I have been with state farm car insurance for years, they now also cover my home and boat. Marsha is the most amazing person! Any question I have she is there to anwser and guide me.... I spoke to her probably 7 times in the past two weeks regarding a new boat policy. She always has the answers, or finds them and returns my calls promptly, plus her professionalism and friendliness is out of this world. I could not imagine ever working with another agency, or without Marsha! Thanks for all you do!

While I have never met Marsha in person, it feels as if we have. Her personality and knowledge is something I count on and I really appreciate the work she does. I have been a State Farm customer for years. I have my cars insured, my rental property, life policies for myself and my family, and have bank with State Farm. There is no other insurance agency I have been with other than the Watson-Triggs Agency and I trust them with my insurance policies. Pamela has provided great customer service to me especially if I need to make changes, have questions, or need payment assistance. State Farm agency run and managed by Mrs. Watson-Triggs agency is superior in customer service and responsiveness. Everyone at the office is so friendly and they go the extra mile. I needed a home-owners policy and was price shopping. I feel protected by all the extra steps here. Deborah was so direct and knows all the product knowledge out there. This agency is very experienced and they look out for you. Additionally, Mrs. Triggs texts me to check in on my business needs and to see how my family is doing.

Friendly reminders!! Whenever Im elbow-deep into work, Watson-Triggs always text or call to kindly inform me -- via text -- of an upcoming or late bill. Embarrassing, but Im one of those people who hate automatic deposits and think I can remember the due date. Yet the office still works with my busy life and send friendly reminders. So far, shes provided me with general liability and life insurances and my has refinanced credit union auto-loan with a lower interest rate. Deborah is always willing to see if she can give you a better deal than the competitors.

If you are looking for the worst customer service, a team that overcharges and leaves things on your policy after several written notices to remove them, then this is the office for you!
