a little early) and got to work immediately. Tyler was extremely customer centric as well as pleasant, professional and polite. They came out for the chimney sweep and inspection. They also came back out a second time to put new sandstone in our wood burning stove. Both times we received above excellent service. Very professional, kind, and respectful within the home. Both times they were thorough in explaining what they noticed, even taking pictures when on the roof to show what they saw and the correct recommendations for improvement. They were even very courteous to our curious dog who wanted to inspect and fix the stove with them, even throwing the ball down the hallway to keep her happy. MIkes Mobile has a great and friendly staff who are willing to answer questions and get the job done right the first time. I called them to do a chimney inspection and sweep. After Ryan did the inspection he gave me a list of the recommended repairs which included pictures and a complete explanation of what was needed and why. Most importantly he did not try to upsell me or recommend anything that was not needed. He even took care of some of the repairs before he left and he took the time to build a screen for me that was not on his list of to do items. I was scheduled for a follow up appointment. That took place today, Tyler and Kris arrived and took care of the rest of the repairs which included repointing the hearth and sealing the chimney crown. I highly recommend Mikes Mobile services and respect their professionalism and integrity.

Mike’s Mobile came out to do a chimney cleaning and dryer vent cleaning last weekend in preparation for the winter. This is my first home so I had a ton of questions about the chimney and burning wood. The salesperson on the phone was very professional and took time to answer a lot of questions before I even made an appointment. The technician they sent out was the same. The chimney sweep took less than an hour and didnt make a mess at all. The technician went out of his way to go over the inspection report and pointed out things he found and gave me tips on how to burn.
