I ordered 2 pairs of shoes. Danzia made mistake and send me child size 11m instead of adult . Their screw up.not mine i have to pay 30$ cad to send them a shoe at my expense to get 18 $ us back. Spoke to manager and they wont budge.Buyer beware if your ordering internationally and danzia messes up your order you have to ship it back at your expense to get refund.Update: danzia reversed their decision Spoke with manager jennifer today july 3 2018. Jennifer advised me new shoe size will be sent today .and to keep the shoe that was sent in error.Thank you to the owner of danzia for fixing the issue.

Honestly should have read the reviews before ordering and ordered from The Costumer like I had originally planned to do but because I saw I could get my order sooner I went ahead and ordered with Danzia.I ordered gold dance pants for the little kids that I am teaching how to dance and they were all excited. I paid EXTRA for premium shipping because I needed the pants by Sunday, and premium shipping is normally three business days and it is day 3 and nothing has arrived.I called and was told that they will look into it and call me back. Well I didn’t get a call back and I ended up calling USPS myself and they said they never got the item! I then called Danzia back and was told that that they will talk to the warehouse to have another package sent out before Sunday since it appears my original package was lost and call me back. You guessed it, I didn’t get a call back again or email. So I called back and was told that they will send out another package and I should expect the package within three business days. Well today is Wednesday and I need the pants by Sunday which means I won’t get the items until Monday, well after the day that I need them and brought this to the reps attention. Was told again that they will talk to the warehouse and call me back, was also told that they can’t overnight my package although the error was on their end. Well guess what I didn’t get a call back and when I tried to call their office was closed!I am beyond disappointed in this company and so are the kids that are dancing. Having to explain to them that they won’t get to wear the pants broke not only my heart but also theirs.

I have ordered 3 uniforms within the past 2 months for the dance ministry at the church that I attend and each experience was flawless. The dresses came within 5 to 7 days of the order and because the dresses ordered ranged from small to 3X, I would sometimes get an email stating that some of the sizes were out of stock and if I wanted to wait for the dresses they would send them out when they became available...to my surprise the dresses would arrived within a few days after the email.I love their rewards program and their discounts. The prices are low but the quality of the product is high. I will always order from Danzia when I need uniforms or accessories.

Do NOT order from here. I ordered shoes in plenty of time before I needed them. They were not even shipped out until 2 weeks later. When they arrived they gave me the wrong size. I contacted them to let them know. They told me I had to ship the original pair back before they would send me the correct size. I sent them back and then they tell me the size I ordered is no longer in stock! Every step of the process was one disaster after another. Find another company to order from.

Good and prompt customer service. Many online apparel orders do not work out the first time, wrong size, color, etc. etc. therefore, customer service is one of the most important quality I look for. This is my first purchase from Danzia, so far, the responses have been prompt and polite. I ordered a size too large and was able to print free return label onlline. Also, the color was changed within 30 minutes after I emailed them. I will definitely continue to order from them.

Danzia provided great customer service. I ordered dance wear from them and they let me know right away when the items were on back-order. They then upgraded the shipping to express so I received my items quickly. I love the free shipping and free returns.

Danzias Customer Service team is great! I chose 2 day shipping and in my comments I wrote that I did need the item within 2 days. I received an email back from customer support about 2 hours later saying that they had already shipped the order out and I would be expecting it within my needed time frame. Danzia is a great company!

After referring 22 of our girls to this company to order the shoes we need I had issues with ordering my own daughters shoes. It was an issue obviously with the web page but when I called I dont think they were all that helpful. I feel they were more interested in getting those few extra dollars then pleasing the customer. I will probably not be using them again because I do not feel my satisfaction was their #1 priority.

I have had the pleasure of working with Danzia Dance Wear for the past 3 years. I have found that the staff were very helpful in assisting me with my dance companies needs. When there was an issue with the product that came from the distributor, the management of Danzia were successful in getting the issue resolved in a timely manner. I highly recommend dance teams that have plus size dancers buy from Danzia. They offer a great size range and selections from their Worship and Praise Dance wear that is appropriate with modesty in a Worship environment. I will continue to purchase from Danzia.
