Daniel’s has been in the community for a while, and we have used them many time for tires and service. They are always friendly, clean, and willing to help (service or information). Their approach is customer service over profit. I have never felt pressure to buy or perform any service. I trust this business and wish more companies behaved in the same manner.

These people are clueless. I answered their bulk mail advertisement for specials, which was a really good deal. However, the customer service is really not good.Id think the point of offering a deal is to attract new customers, but if you treat them like theyre just another chore the whole entire process, you get one (1) half price sale, and a customer who never wants to come back. Youve botched your ROI and goal for the ad campaign, Id guess, unless the ad campaign was free to the business.Anyway, they take you for granted by talking at you not to you, not telling you what theyve done (maybe just assuming you already know, or assuming another staff already told you, aka passing the buck), and being proud and busy talking to one another but treating you like its your grand privilege just to observe their dude bro-show, lol. This is yet another business that suffers from the motto: We treat you like you dont matter, and if you dont accept that, we treat you like youre the problem.I actually hate leaving bad reviews, but... the little dismissive arrogance these businesses show deserves to be known to other future customers. Sorry.

My second time at DTS to service my car instead of the dealership. The place is clean and well organized. They care about their customers time and pocketbook. I recommend them highly. Ask for Jay.

Very happy with the fast and honest service! They have large Bays to accommodate hi-top vans, etc. Huge parking lot as well!

I work down the street and appreciate the option of using the drop box for my key. Staff is friendly and very helpful. They all work very hard and I feel I can trust their work and advice.

I just brought my Tesla S for an alignment and had a very good experience and was given a very fair price . I would recommend them to friends and family.

100% would recommend this Tire Shop to anyone, just call and get details and they’ll set you up with the best time and situation. Jay was extremely helpful and definitely going to be back to replace my whole set .

I made an appointment to have an alignment done on my car for 8am. Unfortunately I was about 15 minutes late, so was informed that because of that another customer was put ahead of me to which I replied no problem. I asked how long it would take to complete my alignment, and I asked if they could rotate the tires also. They said it would be about 1 1/2 hours and that I would recieve a phone call when finished. Ok cool. 2 hours went by. No call. Then 3 hours. Still nothing. I called them at this point to inquire and they said it still wasnt finished. I went back to waiting. 4 hours. No call. 5 hours no call. I then went in and expressed my dislike with their performance and inability to keep their word. They told me all the other customers had appointments. I then said i understand,but i had one for 8am. Why not squeeze me in? No reply. I said I was upset and they offered to do the service another day. Not cool. My day was waisted already. I didnt want to waiste another. I said please just finish it. 20 minutes after that I recieved a call. Its finished. I asked did you rotate the tires to which they replied no but give us another 30 minutes. Finally after that time it was finished. I feel that the customer service needs some attention at daniels tire.

Came in last minute for a nail in my tire! Called and they quoted me a good price and when I came in, Jay made sure to take care of me. He also helped fix a TPMS issue I had after telling him about it. I appreciate everyone’s help here and highly recommend!
