They were prompt and professional. I had a problem with the last cleaning ( not Dads carpet cleaning) it stayed wet and got a musty odor. Dad’s suggested recleaning tge carpet. Its smelling much better, and they said it will be dry by tomorrow morning. Also said if its still there they will come try some other remedies. Very happy so far!! Thanks guys

Jenner and Fallon were super friendly, knowledgeable and provided amazing service! I had my couch cleaned and treated for cat urine and pet hair removal and the results exceeded my expectations. They went above and beyond and even trimmed up the edges where my cats had scratched to make it look nice. Dads Carpet Care offered prompt service and they communicated very well so I was never left in question or in doubt. I highly recommend for anyone looking for high quality service with a smile.

I was extremely happy with how good the service was and not gonna lie my carpets were bad and Dad’s got them cleaner than they have been in a while! And they smell amazing! And bonus the friendly service was on point. He was easy to talk to and made me feel comfortable he didn’t rush or anything which I love. I called at the recommendation of a cleaning service I hired to help with post remodel clean up. A remediation company had applied a protective covering to our hard wood floors that left adhesives on the floors I couldnt get up. I got an estimate, my options, and ultimately service the same day. I could not be more pleased with the results. I was given best case / worst case in my options and I absolutely received best case!

Very uncomfortable and odd experience. After paying in full even though we did not agree on the services he gave, the owner threatened to come to my work. He seems very unstable mentally. Then his wife left a 1 star review at my work and I have never even met her. I do not recommend this company. After talking with others they did not have great experiences either. I’m hoping more people come forward to expose this unusual behavior so that no one else has to experience it ! I will post his bizarre messages that he texted me.

Dads Carpet made me believe in tile again. Our tile was put in when we originally purchased the house. Being new homeowner, we chose the lightest tile and while grout. Over the17+ years we have lived here we have just started pretending our tile was tan with dark grout. One service and it looks amazing.

So let’s talk about my furniture….in December 2021 I splurged and bought two of these chairs, two ottoman and the matching couch! They are so comfy and big and I LOVE them! The kids were mostly gone or at least old enough to be somewhat responsible with them…..well fast forward to February I got to have the two cutest little granddaughters come live with us for 4 months ages 18 months and 4 months….need I say more?!?! Then I’m June we got our fourth dog🤦🏻‍♀️ so needless to say my beautiful light gray furniture was brown like disgusting brown I wanted to just be done with them. I would use pillows and blankets to cover them up…..well then I reached Dads Capet Cleaning and well the results are in the photo!!’ They look new!!!! I’m so so happy!!! Needed to have my dryer vent cleaned. My dryer sensor detected a block. Called Dads Carpet Care and they came out the next day. The owner was on time professional and was very customer oriented. I felt sorry for him because it was a tight space to work in and the vent had a 90 degree angle that made it even harder. He took his time and removed over I would say 4 gallons of lint. I couldnt believe it. I just moved in and I had never seen this ever in my life. This company really does a great job and saved me from a potential fire. Thank you again for your help..

A long, long time ago, in a town far, far away from Redding, I purchased a home. In that span of time, I had a couple of kids. Being the cute little ewoks that they are, they left stains from spit up and other bodily functions throughout the house. They finally grew out of that stage of their life, and so my wife and I finally decided to have our carpets cleaned for the first time since we purchased the home. Jenner was effective at removing the dark side of the stains and restoring balance to our carpets. Now they look and feel like they did when we moved into the house.

Had emergency to clean up, called other companies told them of problem, they were all a week and a half or two weeks to come out. Called Dads and told them the problem they said they could be out by 3:30 that day, but would call me back, few minutes later I had a call from tech he said he was on his way. I messaged Dad’s at 7:30 this morning. (3/14/22) Asking if they cleaned RV carpet’s, which they did. I had a water leak and it smelled a little moldy in my RV. They got right back to me. They had an opening at 2pm that day. They showed up on time. Got all hooked up and we’re done with my carpet within 45 min. It smelled really good in my RV. Are used to have it cleaned by someone who did Karastan carpets and wool rugs but his price was outrageous and I just can’t afford it anymore. I thought I would give Jenner at Dad’s a try. I’ve had several other local companies clean my carpet in the last five years but never one that did the incredible job that Dad’s did! Dads Carpet Care did a wonderful job cleaning our church (Ono-Igo). In our community room, food and drink stains that we thought were permanent miraculously disappeared. With the water-saving extraction method, Jenner and his helper cleaned 3400 sq. ft. quickly and efficiently and we were able to put back all the furniture in a couple of hours. Ours is a small congregation, so, best of all, 3000 sq. ft. were free of charge. We are so grateful, and cannot thank him enough. Five stars plus!
