My experience with David Ricks attorneys office was absolutely outstanding. The staff responded very fast to every question and every request. Mr Ricks was very thrall during trial and when explaining to me each step of the way. There was never a doubt that we were not going to win my case. The professionalism of everyone made me know I was in the right place. There is no denying Mr. Rick knows his stuff. Just to think I just Googled and found this treasure. Mr. Ricks. and Viviana Zaragoza are thee BEST!! We had a customer, Matt Sawyer with Epoxy LA defraud the company by illegal chargebacks for approx. $25K. For a small business that was a major blow. But David H. Ricks & Associates went to work and got us a favorable judgement in record time for the $25K Matt Sawyer, with Epoxy LA stole, with an additional approx. payout of $30K as a penalty (and deterrent) to Matt Sawyer and any others who would try this scheme of illegal chargebacks. David H. Ricks & Associates do not mess round. You can count on them to take care of you 100%. Great job guys! What you do seriously makes a difference.

Mr Ricks is amazing! He is truly understanding and wants to help you. I had a million questions for him and he always made himself available for me. Mr Ricks is an attorney who i would highly recommend. I am a General Contractor so it is hard to find attorneys that are familiar with construction lingo. He is easy to talk to and down to earth. His office is very nice and staff is very pleasant. He defended myself and my company with professionalism and I was very pleased with his determination to gather all information.
