Dan worked incredibly quick and provided us a great loan. He was the only lender who was able to work with our combined student loan debt of $400k. Dan is the man! Dan and the peak finance team were incredible during the whole loan process. We found a house and fell in love with it pushing up our buying time by half a year. So we were slightly unprepared, but Dan met us where we were at and found the best avenue to get us the mortgage we needed to buy the home. We closed and had our mortgage funded within 25 days, saving us a ton of money. It’s a real testament to Dan and the people he works with within the mortgage process to push the loan across the finish line. He was transparent and always available the whole time. We talked maybe every other day during the escrow. I had a ton of questions and always had answers. The entire team was friendly the entire time which really made us first time home buyers comfortable. I also appreciated the ability of peak finance to do everything online. I have a super busy schedule so being able to do online loan applications and docu signs was imperative to closing on time for me. I would fully recommend Dan and his team to anyone looking to buy a home.

So what makes up the characteristics of a good lender? Well here are a few that I feel are true about Dan:Honesty, knowledgeble, organized, consistency, a positive reputation, availability, responsiveness to both myself and my clients and an absolute must is a calm demeaner with good communication skills!I have been using Dan as my primary lender for several years now and not only do I find him to be a very valuable asset to my business, its the positive asset he is to my clients that is most important! Dan is my Mortgage Advisor when I bought my first house last October 2020. He went beyond to help me get approved and closed on my loan on time and made my first experience smooth and easy. His staff as well is very professional, helpful and understanding of what I needed to do in making the loan process easy and convenient for me especially with my time because of work. Everything I did was online application except for the first time meeting which made it so convenient for me. Dan help me get a good rate when I bought my house and even when I refinance. Dan is very nice, very knowledgeable of his job and always ready to help and answer my questions and concerns whenever I had questions. I originally used Dan’s services, through the recommendation of my friend/realtor, for my 1st ever home purchase. He explained the process thoroughly and got us the best deal - rate, program and all. We ultimately closed escrow on time, with no hiccups or delay, with our first offer that he helped us put together. Dan was super friendly and available to answer any questions I had. He and his team walked me through the process and kept me informed on what I should be expecting after every other document.
