Amazing experience at Delilah, everything was fantastic from the service to the food! The atmosphere of the restaurant is a perfect dinner vibe, amazing music dim lighting. Staff is very helpful with menu descriptions and selections.

I dont think i ever waited so long for a reservation. we booked a reso for 9:30, and didnt get seated till almost 11pm. thats a 1.5 hour wait which is crazy. they told us stand at the bar while we waited. bartender dont even look at you so its hard to get a drink even. once finally seated they offered a free pigs in a blanket appetizer for the insane wait lol. a joke. dont have reservations if people gotta wait hours regardless. obviously whoever manages tables and resos cant plan accordinly.

SUPER dark ambiance- think wearing wearing sunglasses in a dimly lit room type dark.Service- rude bartender and server but the bussers are incredible. They laser examine your table to make sure its clean.Drinks- cocktails 2/10 (very diluted and not worth it)Food- tenders (decent, not worth the hype 5/10), sides; squash/macaroni (absolutely delicious 10/10), lamb chops (acceptable, nothing phenomenal 5/10)Wine- one bottle of decently priced red, Avaline (8/10)Would go back for sides and apps only. Delilah Los Angeles is old-school charm, transports you to a bygone era. Our server Kelsey was impeccable, nothing was missed, the minute you look up for her she’s at the table. The ambiance is a delightful throwback to a mobster/rat pack era, distinct from its Vegas counterpart. From appetizers to cocktails, each element was excellent. For a true taste of nostalgia and top-notch hospitality, the original Delilah is a must-visit. Highly recommended.

I went here last night with my Wife and Daughter for dinner and boy was i underwhelmed. The service was not good right off the bat. First we waited at least 20 minutes to be seated for our 6p.m. reservation. Our first waitress greeted us within the normal amount of time but after that we waited another 20-25 minutes for her to actually take our order and I noticed she took everyone elses order who were seated after we were. She was standing by the hostess area and I had to make repeated eye contact with her to come over and take our order. I expect the same level of service that a table of six would get and based on my observation i didnt feel that. Shortly after that another waitress said she was taking over our table. Lastly, our small appetizer plates were never removed even though they were not used and when our meals arrived the runner just placed all our meals in the middle of the table. At a restaurant such as yours and the prices what they are the appetizer plates should have been removed prior to our meals arriving or the runner should have removed them himself. Meals should be placed in front of the customer not for us to reach and probe around the decorative lamp, glasses etc.. Ive been to much lesser restaurants that are far more detail oriented and friendly than our experience was last night. It doesnt matter who you are and what you do, everybody should be treated to the same level of service, friendliness, and attentivness and we definetely were not and my tip reflected that. Unfortunately, very unfortunately, I was given a plate of mashed potatoes and lobster with PAPER :)I made reservations, 3 days in advanced for a Birthday/Fathers Day Dinner were the special dish of the celebration was a whopping $140.... At a place / high end restaurant such as Delilah I believe and stand on the service, kitchen abilities, and reputation of an establishment.However, again very unfortunately I took one bite into my dinner meal ($40) and chewed on paper until I finally spit it out and saw what it was!!! It turned me off from the entire meal.I DID NOT ORDER ANYTHING ELSE FOR THE REST OF THE NIGHT, watched as my guests and company ate their dinner. Sipped my Champagne Papi, and sadly didn’t get to enjoy dinner here.Wouldn’t come back due to the way the GM (general manager) Michelle treated the situation.

Came in without reservation, was told I can sit at the bar; took care of a host $150 so a table became available right as soon as I got to the bar. Sat at the table had a nice dinner food was amazing, my waiter and food runners were amazing, and then as soon as I was almost done w my desserts ( by that time I already closed the bill and left a $200 tip) and was waiting for my tea as the last thing I wanted, they came and told me I have to move to their bar to continue my night. I said no one warned me I had only one hour to eat at the table. I was explaining to the girl that was talking to me that that was pretty disrespectful and I wanted to just have my tea and leave, she told me i was yelling at her and their security was gonna escort me out lol if you have been here on a Saturday night you know you have to scream for someone to hear you because its loud :)) I told the manager I was done anyways so all they had to do is be a little nicer about it, I asked for an apology from the drama employee they told me I had to go to the bar to resolve the issue. Low life no class place where I spent $600 for one hr dinner for 2 people.

Gorgeous retro ambience if you are looking for an elegant, throwback vibe. Oysters Rockefeller match the era. Chicken tenders are a pricey, but understandable hit. Carrot souffle is a star, more dessert than side, the caramelized cornflakes on top are decadent. Old school cocktails are a must. Live crooner adds to the mood nicely.

Service was a 1 at best. I went in here with a group of people we were all on work trip from Las Vegas looking to order drinks and appetizers. We have never felt so unwelcome our waitress was extremely rude. And had told us that “if we were too broke to come in and order entrees that we just shouldn’t come back again” love that response. Because my group of coworkers are all in med sales we make great money, And we will gladly go to some other restaurant and give them our business. This place was absolutely so unwelcoming I could not be more offended and uncomfortable sitting in this place. We actually got up and left to go to another place to order drinks and entrees. Please be kinder to your customers. I’m leaving this yelp review because we had ultimately felt so unwelcome here. Correct yourself before your treat your customers like this.

My husband and I recently ate here, and it took 45 mins to be seated for our reservation (at the time were ok with this and just had a cocktail at the bar). We were finishing our drinks from dinner when we were asked to leave because they needed the table (after 1 hr 50 mins) - we had just spent $500 on dinner. We said no problem (thought it was rude) but planned to finish our drinks and then leave. After 5 mins, the Manager came over and explained again that we have to leave, and they needed the table. This ruined our dining experience.... they were not concerned about us waiting 45 minutes for a table, however, as soon as we took our last bite tried to rush us out. Service was poor and they were rude - would not recommend, even though food and ambiance were good.

Overall, it is a great place for dinner and drinks. Various cocktail choices and a classic dinner menu. The place is a little too dark especially with the wordy menu. It would be perfect if the menu is more simplified as it could get challenging to read in a dimmed room. I would still come back again as an overall experience was great!

Hard to talk - very loud, hard to see - very dark. Great food, though pricey. Gratuity, entertainment fee included. I asked for tap water and they kept brining Acqua Panna, but we blew through 6 bottles of that, not very sustainable.Waiter was very nice and helpful, as was backwaiter. Annoyingly no pictures - a couple friend from Colombia were in town, we wanted to take a picture of just our booth, no one would do it.Host staff either all had botched filler leaving them unable to smile or they’re just condescending. No one smiled at all, didn’t feel warmly welcomed.

We were not charged extra for the lump of hair in my salad. When I complained about this to the maitre d, he got offensive and started yelling at me and asked us to leave. Terrible service. Other plates brought to our table were just warm. Stay away. Try Madeo instead.

Avoid this place, there are far better restaurants in Los Angeles that actually care about their customers experience. My experience with the management here has been nothing short of disorganized and unprofessional.My friend and I paid in advance for our new years eve reservation. For the 4 course meal, tax, and tip, we each paid a little over $400 each. Our total was $883.80, to be exact. A couple days before our reservation, my friend got a call from the hostess, who informed her that they had unfortunately overbooked for the night and wanted to comp our meal 50% in exchange for moving us to the bar. No problem. I worked in food service for several years, I understand how things like this can happen.As you can probably imagine, the restaurant was packed on NYE. While the service from the bartender was good, and the food was acceptable for fine dining, we were constantly bumped into, elbowed, and needed to keep people from trying to take our seats at the bar. At one point, my friend and I went to the bathroom before dessert, and a front of house supervisor asked us if we were done eating and if they could give our seats to other guests. Some of this I realize is simply protocol and because it was a busy night, but it certainly did not make either of us feel valued as customers.Finally, we got the bill. The bill did not reflect the 50% comp that we had been promised in exchange for the inconvenience of our sub-par seating arrangements. I took the bill to the host and explained the situation. The bill was adjusted accordingly, and my friend was told that she would be refunded the comped amount in 2-3 business days. The bartender was apologetic for not including the 50% discount in the initial bill. No problem, the host should have made a note to the bar when she seated us so it wasnt entirely his fault if he hadnt been informed.Well, it has now been 2 weeks, and my friend still has not been refunded the agreed upon amount that we were promised. She tried speaking to the director of hospitality, and he sent her a picture of our bill with the discount applied. All the reservations were prepaid for the evening so I dont know how he would have made that oversight and been so dismissive of my friends inquiry. After a week of trying to resolve the issue, my friend asked me to take over. I have called the restaurant 3 times (no one picked up the phone so i left a message 2 nights in a row), sent an email to the Los Angeles location, texted the number on their website, and have not received any response at all over the last 2 days. Short of going full Karen and showing up in person to demand I speak to the manager, Im not sure how else to get in touch with someone to resolve the matter. What could have easily been written off as an honest mistake now seems to be a feature, not a flaw of this place. This is not an institution of hospitality, it is a money hungry, overrated, restaurant in a popular neighborhood. Nothing more. There are so many restaurants in the area where I have received superb customer service. This one might literally be the worst experience so far.Needless to say, this used to be my friends favorite restaurant. It no longer is. My first impression of them has been extremely negative. I would never recommend this place to anyone I cared about, unless I was trying to scam them out of their hard earned money.

This place is a joke! The con is that its talked about because a lot of celebrities come here. Great, so lets charge almost $30 bucks for some undercooked chicken tenders that still have the tendon in them (yall can remove those, ya know? For 30 bucks? Absolutely). If you hype it, they will come. The suckers, that is. Well, you dont get to con me but once, lol. Im sorely sorry that I made my husband pay that much for not even good chicken tenders and Im still apologizing to him for it.The place is super dark, super loud, super unwelcoming. At the end of Feb, I made a reservation for a 7:30pm dinner at Delilah on March 2nd for a group of 5 people. At 2:30pm on March 2nd, while I was biking and not able to access text messages, Delilah sent me a text requesting I confirm my reservation within TWO HOURS or my reservation would be cancelled. This is the first time I had been asked to confirm my reservation and my reservation was already confirmed on OpenTable. By the end of my bike ride, Id received an automated email noting my reservation was cancelled.I tried calling, emailing and texting Delilah as soon as I read the email (at 5pm) but have not received a response to date.Ive never encountered this with any restaurant in the LA area. This customer service is unacceptable and I am requesting a response from Delilah.

A big let down of my experience was the staff (front of house and indoor reception, not the bartenders) being quite snobbish. Bartenders were helpful and friendly, but couldn’t say the same for the rest.Nothing so special about the food, and the menu and care of drinks and presentation is superior in their location in Las Vegas (ordered the same drink, the Jojo, in the Wynn). Shhh, this is where, the serious doorman, won’t let you in, unless you have reservations. He will warn you, “no taking pictures”.As he lets you in, you don’t know what to expect behind the heavy velvet curtains. Welcome in to the one of the darkest most interesting restaurants (interestingly enough, next time we went there it was not pitch black and when I asked the hostesses, they denied it ever being that dark, only to find out that on our first visit there were Hollywood celebrities there). As your vision gradually adapts to extremely low lighting, you’re taken back by the beautiful old Hollywood design. Celebrities frequently visit this 1920’s style restaurant (but it doesn’t look outdated), the music from the 60’s of Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin and other artists capture you. The service is impeccable, the food is absolutely delicious. The building from outside, has an old sign that says “nothing to see here”, because there’s definitely something to see. This was the first restaurant where I was not allowed to take pictures. Please make sure to dress warm, the restaurant is very cold inside. Loved everything about it.

Phenomenal food, drinks, atmosphere and service! The only issue we had was they kind of rushed us out once we finished dinner. We got caught up in talking and just catching up with friends, so it would’ve been nice to just chill a little longer after dinner and enjoy the atmosphere and company, but we just moved to SOHO house and spent our money and time there instead, so, as a business owner myself, I feel they left a little money on the table. Regardless, overall fantastic experience and place! The vocalist singing was great too!

Valet was $15, booth we were given had a painful draft and we were not relocated, it was also next to bathroom and kitchen which killed the vibe for us. nice aesthetic inside with a 1920s touch but the menu was lacking, food was not awful but paid $30 for chicken tenders lol. came for girls night and left utterly disappointed. people rave about the service but our server was very off and checked out. he also made us yell over the big table cause he couldn’t hear us.

Its a very sexy restaurant. Small, dark, live music. Perfect place to impress a date. Wide range of food, from sea bass to chicken fingers. I had the sea bass. Bouncer tried to turn us away from our dinner reservation because I was wearing leather platform sandals. He said this was in the dress code noted in their emails; this turned out to be a lie. I asked to speak to a manager and they told us they would make an exception to the actually made up rule. I think maybe he didn’t like seeing a group of guys in pink getting ready to go see Barbie. Homophobia much? Really a shame because the food and service inside was great.

We ordered drinks and appetizers.I made the mistake of taking a pic of the dining room, and out of nowhere, a man working there came from behind me and said “sir, no pics allowed in here please.” Okay, that’s understandable. I apologized and didn’t take anymore. It came out blurry anyway. And I deleted it.The bartender was very attentive and gave great advice on drink choices. Thus, I was happy to leave her a great tip. I signed the receipt and left a cash tip. As we got up to leave, another staff member was literally standing right behind me and said, “I saw you using your calculator for the tip. Next time, all you need to do is double the taxes”. I was shocked and appalled that he was watching me so closely.I told him, first of all, I already know that. Second, why are you all in my business? And third, I left way more than 18 percent.Like I said, it’s a beautiful restaurant with great food and great ambiance, but just know that the staff will be watching you hard. Perhaps because of the dim lighting. I get it. And I know it’s from the top down, and the staff is just trying to do their job. Grab some popcorn 🍿... Save your money or take it to Ysabel. We were 4 mins late and the power trip was unbelievable. I get it, it’s LA, but wow! For starters they said let us go see if your table is still available and then wanted us to believe our table for 9 people was already given away within 4 minutes lol. When speaking to the doorman we asked if we can just get drinks as we are celebrating a graduation. He said go get a drink at Employees Only or somewhere else down the other way and then come back and see me. He mentioned we could sit at the bar but it’s a 30-40min wait.10 minutes later our friend arrived who the doorman knew, he opened the rope for her as soon as he saw her in the distance and hugged her and when she said I’m with them his entire face changed because he turned us away and now most likely felt stupid. Thinking we were “no ones”. He proceeded to tell our friend that oh we can get you at the bar right away, but the jacket has to come off. Referring to a person with us wearing a Christian Dior puffer jacket, it was 63 degrees, cold for LA. The jacket wasn’t a problem when he offered us the bar with a wait time, but became a problem after he felt like an idiot for turning us down and being caught lying to us about a bar wait time. When confronted, he said it’s cocktail night so it doesn’t go with dress code. This was not communicated to us at all with the reservation that was made a month in advance. To top it off, the doorman was wearing a painters jumpsuit lol. I thought it was cocktail night? He just wanted us to do something to conform to his made up rule to feel good about himself.Alaska was on a major power trip and I will never spend a penny at Delilah LA ever again. This wasn’t our first rodeo, Alaska and miss thing at the front door who was on a personal FaceTime call on the job talking about “I wanna go out Tuesday”. How unprofessional. If you’re pressed on going to Delilah, save your coins for the one in Vegas it’s waaaay nicer, the employees don’t have power trips and the vibe is just better. When we described and named the doorman the very polite and welcoming employees of Ysabel said majority of the complaints are about the same guy, Alaska.Before anyone thinks that Ysabel isn’t popular or it’s not a vibe, if we could get a table right away. Delilah had tons of people leaving in groups with no one standing outside waiting to go in lol. I’ve been there before without a reservation and it wasn’t packed inside at all. It’s all a front.

Definitely a top tier location on in West Hollywood. This restaurant has one of the best vibes in the city, the interior has a cool dark theme with wood and old school lighting. There are dancers and just overall good flow with music. The music increases in vibes as it gets later and turns into a little party. the weekends become a real party and sunday has an amazing jazz night. There are a number of reviews that say just that, so why dont they turn down the music? I suspect its because they really dont care about their patrons experience. Here are other specific problems that a restaurant at this price point ($30-70 entrees and $20+ drinks) should not be struggling with:1) We had an 8:15pm reservation on a Tuesday, showed up at 8:10pm. Hey, things happen, but when we inquired at 8:45pm when we might be seated, a completey disinterested hostess informed is that they had just seated a 6pm reservation, as if that explained everything. The restaurant was not full. She seemed not to understand that such a statement made the restaurant look disorganized and disinterested in customer experience. I guess Delilah just thinks its that cool, that they needed be bothered with managing their seating.2) The server was rushed and harried. She was pleasant enough, but it was not a high-end experience. She also couldnt answer questions about items on the menu and seemed clueless as to the basics of food service. For example, we ordered coffee with milk and sugar. She brought spenda and seemed confused as to why that wasnt the same. She indicated she couldnt find regular sugar. I suggested most bars keep sugar for a number of drinks, so she should check there. Viola, we then had sugar.3) The food was fine. Not cold, as others have mentioned, but just uninspired and boring. At Delilahs price point, the food should be better than Olive Garden.4) The much lauded decor is not as charming up close. Its so dark you have to get a light to read the menu. The styling in-person is actually a mix of mid-century (sofas, paneling, tables) and art deco (wall paper and pillars), which I personally did not find appealing.The place may have potential, but management needs to focus as much on each customers experience as it does on attracting VIPs if they want to be in business for the long haul.

The only great part of the experience was the woman who seated us and the runners. They are incredible, work hard, are kind. Hence the bump up. It was my disabled family member’s birthday. He was in a power chair. We have been to the restaurant before and it was wonderful. I made the reservation online and specified that we needed extra room. We get there and they try and shove us into a small table in the corner. Then they decide to move us to another table but decided that the wheel chair was in the way, so they moved us again. Already, I am not happy. Finally our waiter came to take the order. He served the food and did not come back and check like they usually do. My family member had a birthday balloon tied to his wheel chair when we first arrived. Nobody had a problem with it. We were dining for an hour or so, and we were getting ready to leave when somebody came over to our table and insisted on taking the balloon. He said no balloons. I told him we were leaving and he still insisted on taking the balloon. He started taking it off the chair himself and I told him not to break it, I’ll do it. My family member was crying and I didn’t even finish my dessert. I told him that he ruined his birthday and made him cry. I will never go back there again. They are obviously unfriendly and unwelcoming to disabled people in wheel chairs.

Make sure you get your ID checked, prior to attending the restaurant and maybe escorted by the authorities to walk in. I have a Rhode Island, “REAL ID”. But for some reason that wasn’t good enough for security. My brother reserved a table 2 months ago for my sister-in-laws 30th birthday. The bouncer tried to pocket my ID which I needed to fly home. After telling him he could involve the authorities, but I really needed it back. The bouncer decided to tell the rest of my party that we were unwelcome there . I think a restaurant of this stature should have a better system of letting people in. My party looked forward to partaking in this establishment for weeks. How much really is it for an ID scanner ? I’m just at a lost because I paid extra at the RMV For a real ID that would be excepted in all 50 states, And apparently it’s still not valid all around our country. There needs to be a standard of what a valid ID is, the bouncer couldn’t define what it was himself . And after returning my ID, he couldn’t bring himself to admitting he was wrong. This bouncers pride is really going to take away from many peoples experience. I really hope one day they can afford professional help and not imbecile’s with ego issue’s that probably live in their parents basement.

My friend and I arrived on a Friday night without a reservation. They told us if we waited the GM would be out and we could talk to him about possibly getting in. As we waited we chatted with a security guard who was incredibly rude. We asked basic questions and the tone and way the security guard looked at us was horrible service. The GM came out and said they didn’t have space for us. Immediately after we spoke to the GM, a group of men walk up to him and whisper in his ear. The music, dance floor and food is also so damn good. One of LAs classic spots, a must visit really. This place is completely over-rated (Im in branding and event marketing, so my review is from both a client and business perspective) and their reservations coordinator lacks any knowledge of customer service. The booking is only online and you get one or two email responses a day. For a bill of over $2,200 - I got terrible service from the coordinator (whose name changed so Im guessing there were 2-3 people answering my queries).1) I had a party of 10 which meant I had to choose a Prix Fixe menu served family style (the food is over priced and average compared to most restaurants in LA).2) They squeezed us into a booth that really seated 7-8 people, there was not enough room for the drinks and food on this booth table, which made it difficult to share and eat comfortably.3) The entertainment was a joke (theres also no true burlesque show, dancing, etc as advertised on their site), random singer in full coat and showgirls who just stood around waving a feather fan.4) I wanted to add bottle service (on top of dinner) because they only allow you to sit at the table for 2 hours; the coordinator did not offer bottle service at first (even though I requested in writing), then when I offered to pay for additional cocktails after dinner, she then offered bottle service at $1500. However, after asking if I need to submit my guest list for bottle service, she would not allow me to have a guest list for entry at my table (even though it would remain the same amount of people I booked for dinner as a few were leaving and I wanted to be able to have new people enter and join me for bottle service). The coordinator finally called me at my request, and said that the bottle service would only be for those who had dinner first. I cancelled the bottle service after the coordinator did not see the poor logic in this attitude (I can pay $1500 for bottle service but my guests would not be allowed in as it was at the doormans discretion!).5) I was charged an additional 10% Service fee (was happy to pay for the mediocre food, as well as 20% gratuity, and tax - and tipped our waiter an additional $100) but this Service Fee was never mentioned.6) I do want to mention that our server (Eduarado) was a gem, he was apologetic after he learned about the whole bottle service (which he also offered after dinner, only to find out I cancelled it because Tiara or Ciara, the coordinator was terrible during the booking process).Do not waste your time or money at this highly pretentious, over-priced venue posing as a classy supper club. The entertainment was embarrassing. The experience was terrible. There are way better entertainment venues by The Houston Brothers, La Boheme, at the Roosevelt and Downtown that treat customers well, offer a great dining experience, and better entertainment (but Ive read the other reviews, and its pretty apparent this place needs some serious management training).

What a hidden gem. Ive never been but have walked and driven past it many times. The interior was dimly lite but still light enough to see the people at yoir table or across the place. Just returned to my hotel after drinks and dinner with a friend! Steve, the bartender was magical; the perfect combination of mixologist and host/server. Our food was very good but the drinks are special; a nod to the 20’s speakeasy! We wanted to linger but there was a wait for seats in this classy restaurant so we gave ours up! One strong management standout was Clayton, the manager of the evening; classy, welcoming, professional yet so personable! We will most certainly return to explore the menu further! My wife and I had a very good experience at Delilah. First and last its a very pretty restaurant. There is definitely a 1920s Supperclub look and attitude they are selling here and Delilah comes as close as you get without being gimmicky. Warning: Its darkly lit so set your flashlight on low when trying to read the menu.We had a 7:15 reservation. We checked in outside and then at the hostess station. They were very, very nice. We were seated right away.Our waitress and servers were all warm, friendly and attentive.The meal we had was tasty. We started with cocktails and shared the hamburger and the baby back ribs. The rosemary biscuit that comes with ribs was wickedly good. We were seated at a table directly next to a small band stand, which convinced me we would be moving to another table if they were going to have live music. (Not my favorite) As it turned out, there was entertainment this evening. Live music. A singer and an accompanist on piano. She was lovely with a great voice and sang about half a dozen standards and to our relief they were not too loud or distracting.Overall, I liked them and I like this restaurant. Ill definitely come back. That said, my reasons for 4 out of 5 stars are as follows. Its pricey, (but I knew that going in) The cocktail (Martinis) were served in cute, but small glasses that may not warrant the hotel bar prices. yes, the valet (price goes up several dollars if you come after 9:00PM) they werent exactly the friendliest bunch Ive encountered, but my car came right away, so I cant exactly complain about that.

Once you enter, the decor and the 20’s vibes is thrilling. However, that thrill quickly subsided, and an arrogant and rude hostess spoke in a very disrespectful manner. Once told that our dinner reservation was 20 min before we got there, and the only place to sit was at the bar, we made our way over to the two barstools near the main door. Again, we politely asked whether we could just get a table ( more than half the restaurant was empty), and we would be quick, the rude hostess still very stubbornly dismissed us. We sat at the bar, and just when we were about to leave the restaurant a waitress guided us to a table for two. She mentioned this was on request from the rude hostess. The table we sat at was right next to the kitchen, so a cool breeze, and a every 5 seconds banging kitchen door was a lovely sound amongst the 20’s background music. Once again, we politely asked whether we could move down one table since there were about three empty tables further down. Supposedly we were the 3 rd party that had asked to be moved from the ‘table next to the kitchen’.Finally, we ordered. At that point I was ready to go home, and enjoy a peaceful rest of the evening away from there!!. But ‘hey’ great place otherwise 😉

Interior of the place is really nice. Loved the layout of the huge bar. All the cocktails we had were great and the food was really good...if not exactly mind blowing. Been here twice on 2nd visit I noted we were celebrating out 1st wedding anniversary. They came over with free champagne and wished us a happy anniversary! Had a perfect night here on Thursday. The atmosphere is simply stunning with rarely a paralleled in the LA dining scene! It’s so refreshing to be at a venue that consistently has live music throughout the evening. The food was perfect and everything you’d expect from an upscale American restaurant however the star of the evening was surely the service. Our server Cody seemed to intuitively appear at the perfect moments; as the thought of wine came into my mind he was there to offer recommendations. The pacing was excellent- never felt rushed or that things were dragging. This is truly one of my favorites for a nice evening out and the people who work here make it extraordinarily special! The space Delilah is at has been changed multiple times prior and now it has become a super trendy restaurant which is great for a birthday celebration or gathering. Upon arrival, I was standing outside with no one in line to be seated for my cousins birthday dinner but was on hold till the hostess was done texting on her phone. Not even a hello, forget eye contact. SO that in itself took a couple minutes. After she checked us in, we were seated quickly and started to enjoy ourselves till I took a selfie with my cousin (remember its her birthday) and the way we were seated at our table, no one was around. All of a sudden a bouncer, tall with a dark beard, caucasian man came and told us the policy of no pictures allowed (which we quickly apologized) but the bouncer took it upon himself to take my phone OUT of my HAND and deleted my picture. This is absolutely ridiculous, outrageous and an invasion of my personal space, privacy and property. YOU CANNOT take someones phone out of their hand, end of discussion. The waiter (extremely kind and friendly) quickly apologized and even mentioned they have had problems with this particular bouncer before, apparently he is known to touch peoples phones. I hope management will take the time to edit this policy and retrain their staff especially in Los Angeles when everyone is well contacted and word spreads around. This had been my second time at Delilah and it will be my last. Our bill was over $1,000 which is standard but because we werent celebrities, we were treated less than average considering we were a table filled with women that are Lawyers, Doctors and top Real Estate Agents in Los Angeles. I will never go back, waste of my money.

We were both elated when we saw the veggie burger because it says on the menu it has the beyond burger patty which we absolutely love.However, if you are vegan DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT come here for the burger. Apparently the special sauce isn’t vegan and no one can be bothered to make anything else so Heinz ketchup will do. For $22 each (that’s right $44 for some lettuce and ketchup) I have never been so disappointed in a meal, I felt like the chef could not have cared less about what was being served. Truly the saddest meal I’ve ever been given. TLDR - Go to Veggie Grill instead.

Not what it used to be. The change in management is noticeable with incredible rude staff, lonely atmosphere and mediocre cuisine. Would not come again.

Very cool supper club, but you need to know someone to get in. Calling frequently and a week in advance, you MIGHT be able to get an 8pm reservation. Very $$$$

A SALAD IS $22 ABSOLUTELY NOT WORTH GOING AT ALL..THE PRICES ARE WAY TO EXPENSIVE...YOU CAN GRAB A GREAT MEAL FOR HALF THAT PRICE SOME WHERE ELSE...THE SERVICE WAS ALSO TERRIBLE. THE WAITER WOULD COME BY AND THEN LEAVE FOR A LONG TIME. THEN FINALLY COME BACK LATER. FOR SUCH AN EXPENSIVE PLACE LIKE THIS, YOU WOULD THINK THEY WERE ON TOP OF IT..NEVER AGAIN WILL I WASTE MY MONEY OR TIME ON A PLACE LIKE THIS. 🙈🙊👎
