I hired Dashing Events for our wedding and he was one of the easiest vendors to work with. Omead provided for us a DJ, Percussionist, lighting, drapery, and Photobooth. I had absolutely no problems with Dashing before the wedding or day of. Omead and his staff are professional, organized, and very easy to work with. The drapery and lighting made the room look so beautiful and the percussionist and DJ kept the party going until the very last minute! Overall I recommend Dashing to everyone I know and they will meet your expectations!!

We initially hired Dashing Events for our wedding entertainment, but honestly they went above and beyond all our expectations. Omead, from Dashing Events, helped us with virtually everything from the floor plan and room ambiance to helping us decide when to make the grand entrance and dinner time. Omead was very honest and fair - having steered us away from unnecessary services, though he would made more money. I can’t say enough about his musicians and music selection – there were so many people dancing that we ran out of room on the dance floor and people started dancing around their tables. Dashing Events was easy to reach – even at 11 at night and always punctual. After our wedding, we received so many positive comments about the music and lighting that it really would have been a disservice if I didnt write about my experience with Dashing Events.

When I think about my wedding, one of my top memories, if not the best one, is the amazing experience that Dashing Events provided me and guests! I booked the Club Vibes DJ package, uplighting, a tabla player, electric violist, cocktail sound and a photo booth. All absolutely amazing! Working with Omead and the Dashing Events team was the most seamless part of the wedding planning process and definitely my favorite part! Wedding planning can be so stressful, especially for me, as I was planning a west coast wedding from the east coast. I never had to worry about Dashing Events, I was confident from the second I spoke with Omead that he and his team were the best in the industry. From beginning to end, Omead kept my vision for entertainment at top of mind. He went through great lengths to ensure that my day was absolutely perfect, and it was, all thanks to him and his team of absolutely amazing and talented individuals. I cant say enough great things about Dashing Events! Just know that when you book them, you can feel 1000% confident in their ability to deliver an amazing experience for you and your guests! Omead and the team at Dashing events were fantastic to work with for our wedding this past weekend! From day one, Omead was very on top of answering all my questions about draping, lighting and DJ. We ended up using them for draping and lighting and the results were gorgeous! Omead also followed up right after our wedding to ensure we were happy with all the results of their service. Omead from Dashing Events is simply incredible!!He was professional from the get go and provided great rates! Hes the nicest guy with a big heart! He communicated regularly and made himself available for us to meet with him whenever we needed! He even creates this online form that you can add music to your wedding playlist, make a note of songs you dont want played and work on a timeline together! You can put your total trust in him to make sure your wedding is amazing! He played great music and was able to get the crowd excited even though they were not all young. The best part of Omeads service was his lighting. The room was completely transformed and felt so romantic.. which was exactly the theme that we were going for. We were so impressed. If you are looking for a DJ and lighting for your wedding, look no further. Omead will go above and beyond for your event!

We had a terrific experience with Dashing Events, and would recommend them to anybody. They made the process very easy for us.Omead was our contact, and he was very communicative and responded quickly for the most part. They have an online portal that we really enjoyed using, where we entered all the details, a-z, including song choices for dancing, ceremony, reception, (including must-play and do-not-plays), contact information for other vendors, order of events, et. al. And Omead spent multiple phone calls with me going over details, helping to reassure me that they had everything under control - which they totally did.We had a Lebanese-American wedding, so we had a zeffeh with a live dance performance for the grand entrance of the bride & groom, and they worked with the dance group and figured out the timing for everything without us having to worry about it at all. And they did a great job of blending a mix of Arabic and Western music that kept both families engaged and enjoying the evening.Their speaker set up was good and was clear enough that you could actually hear what the speaker / DJ was saying, which is not usually the case at most weddings that Ive been to in the past.10/10, 2 thumbs up, 5/5 stars.

We had an amazing time at our wedding because of Dashing Events. DJ Omead and Dashing Events were amazing. From the start to the finish they worked really hard and rocked our wedding. The up lighting made the venue absolutely beautiful and guests had a blast with the photo booth.

The DJ and musicians (Saxophonist and Percussionist) did amazing for our wedding! DJ Maz was high energy and kept the crowd engaged and dancing. There were even a few curve balls we threw him throughout the night and he adapted quickly and made it happen.Everyone loved the music and were especially amazed at the saxophonist. He was able to play along almost every song that played, regardless of genre.One of our favorite parts of the night was when the percussionist let us play during the dance portion. Everyone loved watching that and he was awesome!Overall, Dashing Events exceeded our expectations and we’re happy we chose them to be a part of our wedding.

Full stop - Omead and Maz are IT!!! We hired them for our Persian + American wedding a month ago and are STILL getting comments about how unbelievable DJ Maz was, as well as our live percussionist. Working with Omead throughout the process was an absolute pleasure - we changed our minds what felt like a million times and asked a lot of Omead, and he never missed a beat and gave us great pricing as well. Maz was an absolute banger - we had a completely full dance floor all night long. He listened to the crowd, and was great about following the flow to make sure people were having the best time. We also purchased sparklers through Dashing Events which made the event even more spectacular! If you need a DJ in LA, Omead and Maz are it. Done!!

We had such an amazing time at our wedding and it was thanks to DashingEvents! They not only did they livened up the crowd with great music and sound system, but they made our wedding top notch with up lights, pinspots, percussionists, violinists, MC, and photobooth! On top of that, Omead made great suggestions regarding the flow of the wedding which we never even thought about while we were planning the event. He and the MC that was hired through DashingEvents helped us keep to the timeline on our wedding day! I cant thank dashing events enough!! They are worth every penny and made the night!

We booked DJ Omead from Dashing Events for our wedding and we really couldnt be happier with the service we got. He was extremely attentive to every detail that would make our day that much more perfect. He was one of two vendors that we had who actually came through in every way. Just when my mom and my husbands mom were going to have a break down because of our other vendors, DJ Omead actually approached them and comforted them and said from this point forward we are going to have a great night and that is exactly what happened. Every single one of our guests was up on the dance floor til the very end and we had almost 500 guests so that is very impressive. And the night was so alive, we really forgot about everything else that went wrong. We can not thank him enough for not only doing his job, but making our special day as memorable as it was. I recommend him to anyone and everyone that has the opportunity to book him for an event. Thank you so much!

We booked DJ Omead for our wedding at the Portofino in Redondo Beach 9/19. Omead and his crew (Photo booth, Percussionist) did an amazing job. The music was perfect. We had Iranian and American guests and the mix was just right. All guests were happy and the dance floor was packed all night. And by all night I mean all night. Omead is a very professional guy, from the moment we met him we knew he has everything under control. His proposal, his office, his presentation, the tools for us and guests to use. He always responds right away and goes above and beyond to make your event as successful as possible. We were glad to have picked the percussionist on top of the music, it really gave the night a different vibe. He was energetic, fun and kept the stage alive. Everything was absolutely fabulous!

I was a guest at least three events hosted by Dashing Events and they were all amazing. Everything was A++, but if I had to choose one element which really stood out for me, it would be their musicians. When their saxophonist and percussionist performed, the dance floor would erupt with excitement! The last wedding hosted by Dashing Events which I attended was definitely the most fun I have had at any wedding. Highly recommended!

Omead is absolutely the best and most epic DJ ever. He was easily the easiest part of our wedding set-up process. I told him to play some awesome hip hop dance music mixed in with Arabic music to keep people on the floor. He kept a full dance floor until we all got kicked out by the venue ... and our wedding was on a Sunday. People loved it so much they stuck around and decided to just skip work the next day!!The percussionist was money! He played the tabla along with all the music and gave it a nice beat that kept everyone going. Photobooth was a HIT and now we have 1000s more hilarious pictures of all of our friends and family.I would hire him again in a heartbeat, no questions asked!!

Where do I even begin? If I could give Dashing Events and DJ O more than 5 stars, I would in a heartbeat. I live in the San Francisco Area and planning a wedding for 300 guests in Burbank. Not an easy task but DJ Omead made my life insanely easy. Communication was prompt, professional and easy. And when I got wrapped up in other wedding madness, Omead would contact me with reminders and sent me a tool to help me get through the details of the wedding.The two nights BEFORE the wedding:We had a teleconference to confirm times, names, songs, etc. When my bridal party made last minute changes, he accommodated them and constantly assured me that everything was going to be great.The WEDDING DAY:Where do I begin? A DJ can make or break a wedding.. Omead MADE OUR WEDDING!!!! I have attended a ton of weddings and I have never seen a DJ play such great music with such amazing transitions to keep everyone on the dance floor. Omead and his team were dressed to impress, rolled with all the punches with a smile on their faces, and made sure that my husband and I had a great time. I will never refer another DJ or company than Dashing Events and DJ O.Our photobooth was awesome! It was compact and great quality :)AND we were surprised to later find a video that Omead created for us summarizing our amazing day which we didnt know was even happening.I cant thank DJ Omead and Dashing Events enough for making our day beyond magical. DJ O MCd and DJd our wedding. He was hands down fantastic!!! He worked the crowd and kept everyone dancing all night. He was gracious, professional and a complete pleasure to be around. He was wonderful! I would (and will) recommend him highly!!!!Dashing Events also did our lighting (up lights, a ceiling wash and pin spots for our center pieces). Everything looked amazing. Lighting was perfect, and very reasonably priced.

I wanted a DJ that could play music for both Iranian and Afghani audience and they were it! Omead is your point of contact for everything. He is very friendly, quick to respond, and answers all your questions. He also took the time to understand what sort of music I want and what the audience is like. Maz is the DJ that came to my wedding and he was well aware of everything that omead and I had talked about, such as my playlists, the order to play songs etc. The other helpful thing was that they have you use a website to plan your wedding/even timeline and what songs you want and when. And it really helps you to plan your event! In a way they become your event coordinator. Close to the day of event, Omead suggested I add an MC. I was hesitant initially and wasnt sure if its really necessary. However Omead explained to me how MC can be helpful and given what I had told him about my event and expectations, it would be a good fit. And indeed Mathew, the MC was a great fit!!! He speaks Farsi and English, so he can do a lot bi-cultural jokes, as well as explain Persian traditions, such as the knife dance. He also really pumps up the crowd and gets everyone excited to dance, welcome the bride and groom, etc.Great choice for your event!!!

Having an international wedding on the dance floor is not an easy job but Dj O made it happen perfectly. The best part about hiring Dashing Events and Omead -- DJO -- is that everyone confirms your decision when they hear your choice :) As soon as I would say hes our DJ, the response invariably was, Oh, good. Hes good! That was such a relief.As far as my experience of him for the actual work, DJO is super professional and totally on top of it. He knows everything he needs to know in order to get the job done regardless of how much I knew which was very important for me. We were lucky to have booked him as our very first vendor close to 9 months in advance and could rest easy.His company is very organized and helps you stay on top of your entertainment. In addition, because he is really good at what he does, we only gave him what we needed for us to have fun, and he could take care of making sure the guests had a great time.Also, we rented his gorgeous white dance floor and a fog machine. The two made our first dance absolutely magical, and set the tone for the entire evening. The dance floor alone was such a big piece of beauty. His prices for these things were also the best. We put 3 chandeliers over it, too (rented from Star Events Productions), which made it so glamorous.

As an event planner, I know how much the success of any event depends on the quality of the vendors. Dashing Events is one of my preferred vendors for DJ, lighting, draping, and photobooth services. Omead and his team are extremely professional, pleasant, and always responsive to questions and ever-changing needs for an event. Its great to have a team dedicated to going above and beyond to keep their clients happy.They are extremely thorough with conducting venue walk-thrus, reviewing timelines and floorplans, and providing helpful suggestions on how to make the event experience better for the guests. You learn to appreciate that after experience shows that not every vendor is dedicated to that level. Its not just about a paycheck for them, they are doing this to truly make their clients happy.In addition to their organization throughout the planning process, they are always spot on the event day as well: Respectful of venue rules and regulations; arriving and setting up on time; and accommodating last minute requests like superheroes. My wife and I recently got married at the Millennium Biltmore in Los Angeles and we used Dashing Events for our lighting. Because the ballroom is an old 1920s style ballroom, my wife definitely wanted uplighting to accent all the ornate columns and walls and pin spots to focus on all the beautiful flowers she picked out. We were originally getting pricing all over the map and not knowing enough about lighting I felt very out of my element. But after meeting with Omead from DE, he put our mind at ease. He did an excellent job of explaining what exactly he was going to do, how many lights we needed to put up, why we needed x amount of lights. He even put up string lights for our cocktail hour. It turned out amazing.I still remember my blood was pumping from the adrenaline right before we were going to make our grand entrance and my best man looked at me...and he said hey man, have you looked into the room yet and I said no. Well he said, take a look man, that room looks amazing with all the lights. We are gonna have a fun night. My best man was right, the room did look amazing and I know that was due to DE. They went definitely above and beyond.
