Gabriella Venturo was pleasant to work with. The first meeting she was asking me questions and also answering any questions I had about buying a house considering I was a first time home buyer. She made sure we found the perfect house for me and didn’t try to pressure me into buying some place just to get rid of me. She was always keeping me informed on any houses I might like and of how housing market was looking. I waited a year to write the review. Even after getting me into the house she was helping me when it came to any questions I had about rates or my HOA. She’s an amazing realtor and will have your back

Worked with David selling my home. I had a tight timeframe and he was able to get it done! Once I agreed to go forward with him, he had a professional photographer scheduled for two days later. A day after the home was listed, “showcase” style and the listing drew in a ton of attention. Shortly after the showings came through and then the offers. I was worried since we listed right before the holidays, but that didn’t seem to deter buyers. Seamless process with no hiccups. I’m very pleased with the communication, professionalism, and dedication involved with the team. I recommend selling with David and plan to utilize his team once I’m ready to buy again!

We went to an open house for a property we had eyes on, and invited Gabriella to represent us since we didn’t already have an agent. Not only was that an easy decision, it was certainly the right one! We met her on a Saturday on our way out of town. She was in constant communication with us over the next few days, and by Wednesday the sellers had accepted our offer and we were off to the races.It’s been a long many years since we’d gone through the process of buying a house, but Gabriella led the charge, connecting us with the other parties that would ultimately be with us until we closed escrow. Everything went off without a hitch, and we moved so smoothly through the process we were concerned there was something we were missing. My family and I were looking to move from LA county to Menifee and was referred to Gabriella for our home search. We selected Team Stites to sell our parents’ home in the Menifee area because we needed an experienced one-stop shop to work with us to prepare the home to be sold as quickly as possible. The added challenge was that we did not live in the area, and we needed to do everything remotely.We were very pleased with the level of commitment and professionalism we received from David and his team. David was instrumental in helping us locate the best people to perform several different services including estate sale prep and execution, interior painting, new carpet installation, professional interior cleaning, and landscape clean-up. Arranging these services would have been very difficult to dofrom out of state.Additionally, David and his team were excellent in keeping us abreast with all the most crucial aspects of the sales process to ensure we were able to receive the most value for our parents’ estate. We are very grateful for Team Stites and glad we made the decision to select them to manage this process for us. David did a great job. We sold our home on the first day, over asking. The close was so smooth.Start to finish was 5 weeks. I strongly urge you to talk to him if you are looking. You will be glad you did.
