Amazing and helpful attorneys that helped out my dad and my family in general.After having a disdainful experience with B&D Law Group (from Los Angeles) after my dads accident last year, he was hit by a car at 70 years old, Blake did everything he could to fix the other attorneys mistakes and help my dad get the most out of a bad experience. Not only him, but his assistant/interpreter (my apologies for not remembering her name and title) was very efficient when it came to translating for my dad whenever I could not be present. Thank you Blake and everyone at the De Santis Law Center for helping us when we couldnt find the light at the end of the tunnel. Blake was great! I contacted several attorneys and he agreed to take my case no problem and even though I was wary of the situation assured me to trust the process and everything would work out in my favor and it did. Very happy with the outcome it was quick and relatively painless (in terms of the process not the injury lol) and the entire process dealing with Blake was very easy. I got into a pretty bad accident, not only was my car totaled and I was injured. The insurance company was only willing to give me $500 in a medical settlement and take my car. These attorneys are the first call I make whenever I have a legal issue or accident. Thomas handled an auto for me and I felt totally at ease with them handling it and it took the stress off of me so I could focus on healing. My mother has a case to which its been going on for a couple of years now. She was supposed to attend a meeting at the law firm for a interrogatory questionaire but because of the pandemic she was unable to, since office closed. She was sent the questionaire by email to fill out on her own. She has no printer, no scanner, and upon telling the assistants, she was told to write them down, answer them, and take a picture to then send to their email. If they were ACTUAL professionals, they would video call her and ask her the questions with proper details for understanding. Very unprofessional.
