2023-01-06 21:40:43Phenomenal service by Data Doctors! They recovered my old PC hard drive from 2006. I was able to retrieve thousands of old pictures and even more old music files! They were also very realistic about the expectations. They said it could take a couple weeks but they had it done in 3 days. I am absolutely blown away by what they were able to accomplish and really appreciate them being realistic with expectations. I would highly suggest Data Doctors for your data recovery services!

2022-01-04 18:00:04Excellent customer service. They helped me recover data from my 6TB external HD. Not only were they able to get all of my info back, but they put it on a hard drive that came with a beautiful case! I cant say enough about these guys and the professional service they rendered. I highly recommend them if you are in a data recovery bind!

2019-08-29 01:21:43I take classes at the Apple Store.During one session I asked the Instructor/Genius for assistance with a non-apple product. Apples policy is to work Only on Apple products, he said. The Apple instructor referred me to the DataDoctors in Vista. He said, It is the number 1 place that I recommend because they do a great job.As I entered the store in Vista their work area looked like a scientific laboratory. I met Al and Joe as they went right to work on my device. Within minutes, it was working properly. I could tell they enjoyed the challenge.Since I was not born under an IT sun or moon, I totally appreciated their patience and kindness. They are highly skilled geniuses and entrepreneurs in their own right and are kindhearted as well. What an incredible combination! I was surprised there wasnt a line out the door!

2018-05-18 16:51:56We have used Data Doctors for years under their monthly agreement and found Al and the staff always supportive, direct and honest. Al has always taken my call, done live fixes through remote or when necessary, they have recovered our computers within 24 hours at their shop quickly and effectively. I recommend Al and his team. 2015-04-24 04:29:19SCAMMERS!Ask them straight up how much their service costs. They will refuse to tell you. They will tell you its only 60 (no refunds) for an evaluation and then they will call after they check it out, but no matter what the problem is; they will tell you its 280 or you can get a membership that adds up to 500.You are better off at Geek Squad and that is sad. I thought they were the worst until my bf took my laptop here! They couldnt even tell him what they were going to do that was worth almost 300! Found a local guy who did everything perfect for less than 200 and no tricky talk when we asked about the price either.I will tell everyone I know to stay away from these rip off con artists. Never leave your computer here!

2019-08-16 06:06:30Went it for a diagnosis on my PC about the power not turning on. It was 60 bucks right off the bat just for a call about whats wrong. I was told that my processor and motherboard werent going to work because of a spill 2 years ago and then he proceeded to instantly talk about all the great new upgrades he was going to put into my computer without labor included. I figured I would try and figure it out myself and ordered a new power supply and my PC was up and running again. It felt like a scam that he was trying to get me to upgrade my PC without actually finding a problem. I fear for people that arent as tech savvy to walk into this situation and agree with whatever the Data Doctors say for expensive prices and ridiculous labor costs. Find another PC repair shop.

2021-04-27 15:12:20My experience with the workers from Data Doctors they are very professional and I was reading through the reviews and noticed people were complaining about the pricing these are not overpriced parts you have to understand computers are the future if you want to use something less as in performance and expect the best with less pay youre kidding yourself computer parts are expensive so it is right to go to Data Doctors to get those parts for the best pricing. You cant expect to have a Ferrari by paying with pennies.

2015-04-22 19:31:46This post is concerning the comment from Corey Stacy. I worked at Data Doctors when your mother dropped off her computer for repair. After we told her what was wrong, she declined further service and stated that she would pick it up. That was in May 2014. I personally called her once a week, made notes to her account. I even backed up the image to our server (even though I wasnt obligated to). She made one attempt at contact about 3 months after she dropped it off and said she would come get it. If she were to read the Terms and Conditions, it clearly states that abandoned property would be disposed of. The time and effort I personally spent trying to make contact with her was really above and beyond what I was supposed to do. At this time, it is her fault that it was sent for recycling. Have a nice day.
