I don’t even know where to begin. My house was so well marketed that many people in my community received both postcards with details and photos of the listing as well as a major real estate magazine with my house on the cover.David had so many connections that multiple people flew in to look at the property from out of town. My home sold for well over ask, and is one of the view Danville homes to close at over 4M, well above my expectation when it was initially listed.David is extremely genuine and honest. I’ve know him for over 25 years, and I’ve yet to meet anyone who doesn’t love the guy. David is a real estate superstar. He helped us sell our existing home in San Ramon and buy a wonderful new home for our young family in Danville. We couldnt recommend him enough. After helping us prep our house for sale - including helping us with virtual staging to avoid disruption to our kids - he worked tirelessly to build a groundswell of excitement among other agents and potential buyers. He hosted a stellar weekend of open houses and, thanks to his pre-marketing and discussions with open house attendees, we had 4 incredible offers to choose from.In addition to helping us sell, David kept up a constant stream of coming-soon properties for us to take a look at in Danville.
