Daniel helped my husband and I purchase an incredible fixer with a ton of potential in a great location. We looked at five houses that Daniel selected on one weekend and one was perfect (or would be with a fair amount of work).Daniel helped us submit an attractive offer at the right price--a discount to list--to compensate for the amount of work that needed to be done. Our offer was accepted the next day, 6 days after we began searching for a new home in Los Angeles (unheard of!).Once the offer was accepted, Daniel scheduled our many (twelve!) inspections we needed to make sure additional issues werent lurking under the surface and we had completed the inspections in just a week.Armed with our new information about the house, we submitted a request for repair and completed the transaction with additional seller credits that helped us begin renovations immediately.I truly did not understand until working with Daniel (and Brock + Lori in the background) how much value a realtor could add to the home purchase process. Working with Daniel was wildly different than our last purchase experience and I believe his savvy and skill were the only reason we were able to secure such an incredible home.

I highly recommend working with Daniel November and the Brock and Lori team when looking to buy or sell your next home in LA! My partner and I just settled into our DREAM home and are so grateful to Daniel for all of his help in this process!! Coming into this journey we knew very little about what to expect, and Daniel was readily available to demystify the process and answer any of our questions. He helped us clarify our vision of what we really wanted early on and motivated us to keep going in the right direction if we got discouraged. When the time came to put in an offer and negotiate, his skill in communicating not only with us but also with the sellers agent were critical in getting us a good deal and pushing it forward. He was also so organized in scheduling all the inspections and helping us to understand all the information as it came in. As an added bonus, his bright energy and sense of humor helped us even have fun during the ups and downs of buying a house!

I was referred to Daniel through a mutual connection. I was trepidatious about entering a situation where I would feel pressured into making any kind of decision. I made this clear from the start, and Daniel understood, but it didnt dampen Daniels immediate, ebullient enthusiasm and excitement for helping me.Over the course of the next two+ months (yes, it really took me that long), Daniel completely surpassed my expectations. He surpassed my expectations of what a real estate professional could do for someone just looking for a rental apartment. He was patient, honest, professional, and remarkably generous with his time and advice. He even went to bat for me when my first dream place was taking weeks to give me a firm yes/no.He ultimately got me into a different perfect-for-me apartment that met my very specific criteria, and budget. I moved 2,400 miles -- from NYC -- and had never used a real estate pro on my own before. I never felt pressured. I felt supported, like I had a secret weapon. He even followed up with me via phone call during my move-in week to see if I had everything I needed.Unless the person I end up with is a real estate agent, I plan on using Daniel when the time comes to buy property. Experience: Daniel acted as our realtor during our search for a great rental. Cant say enough good things, Daniel was always polite and considerate, and really listened to what were looking for. He never tried to pressure us into one listing or another, but he was always knowledgeable and prompt about the listings we asked about.Most importantly, he introduced us to our new place which we both love, our top choice, and even though there were two applications in already Daniel encouraged us to apply, helped with our tenant statement, and put in a good word for us with the landlords agent. We got the place! The process of searching for and purchasing a place is complicated and scary for first-time homebuyers, but not for us. Why? Because we had Daniel November! From our first conversation where I literally peppered him with questions for an 1.5 hours to raising glasses of champagne in our new home, Daniel was remarkable. He was kind and generous with his knowledge: Explaining the market to us, answering questions patiently (I had a lot), and offering valuable insights at key moments (like when we were deciding how to structure our offers). Moreover, he was available pretty much whenever I called or texted -- I know that Daniel closed on several properties while we worked together, but it honestly felt like we were his only clients. Daniel is an absolute professional from the initial consultation through escrow and closing. I reached out to Daniel after a minor personal emergency that forced me to leave my apartment and plunge into the LA real estate market, which has never been more competitive. I’d previously owned homes in Los Angeles and Minneapolis and thought I was generally familiar with the homebuying process, but it soon became clear that I was woefully unprepared for making an offer on properties with 30 offers, many of which are all-cash.I was fairly sure I wanted to buy a home in Northeast LA. Given how competitive the market is, Daniel prepared a careful assessment of the specific characteristics I was looking for in a new home, namely convenience and access to transit and amenities. With this assessment, it became clear that I did not necessarily want to own a house, nor did I need land in order to be happy.
