Dan Barlow is one of a kind - top realtor in Sonoma and Napa area!He’s pleasantly professional, extremely hard working, and truly cares about your investment/purchase. Super easy to get ahold of and went beyond the extra mile for us. We noticed he did this for his other clients as well.Dan is the Man! He grew up in the area and knows just about everyone. With us being from Texas, he was instrumental in helping us find the perfect home - we truly couldn’t have done it without him. We learned a TON from him. He even showed us around Tahoe/Truckee one weekend where we met some great people - a lot of fun! Dan will be a realtor and friend of ours for life.I really don’t think we could’ve found a better realtor - I most highly recommend!

We recently purchased our first home here in Sonoma County and I must say, WOW… what an incredible first home buying process we had! I can strongly say we owe that to our realtor, Dan Barlow. It was because of Dan’s hard work, diligence and attention to detail that we as first time buyers were able to close on a home in this insane market! We were so fortunate to have gotten to work with Dan! He cares so much about his clients and goes the extra mile in any way that he can! Dan is willing to put in extra hours and would respond and answer our questions whether it was the weekend or 10 o’clock on a Monday night! 10/10 recommend using Dan for your home buying or selling needs!

Dan was absolutely incredible to work with. He was completely on top of everything, was very informative and also very responsive. This was my first time purchasing a home and the process can be very intimidating and overwhelming but Dan made us feel very comfortable and made the whole process seem very easy! Dan Barlow takes his position and profession incredibly seriously. Dan can often be found at all hours of the day and night on the phone ensuring his clients are taken care of and that their experience is genuine and as hassle free as possible. He brings with him integrity and strong moral character, but is also easy going and very easy to have a conversation with. Knowing Dan, I couldnt recommend perspective home buyers enough to utilize his services. He genuinely cares about what hes doing and his work ethic and interactions with his clients are proof of this.

Dan was incredibly informative, patient, and professional during our first home buying experience. Buying a house for the first time can be intimidating - theres so much to know and understand about the process, inspections, and home ownership in general. Dan helped us know what to expect and eased our anxieties throughout. Hes also the most responsive business person Ive ever worked with. He makes heroic efforts to respond as soon as humanly possible - even on low reception and during his time off. Knowing that we could count on him any time to answer questions and look at listings we liked was a huge bonus in our process. And he even met us at a ridiculously late hour to deliver our keys as we drove into town with a load of things to move in. 10 out of 10 recommend!

Dan really helped me to find a home that I am very happy with. He quickly understood exactly what I was looking for, was on time and available when I needed his support. He is also a genuinely good person, very ethical and made me feel like everything was going to be ok during moments that were difficult in the home buying process. He was extremely knowledgeable about everything and was extremely supportive during the contract process, closing and had great resources for contractors, inspectors and has wonderful working relationships with other realtors. Dan Barlow is an excellent realtor. I’d consider myself a picky buyer and Dan knew just what to show us. I can imagine picky buyers are a bit of a pain, however Dan always made me feel comfortable and at ease. I’d recommend Dan to anyone I know interested in buying or selling. As a first time home buyer Dan made the home buying process simple and stress-free. Especially during Covid-19, I was nervous that my time in escrow was going to be delayed... Dan made sure I fully understood the process of how each inspection/appointment works. There was no dumb question. He was available day or night - phone or text and responded right away. Buying a home was a breeze thanks to Dan and I highly recommend him!

We had a house that we wanted to sell. Dan did a great job of researching, providing valuable information, and making recommendations. He was communicative and available when needed. He fielded many inquiries from potential buyers, showed the house often, was on top of, and present, at all showings of the house. Excellent negotiations and smooth transition to a SOLD sign out front. Buying and selling a house is stressful, I greatly appreciated Dan’s honesty, willingness to get his hands dirty, and his investment of time. He is a conscientious realtor which can be very difficult to find. We will use him in the future and continue to recommend him to others.

Ive been working with Dan for a little over a year to find a house. Unfortunately, my timeline has gotten continuously pushed back, yet he unobtrusively checks in with potential listings that meet my criteria (neighborhood, price, schools). Ive never felt pressured and hes even offered to just go for a drive (both car guys) to check out different areas.Theres no doubt that when the time comes to buy a place, there is no one more deserving of my business.

The one star review on here is hilariously false. Creative, but my god there are so many red flags. First of all, Dan has never had any dealings with Anna Harrison. Secondly, he doesn’t even have a child. Most importantly, he has a reputation in the community for being an outstanding agent and he’ll do everything in his power to make your home buying/selling experience as smooth and easy for you as possible. He’d never operate in such an unprofessional fashion. This is an obvious attempt to slander his business. It’s pathetic for a company like Audi Marin, who lied and broke their end of a deal to conduct their business in this way.

I have known Dan for years, that ridiculous 1 star review has no truth to it and is completely false. I have been to Dan’s open houses and have seen for myself how knowledgeable and professional he is when working with clients. As a long time friend I’ve also been around when he’s had to take/return client phone calls and has always been prompt.
