We love DeAna! My husband and I contacted DeAna about how we would go about selling our home since this was our first time. She gave us a very detailed overview and went over her personal selling style. DeAna also helped me stage our home with items we already owned and guided where to move furniture to make the best first impression. We are a very busy family of 5 with multiple pets and DeAna worked with our schedule and gave us as much notice as possible for showings. My experience with DeAna was pleasant and successful. She is a consummate professional, well informed, able to breakdown and clearly, tactfully, explain the complexities and variables in a real estate transaction. Having excellent information and access to her resource network, enabled me to make confident decisions. She brought to light items that saved me $ thousands, and was simply delightful company in the process. She really cares about her clients as well as the community and neighborhood she live in.Buying and finding a house at the top of the market was not an easy task. DeAna was very professional as well as personal…my stresses were high as my criteria needed to be met. DeAna is not only a fantastic realtor; she is an excellent support system. I found out recently my daughters family was expanding. So I started looking for a house for her new larger family and thats when I had the pleasure of meeting DeAna who was selling a house I was looking to buy. She was extremely helpful through out the process and was also, very knowledgable about the house and community. After the transaction was completed, she welcomed my daughter and her hubby to their new house.
