My wife (before we were married)I contacted Susu DAndrea early in 2023 regarding the US laws on getting married in the US and the associated immigration problems this would entail. The free advice Susu gave my wife was excellent and resulted in us being able to marry in California last September. As soon as we were married I applied for my green card. I finally received this from the government last week (March 2024). Over the last 6 months the DAndrea corporation has been with us every step of the way. The process of immigration application would have been so much more worrisome and difficult without the sound advice and support from Susu. Although there was an obvious cost in using Susus expert services, this was well worth the expense. Susu helped me with my naturalization and helped two of my family members to get their green cards. My husband found Susu on Yelp, and she was his best Yelp find ever! I am usually very paranoid to have somebody else handle my stuff. I have trust issues when it comes to attorneys, real estate agents, financial advisers, etc. Prior to finding Susu, we gave it a try with another highly reviewed attorney in San Gabriel Valley; we had him handle my mom’s extension to see if we like him and if we want him to handle our more serious immigration issues. We were extremely disappointed in services we received from SGV attorney. So when my husband found Susu on yelp, I was skeptical. We’ve been trying to bring my elderly mother to the US from Argentina for over 5 years, and the process proved incredibly grueling without legal representation. Susu D’Andrea was recommended to us by a friend who years earlier had obtained her green card with Susu’s help. My dear friends just recently were married and I agreed to help them out with the legal process. After meeting with Susu at her office in Glendora, we were convinced she was the right attorney to help us complete the application process for getting a green card. She was very knowledgeable about the law and procedures for preparation and submission of the application. After gathering all of the materials and completing the questionnaire’s provided by Susu, our part was done. Susu did a great job checking over our answers and supporting documentation and ultimately submitted our application and supporting documents within a few weeks of our initial meeting. Although Susu explained that it could take 6 months to a year for the government to schedule the couple’s interview, we were all amazed when after only two months from submitting the application my friend actually got his green card! No interview required. Prior to meeting Susu, I tried to file my own I-485 adjustment of status. It was denied so I knew after my first consultation with Susu, that I wouldn’t have to look for anyone else. We’re so lucky to have been referred to Attorney Susu at DAndrea Law Corporation. Initially my wife was in the process of getting a green card through work sponsorship, but it had been 2 years and still no updates from our old lawyer. A family friend had us talk to Aileen the office manager, and it turns out we had been misled about the citizenship pathway (with my wife’s situation, there was basically no way of getting a green card through a work sponsorship, old lawyer said otherwise). After working with Attorney Susu, my wife was able to get a green card through our marriage within a year! She made the process very easy, all we had to do was email her the papers she asked for and she submitted everything to UCIS so we didn’t have to think about it. I got to work with Attorney Robert through my sister, who found him on Yelp. We were international students, so we depended heavily on the student visas. Once we passed the STEM OPT period, we needed to start the green card process right away. I was able to come in agreement with my employer to hire Attorney Robert to work on the green card process. Bob is a great lawyer for green card application. My case is week and need to be filed in a very short time period considering my visa status. Bob did a great job and submitted my documents just 20 days after our first meeting. Unfortunately, I received RFE several days after submission. I am a Molecular Biologist in cancer research. I interviewed multiple lawyers for my NIW greencard petition before I found Bob. A lot of my friends said to me the lawyer does nothing and you have to do all the work yourself anyway, all they do it put their name on it. That was definitely NOT the case with Bob, he was the first lawyer where I felt my money is truly well spent. He took a lot of time to meet with me, to get all the information he needed, to understand my case, and he wrote a fantastic personalized petition on my behalf. It was very easy to communicate with him, and he helped me collect all of the proof I needed and to make my case even stronger. He was also very patient with me and all of my questions.Perhaps the only thing that was a little disappointing was the fact that my EAD card initially somehow didnt get delivered. Of course that was not their fault, but when I didnt receive the card, his office kept saying I just had to keep waiting, and I ended up chatting with a different attorney who checked for me and figured out what was going on. But Bob then stepped in immediately, and helped me get the card re-sent, and everything turned out fine.I am still giving him 5 stars because I was very very happy with his work and the petition overall. I would absolutely recommend him 100%, he is diligent, competent, and his fee is competitive. He was great to work with, I would hire him again, and I truly think he did so much more work for me than my friends attorneys did for their greencard petitions. My US citizen father petitioned me under the F3 category which was approved in March 1992. Unluckily, I was affected by the retrogression of visa processing and my case dragged for so many years; to make matters worse, my father died in 2007. At that time, it is a known fact that a petition is revoked when the petitioner dies. I didnt meet the requirements of the bill passed in Congress in 2010 granting relief to beneficiaries since I was residing in the Philippines when my father died.It was because of this that I searched for an immigration lawyer to help me. Luckily, I found Bob. Through him, I found out that though difficult, there is still hope for my case and he explained the process of Humanitarian Reinstatement. Through his professional guidance, we gathered all the necessary requirements and submitted them to USCIS.Whats difficult with humanitarian reinstatement is that you have no idea how long its going to take. My case dragged for more than 5 years but my faith that something positive will happen never wavered, and it helped that Bob was always on top of things.The approval notice finally arrived in September 2015, and Next to God, I have Bob to thank for the positive result.
