Aubrey and the whole Daring to Dream event team are absolutely amazing. They helped me throw my dad an absolutely epic 75th birthday celebration! Their attention to detail, vendor recommendations, and expert planning made the entire event go off without a hitch. They are an excellent company and your mind will truly be put at ease if you hire them! I cannot recommend Daring to Dream enough!

The BEST!!! I truly could not have gotten through my wedding without Aubrey and Brian. So professional and personable! They handled every situation for me I didn’t have to lift a finger my wedding day. They made me feel as if I’ve known them forever! They definitely kept my day together, if I could give them 1000 stars I would. They definitely go above and beyond to reach your expectations. AND their bar is so cute!! If you’re contemplating on hiring them, just do it!!

Brian is the BEST bartender, hands down! He was professional, efficient, and offered exquisite service for an incredibly reasonable price. My husband and I were able to try our signature cocktails from the comfort of our own home (thats right - he brings everything to you!). He allowed us to make adjustments to the drinks to truly customize our experience. Our guests raved about his bartending services and no one was waiting too long for a drink. Were so glad we booked him; you should, too!!!

The Daring to Dream team is a DREAM TEAM!! I loved working with Brian, Aubrey, and their team for my wedding. I worked with Brian leading up to the wedding and he was incredible. I appreciated that he got me on the phone quickly to talk through details and right away he made me feel like he would have my back all through the process, which he did.We also hired 2 wait staff in addition to Brian as the bartender and they made everything so much better. Aubrey made me feel so taken care of and she made every detail I envisioned into a reality.I am so grateful to this team. Everything was communicated effectively, and the couple were able to fully be present and enjoy their wedding. Aubrey is a GEM of a human and so joyful and gracious. Brian with Daring to Dream Events was incredible to work with! Filling out the online request form was super easy and Brian was quick to respond with a very reasonable quote and follow-up questions about my event. Daring to Dream definitely does a lot more complex/upscale events compared to my casual weeknight block party event, but his attentiveness made me feel like my event was just as important as any other. On the day of, he showed up on time looking sharp as hell and took care of every detail wed discussed. He rolled with the punches when we changed things around last minute and most importantly, made our guests feel special. I would recommend Daring to Dream Events to anyone, whether youre planning a wedding, company party, fundraiser, or just a little neighborhood block party.

Where do I even begin?! Aubrey and Brian were top notch coordinators from the start. From start to finish they were intentional and SO valuable to our wedding planning process. They helped us with everything we thought we needed help with and several more things we had no clue we needed help with! They filled in the gaps for us and went above and beyond what we could have ever expected. Our wedding weekend was actually a four day event and they were there through it all. They supported us not only with the logistical side of things but also with the emotional side. Aubrey and Brian helped ease the stress of wedding planning and coordinating. 7/29/2022 We had a small dinner party (14 people) for out of town and in town guests. Brian Gardner, from Daring to Dream Events, was our caterer. The process of using his services allowed me to enjoy my guests.The cost was reasonable and the service most professional. Brian multi-tasked drinks, appetizers and dinner presentation. The dishes were done and my clean up was minimal after the last guest left.Large event or small I would definitely recommend this group for your party.

We highly recommend the Daring to Dream team!! We realized a few weeks before our wedding that we needed some additional professional staff to handle serving/waiting and cleanup. We are SO happy we found Daring to Dream and that they were able to add us to their busy summer calendar. Working with them was an extremely positive experience from start to finish. Brian was so helpful in our conversations before the wedding, helping us figure out what we needed and reviewing the timeline. The team who worked our wedding were absolute all-stars who went above and beyond to make everything run smoothly during the reception. All I can say is WOW!! Aubrey and Brian were seriously the most incredible people to work with when it came to coordinating our wedding day. They truly put their heart and soul into making sure that everything ran smoothly and that our vision for our big day became a reality. They were extremely responsive and had amazing communication with us leading up to the big day. This helped us build up a lot of trust and faith in them. I told Aubrey and Brian how I wanted decor set up and it came out better than I could have ever imagined. The day ran so smoothly due to them being very organized and attentive to detail. My fiancé and I hired Brian and Aubrey as bartender and wait staff for our engagement party. They were extremely professional and absolutely outstanding. We had a completely stress-free party thanks to them.Brian helped us throughout the planning process. He helped us create specialty cocktails with our own custom names, and they were a huge hit at the party! He gave us a full shopping list and was very clear on what he would provide and what we needed to bring. His bar setup was very nice and everyone loved all the drinks he made, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic.Aubrey and Cohen helped us at the party as wait staff. I only had to explain the setup and the various food items once. They took care of setting up, serving appetizers, heating the entrees, serving and refilling waters and everything else that we needed. Aubrey also went the extra mile and brought my fiancé and I drinks because we were so busy entertaining our guests.We will definitely be hiring Brian and Aubrey for any of our future events, and I’m sure our friends will do the same. We are both so grateful that Brian and Aubrey took such good care of us, our parents and our guests. They made the party a huge success.We definitely recommend hiring them!

Brian and Aubrey made our day run so smoothly, they not only ran the bar but helped set up our buffet and dessert tables as well. Aubrey even took the time to pack us food to take to the hotel with us when we did our send-off. Brian also was super helpful with telling us what to bring and order beforehand, and they were always super quick and thorough with communication during our entire wedding planning process. They are lovely people and are so good at what they do! Will definitely use them again if we get the chance.

Brian and his sweet wife, Aubrey, bartended our wedding this past Saturday. I overlooked a small detail of bringing produce for the garnishes for our cocktails. BIG OOPS ON MY PART. Brian took care of this. I had zero clue about my mistake until my sister told me at 8 o’clock at night ! My husband and I could not be happier with the services provided by Daring to Dream Events. I had Brian do the bartending at my wedding and I received SO many compliments about how well he did afterwards.BUT, not only does he do an outstanding job day of, working with him was so amazing. Aubrey tended a private event for us to unveil our newly completed home in Holmes Point. Our guests and team greatly enjoyed her presence, she was very personable and served them with care.
