Defined A/V- I have used before and clients were very happy with a large AV Set Up... So I contacted Defined once again for a new TV & Sound Bar at my home, they were and are very professional and dependable and knoledgeable about products and can design a system that meets or exceeds your expectations .. Install crew were nice and explained all questions as needed, they protected the wood floors and were always keeping things clean and orgainized....I am very happy with service and price and would recommend Defined A/V.... Great team! I worked with everyone,I think, on this last job and they did a beautiful job! I’m so happy with my AV system! They even integrated my lighting and Nest heating and AC system. I love being able to do it all from my phone. Thanks guys!

From our first phone call to the end of the installation process everyone from Defined A/V was very helpful and professional. The installation went great (65 Frame TV and Sonos Sound Bar) and was even done under budget. We couldnt be happier with our choice of using Defined A/V.

Mark and the whole team from Defined Entertainment, just completed setting up all the AV in our Beverly Hills Surgical specialty office.I had 0 (ZERO) problems dealing with the team. They work very neatly and quietly which is critical in a surgical office..The choice of TVs and their set up was perfect and appropriate for our needs.They recommended ways to make the process simple and less costly in equipment and work hours.The team was on time, friendly and also covid conscious.I strongly strongly recommend using this company for your AV needs at home and professionally. They are not the cheapest on the market and you dont want to go the cheap route. Their prices are reasonable and well worth it. Highly highly recommended.

Mark and his team provide great support and customer service. Their team is very knowledgeable and very professional. I have been working with them for several years. They replaced our complicated Crestron system with Control 4 and we absolutely love it. When problems arise, as they will with any technology, they are there to help you address it -- quickly and with a positive attitude. I highly recommend Defined Entertainment for all your AV needs.

First of all, these guys are great; they are knowledgeable, competent, and personable. I wanted a 75 TV mounted at eye-level over an existing fireplace. They explained that the installation would require lowering and hence reducing the size of my present fireplace and ducting the heat near the ceiling. The fascia would be stacked stone and the equipment would be hidden in the wall! Peter came to our house twice, the second time accompanied by Eric from Brookside Properties. Eric would perform the installation. Peter prepared a comprehensive estimate and, during his visit, Eric described changes that I never would have thought of. Consider this review as a shout-out to Peter and Eric and Defined A/V.

I was happy to find this place. They mounted a television on the wall in my work studio. The team that did it was very professional and knowledgeable. They even gave me a great tip on quiet fan units to buy for cooling my computers. I would certainly feel confident to call them again for home theater installation.

Have had the Deferred Entertainment group design and install three whole house systems over the past 20 years. Always state of the art equipment and Peter is the best in the business at design and troubleshooting. A big investment deserves the best people go with Peter

We had an office move into a much larger office space while I was on vacation in Hawaii!. Defined Entertainment Design immediately came out, scoped the job, took ownership and communicated with our commercial landlord.Everything was handled PERFECTLY...EVEN WHILE I WAS AWAY ON VACATION!Thank you to Peter and his whole team for providing us with such excellent, professional workmanship in a timely and cost-effective manner. Extremely responsive with a can do attitude! Mark set it up and John executed setting my new tv up and safely wrapped the old tv up and put my other tv in my car for return. John ran out for extra things that I didnt have to set up the new tv. He also loaned me moving blankets to wrap the old tv in, and carried the tv down to my car! Not your typical job. I am very grateful for their expertise and help. Thanks guys!
