The best place for family fun, games, sports, drinks and food. First I want to start off with the strawberry margarita and strawberry pureed ice cubes absolutely delicious! The food was pretty tasty we had the cheese steak, chicken, pizza for the kiddo and garlic Parmesan fries. (We really want you guys to add Oreo shakes to your menu). The games are still as fun as ever. We loved the hungry hippo classic game, and the VR experience. Lastly, the big daddy chocolate cake and the strawberry shortcake are a fantastic treat after all of our energy was depleted 4hrs later. The staff was amazing and the service was top notch. No complaints from this family, we cant wait to return for our Family fun Saturday.

We came here to celebrate my sons middle school promotion. Im not sure if having fithy menus is a requirement but this is the second Dave and Busters that Ive gone and gotten disgusting menus sticky and a horrible smell so I went to the restroom to was my hands and it wasnt any better, aside from that our server was great food was just ok I ordered cajin wings they were tough, I also ordered the ribeye that was a little better but I think the beef quality was low grade but then again this place isnt a steakhouse the garlic mash potato were good and the asparagus was surprisingly well cooked

I recently visited Dave & Busters with my family for the first time. Although we didnt dine there, we thoroughly enjoyed our time playing arcade games. The overall experience was excellent. The process of loading credits onto a card was straightforward, making it convenient to access the games. They offer a diverse selection of games suitable for a wide range of ages. I highly recommend Dave & Busters for a fun-filled outing.

Dave and Busters Thousand Oaks is honestly a really good place to go if you want to have fun. You have many TVs that surround the food area and great food that actually fills you up. My friend and I came one day to have a drink and eat and had this lovely server named Bianca who made sure to always be there for us and come with a smile. She made sure to check up and help us if we needed something. The new menu was out and she made the greatest recommendations. I could have not asked for a better server 💯. One of the prettiest too❤️‍🔥. I did though lose my glasses while playing in the game area and when trying to ask security to look at cameras they said goodluck cause we aren’t allowed to look at them as if they aren’t security. Oh well, still fun experience.

This is by far the best location. The waiters and bartenders are on it and very helpful! The best employee they have is Joey at the rewards store. He is always so helpful and attentive to help kids pick their toys. He is kind and great at his job!!

Absolute trash experience!! The server with the crazy looking fake freckles was absolutely incompetent it’s actually wild she can hold a job of any sort!! I was letting her incompetence slide but she was so rude for literally no reason. I also work in the service so I try EXTRA hard to be nice because I get it sometimes it’s just not your day but maybe she should have called out or quit like awful experience! She got our order wrong TWICE. She apologized the first time she brought out extra drinks the table didn’t ask for. The second she brought out barbecue wings when we asked for buffalo extra sauce. When they got to our table we had to wait for her to come to tell her these weren’t it and when I did tell her she just looked at me no smile didn’t say anything and just took the plate so I said “okay thank you so much” in the sassiest most polite tone possible because why are you mad at me for your mistake? Then she has a different server come to our table and he told she clocked out for day even though her dumb self was walking back and fourth! Everyone says it’s awful service but you don’t believe them until you actually know for yourself! The manger even came to our table because when she handed us off she didn’t explain to the new sever we didn’t want the extra drink or barbecue wings and they were trying to charge us for that. We loaded our cards before hand but the dining experience made us not want to play so we wasted money on food and games we didn’t even play! I hope she cried off her ugly freckles she deserves it

I havent been to a Dave n Busters since I was in high school in 2005.......I was thrilled to have a good time here in 1000 oaks....good atmosphere and I love the fact that you have many options and variety of games. . Very spacious and good atmosphere. Love getting tickets virtually. Its been definitely a long time since I had been at DB. 5 stars cuz I have no complaints and or been no problems ...... You guys rock, definitely sending you some more people......

I absolutely love come coming to this Dave n Busters location!Food and drinks are always amazing. Games are always fun. Servers and bartenders are always friendly and kind. Manager Johnny is amazing and went above and beyond to make sure we had an amazing time at Dave n busters!

This place is so fun and top games to play with family or just have drinks & watch a game on many screens while your kids play fun games ...And the staff are very kind & helpful.Thank you for giving us a great experience

Update: visited again 4/16It was super packed, had a good time playing games and eating some appetizers. I really like their pretzel dogs. We sat at fhe bar and were attended right away. We ordered the chicken tenders with fries and were overfilled with disappointment. Ive had way better tenders from an Ihop or Dennys, but whatever slices of meat that were on the plate shouldnt have never left the kitchen...First review: came on a lonely TuesdayParking is right outside the building. Pretty much had the whole place to ourselves.I havent tried the food.The happy hour drinks hurt my stomach, I had one too many.Too many out of order games and the photo booth took $6Not many things to trade tickets for at the winners store.I needed a bathroom with a hook, it took a minute. When I found one, it didnt have toilet paper..I was at DnB for 4 hours and that whole time I was there a toilet from the ladies room was continuously flushing! Non stop water cycling down the toilet. I think that also happened when I had came another time. Anyway, the stall needs an Out of Order sign too.Overall, we were well greeted at the door.
