Thank you to Rich (who invited me) and Steve (our presenter)! The presentation was well organized, informative, and engaging. The levels, skill sets, and traits of leadership was enlightening and helpful. I appreciated the opportunity to better understand my own skillsets and ways to effectively communicate with those who dont share these same skillsets.

Mandi Morgan gave our organization a great presentation on the Dale Carnegie Leadership trainings. Her talk was on Cultivating Empathy and Vision for CEO Excellence and many of us walked away with skills that we started using in real-life instances with our business and personal situations. I highly recommend her for training managers and leaders in business.

Mandis enthusiasm is contagious. As a small non-profit, we were looking to host a soft skill seminar for the benefits of our members. Mandi worked with us to identify a topic and setting that would be most cost-effective, and certainly delivered on the seminar. Our members loved it.

I had the privilege of seeing Mandi Morgan engage High School girls at an event last year. I was amazing at how proficient she was & how eager the girls were to participate. I immediately asked her to assist with an in person event earlier this year. As you know Covid detailed that plan & we had to switch to a virtual platform. Mandi Morgan easily transitioned to assist us with the event. Thank you to Mandi Morgan for a stellar course on Communication Styles for our NAWIC chapter. Your passion for the topic was contagious making another dreaded Zoom event fun & engaging. Your ability to voluntarily unmute themselves & chime in showed how much you were resonating with the group as a whole. We look forward to having you as a speaker for other events.

Dale Carnegie has a non-profit organization right here in OC that helps elderly people get wheel chairs. I want to tell you what an epic failure that organization is. The 1st time I called I spoke with Juanita. I gave her all the info she wanted except I needed to phone her back with my great-grandmas DOB. I did, within 15 min I called back and left her the info. Then I waited.. & waited.. & nothing so I called back. Juanita NEVER answers her phone & in my case has NEVER not once returned my phone call. It’s going on 3 months and still NOTHING!!! That’s not at all what I was told when I first called. Juanita is very irresponsible. That said Jose is the exact opposite of Juanita. When he says he’s going to do something, he does it. Thank you both Jose & Bianca.

Great experience. Great value added service. I attended one of Steve VerBurgs free interactive workshops on Communication this year. It was professionally presented, well-planned, and enjoyable. Afterwards I advised my employers to utilize the services of this most helpful organization.

Took the Sales Essentials seminar and the instructor Sam was on point. The training was relevant, interactive and he shared real life examples from his life in business. Ive been to 3 different seminars/workshops and each was very effective with immediate application not just book training.
