I wish I could give this negative stars because I would. Im am trying to return a monitor I bought and this has been over a week process and on 3 separate occasions have been told Ill be getting a call back and not once have I gotten a call. On top of the fact I have been intentionally hung up on twice now! Do not waste your time with this company at all

They do not have a single person that works in the United States that you can talk to for issues with your problems. I have spoken to five different people with heavy accents that don’t understand what I’m saying…. This is a disgrace!

Worst service ever. My computer was a lemon and Dell simply didnt care. It took 8 repairs (3 by phone, 3 at my house, 2 in Houston, TX) to get the computer working. They used a defective refurbished part in one of the repairs and then tried to tell me AFTER that the refurbished parts they use are fine. They tried to not accept responsibility by blaming the software, even though it turned out to be a hardware problem. I repeatedly asked for a refund or a new replacement computer and they refused. They refused to extend the warranty. So, now Im left with a refurbished computer (even though I paid for a new computer) that just had a few months of warranty coverage left by the time it finally worked properly.The Dell SupportAssist program doesnt work either. It has no problem reminding me that my warranty is about to expire, but it wont update my software or firmware when needed.DO NOT BUY FROM DELL if youre looking for a reliable product or a company that stands behind its products. Be prepared for terrible service and refurbished parts if anything happens to go wrong with your computer.

Ordered a new gaming system. Bought system on black Friday. Paid $1,600 with tax. Ordered system with Nvidia 3080 Ti. Dell never sent order confirmation. After about a month of calling Dell I received an order confirmation low and behold the system theyre sending has a 3060 Ti a much weaker cheaper card and not what I paid for. GO buy your system in person at best buy to avoid being bait and switch scammed by Dell. I would highly discourage anyone from using Dell or Alienware as they are a major corporation facilitating bait and switch scams.

Its the worst service that I have experienced. Its taking me more than one hour trying to update credit card information. I have been transfering more than 5 times, and no one can help updating credit card information. How on earth Dell is going to make money when they dont know how to update billing information ON PHONE!! What happened to ONE STOP SHOP......

Ill be honest with you, Dell has the worst solutions to problems that NEVER get fixed!!! I was on the phone for 2 and 1/2 hours TRYING to get help on a BRAND NEW computer and all I asked to do was exchange the darn laptop and they want me to send it back to them, wait for them to fix it, and then send it back to me! Im a student and I dont have time for any of this!! HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE experience. I spent $1,000 on something I cant even use. Im returning it and getting a HP

Great location and a great company. This is the executive briefing center and has a great setup showing off all the latest technology. One of the more interesting buildings in the area as well.

It took 3month to order a monitor. Still it didnt arrive yet. Instead of saying monitor i ordered is out of stock, they intentionally delayed my shipment or putting wrong shipping address in order to make my shipment to return. I just canceled that order and ordered another one. Let see what happens
