When me and my Wife sold our Property Dee was our Sister the whole way. Dee Johnson made me first time home buying experience an amazing one. Shes a true leader that handled my deal with professionalism and care. When the seller agent threaten to not extent my offer contract Dee stepped in immediately to resolve the situation. When my lender failed to communicate on my behalf Dee was my voice. I honestly believe I wouldnt have gotten the my property I am in now if it wasnt for Dee making sure that everything was done decently and in order along with standing firm on the deal getting done It was so comforting to know that Dee was willing to go above and beyond for me.

Delores Johnson is the best realtor in the Bay Area!We met Ms. Dee as we love to call her in early January of 2021 and by Mid-Feb 2021 we put in an offer and we were in contract. Due to some unique circumstances the process closed a few weeks after we were originally supposed to but she guided the process masterfully. She’s kind, patient, positive and prayerful. I started working with Dee back in 2015 when I was looking to purchase a home in Oakland for my family. She was great at getting us in and has a lot of knowledge in East Bay Real Estate that was invaluable throughout the process. She was also listed as someone who had worked on various city programs for down payment assistance etc.After the purchase of our home she kept in touch over the years. We maintained our relationship over time and when it was time to sell we reached out again. Dee was very gracious with her time and attention when it came to getting everything listed for us and managing the viewing process through endless COVID restrictions. She also worked to market the property with in person flyers in Spanish and English in the Fruitvale which I was over the moon about.Ultimately we got the job done and we sold our place for a good amount.What can I say? Dee is great and has the best energy in the biz!

I hold the belief that first impressions make for lasting impressions. I discovered Ms. Johnsons page on Google search to conduct a market survey on the use and need for Transaction Coordinators. She proved to be a wealth of knowledge and information. Most interestingly enough, she shared resources and contact information to add to my lead lis.
