Dave is a really awesome guy. Fixed both my fans on my gaming laptop when I originally requested for 1 only. I would highly recommend Dave to anyone who wants to get things fixed. He gets straight to the point and wastes no time. The prices are a lot better then most repairs locations in Escondido. Thanks Dave!

Dave is the best: he helped my husband and me fix a terrible hacking problem we were having. He came to our home, assessed the problem and had everything fixed in a day. It was a very complicated process but he assured us he could successfully fix the problem and ensure that the problem would never reoccur again. He was right!Cant recommend Dave highly enough!

I can highly recommend Dave. My laptop had gotten terribly slow. It turned out the hard drive was failing. He was able to save all the data and install a new one that is extremely fast! I took my laptop in on a Thursday late in the afternoon, and he had it ready by Friday early afternoon! His pricing was also reasonable. He is very knowledgeable and thorough. He also has PCs and laptops for sale at competitive prices that are even already loaded with MS Office.

Dave was very helpful since my first call. He was kind enough to walk me through over the phone to obtain some information about my laptop in order to find out what the problem was. When I was at his business, he continued to provide the same courtesy and confirmed the issue with my laptop and explained everything that he was going to do. I had got to a different place before ( squad people) and their service and attention wasnt the best. Dave got my laptop working sooner then what he had said and help me over the phone, even after I got my computer at home. He is very respectful, polite and gives each client the necessary time. Thank you!!

I had an unfortunate experience at Daves computer repair shop that left me feeling dissatisfied and frustrated. I brought in my expensive Dell XPS 13 laptop, which wasnt turning on, and was quoted $75 for a diagnostic. I left my laptop with its original charger and was told to expect a call in 3-4 days. However, on the 5th day, I had to call Dave myself to get an update on my laptop. He informed me that the motherboard was fried and that it wasnt worth repairing. I was disappointed that he didnt notify me of this earlier, as I believed it was my decision to make whether to repair it or not.When I went to the shop to retrieve my laptop, Dave handed me what appeared to be the SSD in a small plastic bag and a flash drive with my data. It was unclear why he didnt reassemble my laptop, but I paid the $75 and declined his $20 offer for the unsalvageable laptop. As I was leaving, I realized I had forgotten the original charger, so I called Dave to inform him and returned to the shop shortly after. Dave handed me a charger, but it wasnt the original one. When I pointed this out to him, he searched for the original charger, but couldnt seem to find it. I felt like I was being scammed, as the experience had been unprofessional and unsatisfactory from the start.Eventually, Dave gave me a charger that was still not the original, but appeared to be brand new with some plastic still on it. As Im not an expert in computer hardware, I cant be sure if anything was missing from the internals of my laptop, but the experience left me feeling skeptical and frustrated. I wouldnt recommend this repair shop to anyone, as it seems like a scam and a rip-off. Potential customers should be aware of the unprofessionalism and lack of customer service they may encounter.

I visited Daves to obtain a quote on repairing an old laptop. He provided me with a very reasonable quote. I was torn between repair or replacement. He showed me 2 laptops that he had for sale. Both were very reasonably priced. I went with a new laptop. He had it ready to go (with all the software I specified) the next morning. Upon setting up my new laptop, I could see that he worked into the night to get it into my hands ASAP!!! He was very knowledgeable, and a delight to work with.

Although my laptop was beyond repair, Dave treated me with kindness and cared about my situation.. I had a wonderful experience here, and after a long horrible day, he was the thing that turned my day around. I cannot express how grateful I am for him, and his kindness and compassion. Great businessman. I would recommend this business to everyone who has computer issues.

I live in Florida, my step day lives in Escondido, CA. He needed a new PC, which I purchased. Dave setup the computer for him, moved his files and insured he was able to log into the apps and programs he uses.Dave provided great customer service, a very fast response, and was very professional.I recommend Daves Computer Repair.
