I was extremely disappointed with how our case was handled by Darius and his staff from start to finish. There were a number of poor mistakes made, that showed a lack of attention to detail. When presented with these mistakes, it didnt seem to be a big deal to Darius, yet my confidence dwindled each time as the case went along.Its the details that are of utmost importance with any legal correspondence and document(s). After spending almost $10k with his firm on my case, it makes me question the validity of all of the documents.

Darius is a wonderful Lawyer to work with. He is incredibly professional and friendly, and his office in San Marcos is easy to find and a beautiful space. He has always given me the best legal advice for my business and answers all my questions in a detailed and easy to understand manner. When we have our annual meetings, it is a very easy process and he really cares about the success of my business. I would highly recommend his services to everyone. I have even referred my mother to him, and it is working out great for her as well!

Darius, his assistant Roxanne, and his team were all very welcoming and helpful. They are gay friendly, and my wife and I had a million questions about how everything works and they took the extra time to explain everything we needed. They were available every time we called and very flexible. We got exactly what we needed for a very fair price! They also work with your employer EAP plans too!

Darius has been a big help to me as well as the clients I have referred to him. Hes detailed with his explanations but speaks to me in a way that I can comprehend. Ive dealt with other attorneys for estate planning in the past for myself as well as my clients, Darius by far exceeds my expectations.
