Ryan Dalzell and his team are AMAZING!!!! They helped my wife and I find our dream home.We lived in the Bay Area for most of our lives and have always talked about moving to San Diego. We looked at houses online for over a year and finally decided to look for a Real Estate Agent. A friend referred us to Ryan Dalzell. Initially I was really skeptical about buying a home without physically seeing it.Ryan assured us that he will help make it happen as he had/has several clients in a similar circumstance. He showed us numerous houses via facetime. During these showings Ryan was always on time, he was really professional, knowledgeable, very detailed-oriented, and most importantly he always pointed out all the negative aspects of the home (without us prompting). He never sugar coated anything.Throughout the entire process I really got a sense that he was NOT trying to make a quick transaction, and he really wanted us to buy our dream home. He never pressured us to do anything. He answered all texts and emails in a prompt manner.When we finally found our dream house, Ryan was on top of the negotiation process. He would actively communicate with us and the seller’s agent. He was always PROMPT!When we entered the closing stage, Ryan’s team would text and email us updates and documents that required signatures. Ryan was 100% hands on during this process as well. He would make numerous trips to the house when needed or upon our request without delay. If we needed something repaired, he provided a quote from a handyman. Not only did he help us with the purchase, he also made our move-in process seamless and effortless.I can’t say enough good things about Ryan Dalzell and his team.

Ryan and the Dalzell Group are superstars. I recently sold a home in Carmel Valley while living on the East Coast. It had been a rental for 17 years and needed a lot of work. Ryan was amazing; from advising on what work was needed - to finding and booking contractors, stagers, cleaners, and the handyman - to personally meeting them all at the home - to taking care of numerous other details we would normally have done if we were in the area - he literally did it all for us. He also provided insight on what was happening and likely going to happen in this volatile market that was uncannily on point. I asked him for next week’s Mega Millions numbers, but he wouldn’t tell me. Other than that, he was the perfect realtor. Thanks for everything Ryan and the Dalzell Group!

I’ve used the Dalzell Group to sell 3 homes over the last ten years. Ryan has been a true testament of professionalism. Having someone like him who’s got a big heart full of helpfulness deal with our unique situation made it easier to get through everything from the marketing to final closing of escrow. Ryan was our agent in our home search and we recently bought a house in Encinitas. He was knowledgeable and professional and went above and beyond with the purchase. I recently worked with Ryan Dalzell and Kevin Dalzell and the entire team on a sale and purchase both at The Crosby in Rancho Santa Fe. They literally did the impossible by:- Selling my home at an amazing price and profit for me, at the target price.- Negotiating and buying a home at a ridiculous deal, at the dreamed of price.- The deal on both sides involved layers of contingencies.- And doing this all within a couple months before the holidays, both the sale and purchase closed on the same day! Plus we happened to coincide the loan at the lowest rate in years.The only way we did this I believe is because I didnt just get the one realtor I hired. I got the entire team.
