I interviewed a few realtors before deciding on Darryl and JJ Jones Team. What sealed the deal for me was Darryls negotiating skills and his philosophy of allowing the seller to take part in the whole selling process (if they want to). Thanks to Darryl and his team (Dodi in particular) I always knew what was going on and when. They helped me stage my townhouse and gave me some really great information about what to fix and what not to fix.They also were able to work beautifully with my buyer, who was coming in with a VA loan, and they understood what was necessary to close the deal without any delays.Because of Darryl and his teams advice, my townhome sold at the highest price ever recorded in my complex. I have to tell you, that feels pretty good!

Darryl and his team did an amazing job selling our condo in YL. It sold the first weekend and we had several offers over asking price. We were kept informed throughout the entire process. Excellent customer service and great negotiating to get the best price.

Darryl is the best! We knew of Darryl from meeting him about 10 years ago, and have kept aware of how well he does in the real estate market because we see his picture everywhere! When we decided to sell our investment property in Anaheim and do a 1031 exchange, he was the perfect agent to help us! His team is incredibly efficient and organized, and with Darryls marketing of the property, it was sold within 2 months! And, this was during January!! We are very happy with our decision to hire Darryl Jones and highly recommend him any chance we get!

Darryl and team were awesome in providing advice and support leading to the successful sale of our home ($30k over asking!). While they always provided great recommendations, they also made it very clear we were in charge of deciding which recommendations worked for us. Darryl is not at all pushy!! They also have a Rolodex of any home and move-related service you might need along the way - all vetted and reasonably priced. We would absolutely recommend Darryl and his team to anyone selling their home.

At one of the worst times in my life, Darryl came along and gave me some hope for the future. Just days after my mom passed and my dad got out of a nursing home, Darryl stopped me from selling for what my parents worked their whole life for pennies of the dollar it seemed to an investor. He treated me more like a big brother than a realtor, and now thanks to his generosity, knowledge and kindness, things are finally beginning to look up for me and my dad. I couldnt have done it without Darryl and Dodi, who answered all my dumb questions during closing. Darryl has changed my life forever and I will never be able to thank him enough.

Darryl and his assistant Doti are the best team Ive ever met. Surprisingly, they were the sellers agent and I, the buyer, chose them as a dual agent. As you may guess, my expectation wasnt too high to speak for me. But they really care for my need and always did their best to listen to me. Darryl and Doti always answer me back right away and never forgot follow-up check either. Since my experience couldnt be better, I really want people to know how good they are and consider them as their next agent. I definitely recommend them with my two thumbs up.
