When it comes to authenticity and integrity, Danny at Deadwood Revival (DR) is the real deal.He and Mitch are committed to customer satisfaction and making an extra effort to ensure things go smoothly from beginning to end.DR has been working with my company getting logs delivered, milled to custom sized timbers and kiln dried. The entire process is not only done well, it’s fun. The positivity they exude fires me up every time I’m there.If you’re considering DR for your project, take it from me, you can’t go to a better source.

Danny and Mitch created the most beautiful custom black walnut live edge dining table for our home! Not only is it a work of art, but it is the gathering place to bring the family together! We also immensely appreciate that the wood was harvested from a fallen tree and revitalized for us! I love a company that is kind to the environment!

We had a wonderful experience with Danny and Mitch. The tables were fantastic! The Deadwood team are true craftsmen that care about their work and their customers. How much they care was demonstrated when the side table height needed to be adjusted after we got it home (250 miles away).Sure any company looks great when the product is perfect. It is when something needs to be fixed that challenges most businesses. Danny was again awesome to work with. He wanted to make us happy, whatever it took. He even gave us creative options on how to remedy the situation. The finished table now is the correct height and has a styling flair that makes it more stunning than it was designed. I couldnt be happier with this company and the people that make it happen.

From a muse of a sketch to a dream-like dining table that we hope to pass on to the next generation, Pepe and his team at Deadwood Revival Design created a masterpiece for our family.The team built a dining table for 6 people with a 60-year old redwood slab. The process included discussions on the requirement, understanding the business and artistic approach, and virtual collaboration on the base design.Highlights of our experience:* Mindfulness of the must haves — smooth edges, easy-to-maintain, solid/strong built — along with openness to experiment/improvise* Ease of collaboration: attention to details, instant evaluation, and general understanding of aesthetics that are hard to communicate/articulate* Thoughtful delivery and placement: rubber pads in the base to maneuver over wooden floor, modular setup to move the table inside the house, notes on varnish/polish and how-to take care of the furniturePepe and George also gifted us a set of 6 coasters handmade with Walnut wood.The personal touch is all over the piece and the partnership. Just got our new dining room table from @deadwoodrevivaldesign. Such an awesome addition with sentimental value. This walnut came from our Santa Rosa Creek Road Property. Wonderful keepsake item that will last for generations. Thank you Danny and team.Deadwood Revival Design came out to our property and took one of our favorite walnut trees and made this beautiful table. Danny kept great communication the entire time and provided updates constantly. It was fun watching the prophecy on IG too, know that was our table that everyone was commenting on.We just ordered a mantel and some cutting boards too. Can’t wait for more items from this great local company.

We had access to a huge Oak limb that fell down on a friends property. After following DWR on Instagram, I called Danny. Hes a very personable guy. When they were finished with the job, they cleaned up the area and left it better than it was before. He takes a lot of pride in his work and most of all, their companys good reputation. His communication is awesome and talks to you with great respect. Looking forward to working more with them in the future.

When I was looking for a custom built bar for my patio, I came across Deadwood Revival. Mitch and Pepe met with me and came up with a unique design that was perfect for my backyard. We went to Deadwood Revival Design to look at their inventory of reclaimed wood. We were amazed at the selection. We went with redwood for a mantle and a table. They finished the pieces and installed them. We are very happy with the end result.

The work done for our winery by Deadwood Revival Design completely transformed the look and feel of our tasting room. Dannys location has a wide variety of high quality, live-edge slabs. For anyone looking for design ideas, custom-made live edge projects, and high quality products, do yourself a favor and make a visit to his shop. Deadwood Revival Design was recommended to us by a good friend. She told us these guys are the nicest, friendliest people to work with. When you are dealing with custom work, you must be on the “same sheet of music”, when making decisions and changes to fine woodwork and metalwork. Danny, Mitch and Pepe are top notch in running their business. The creation of our black walnut dining table was a seamless process and we would definitely recommend using their services.

Deadwood Revival designed and built two custom live edge redwood tables and a beautiful live edge bar for our restaurant remodel at MOs BBQ in San Luis Obispo. These seats are always the first to be filled when we open and we have received many compliments and positive comments about them. The quality is top notch and they are wearing very well over the past 6 months of heavy restaurant usage. If youre looking for a one of a kind, sustainable, local heirloom work of art, I cannot recommend these guys strongly enough.

These guys are 100% off the charts good. I ordered a custom bed frame and headboard from DRD and the whole process was enjoyable. We worked through the design process together, listening to exactly what I wanted and they delivered more than I ever expected. From the floating bed frame and side shelves to the hidden lighting and invisible wireless chargers. I think I have found my forever bed.

Was in a pinch with some material I bought from another supplier that needed to be dried properly. Cold called Danny and he jumped on it, I had it dropped off and he personally stacked 2400 lineal ft of tongue and groove Brazilian hardwood in his kiln. He dried it for 3 weeks until it was ready then hauled it all back out and helped me load it on my trailer . Guys a legit hard worker with a lot of talent . The Deadwood team made the custom barber stations at Kut To Be The Best shop. They turned out looking great. They made sure to put on a durable epoxy finish given the frequent use they get through the day. We would be happy recommending them to anyone we know!

I was looking for a live edge redwood slab for my kitchen remodel. I searched far and wide including both locally and online via Etsy and alike. Although I found some pieces online for relatively inexpensive, communication was tough and I really had no idea the quality of wood I would get. I found deadwood revival last minute and went out to there shop in San Luis Obispo. They were super enthusiastic about everything, they had quality products, explained everything nicely, and gave me a better price than what I found locally and online. I would highly recommend them for live edge slab/ counters / tables/ bars.

There are so many emotions that come to mind when I think of this freaking beautiful, custom made river table the boys crafted for me. I’ll do the best to put it into words... it’s like having an investment that continues to pay dividends through time. Every time I walk into my home it brings a smile to my face. Dude, Danny’s the man. My Parent’s ash tree unfortunately had to be taken out. Luckily for me i linked up with Danny. This company genuinely cares about the story of my parent’s ash tree, and it shows by the costumer service/ advice/ and information I recieved, where as other companies had “bigger fish to fry”. I couldnt be happier with the slabs i received, and cant wait to make furniture with the tree i grew up climbing in.
