Daniel is the BEST! My husband and I cant thank him enough for going above and beyond to help us find the perfect home for our family. We couldnt be happier. His expertise, easy-going personality, and professionalism made the house selling & buying process much less stressful. Daniel listened to what we were looking for in a house, patiently answered my many questions, and kept us informed every step of the way. This past year has been a difficult one due to the pandemic. My wife and I had been searching for a house with Daniel Boyer and his team since November of 2019 and it seemed like we had the worst luck. Daniel and his team were doing everything they could to find us the perfect home, but due to circumstances he / we could not control, we were never able to find the perfect spot.However, after months of searching and Daniels vigilant work ethic. We were able to purchase our dream home!Daniel and his team are kind, focused, knowledgeable, and in our case- incredibly resilient. Daniel Boyer found us our first home 6 years ago. It was very natural when we decided to upgrade to another house to use Daniel again. This time around he sold our house and found our dream home. He sold our house in a week and for asking price which blew our minds. He made the entire process stress free. We are so grateful for his services. He knew what our needs and wants were. Best Decision We Made When Selling Our House! If you want results, Daniel Boyer is your broker.No hype. No exaggeration. My husband and I are very satisfied customers. Once we talked to Daniel and he walked us through his strategy to prep, list and sell our home, we decided to sign with him. He wasted no time in taking charge of the listing. Working with his team he had our home looking like a page out of House Beautiful. The photographer he used was outstanding. I know from my own internet searches for homes that the photos make all the difference when looking at multiple listings. He even had a drone video of the property that was awesome. If you want someone who knows real estate, will work hard on your behalf and treat you like you were his only client, Daniel’s your guy. Daniel listed our home on a Thursday and had it sold the next weekend. I will absolutely recommend him to friends and family members.

Daniel is definitely one of the best in the business. His knowledge of the local areas and ability to get things done are second to none. He helped my wife and I get into an amazing home. It was a journey finding the right place for us, but Daniel and his team (especially Lindsey) were with us every step of the way. He got us a great deal on a fixer upper, managed all the repairs, answered any questions we had along the way, and managed to turn the house into a beautiful home within our budget. No way we could have found any comparable place without his expertise. Cannot thank him enough!
