They were always available for simple or complex questions. Davis is savvy and hes a work horse. With all the other deals hes managing he made me feel like I was his only client. Davis was excellent to work with, demonstrating professionalism and integrity in the recent transaction where he represented both sides of a condo deal. I was looking to purchase something with my best friend to help her with her first home purchase and Davis was the listing agent. I live in a different city and travel a lot, so Davis stepped in as needed to coordinate logistics of the deal for me. It is not often where you find an agent that maintains what is best for the seller and the buyer in a double sided deal, but he was able to clearly communicate needs of both parties and ensure that everything worked smoothly throughout the process. I would recommend him for anyone looking for an agent that is experienced and willing to work to get you exactly what you want.

As first time home buyers, it was very important to have someone who was knowledgable, friendly, resourceful, and communicative. Davis is very active on Social Media and is great at updating all his followers and clients on properties across Ventura and LA County, something I saw as a major bonus for a realator. Davis was always there for us when we had any questions and very quick to pick up the phone when we called. Daviss Real Estate network has definitely paid off. He was able to call his connections and get us into a house during these crazy Covid-19 times. He was more than happy to show us any property we wanted to see, no matter the day of the week. Davis would send us weekly emails with houses customized to our liking. Every transaction has been so smooth and simple. Davis handles everything you would expect from your agent and more. My husband and I found our dream home at an open house hosted by Davis. He was so knowledgeable and helpful that we used him as our agent to buy the house. Every step of the way he represented our interests and was extremely responsive to our every whim (and we had a lot of whims!). Given some insane scheduling difficulties, we needed a faster close. Davis wrangled all of the relevant parties (loan, title, escrow) like a Jedi master. As a first time home buyer I had a lot of questions and concerns about the process. Davis was incredibly responsive and put everything in simple terms for me. Every request I had was responded to nearly instantly. I had to go back and forth with the seller on a few issues. He acted as liaison and was able to get some concessions I asked for.
