Service only works half the time when ever you call them out they always place the blame on the customer and have no accountability.. owners clearly a sexiest because he always seems to have a issue with talking to my wife.. when you mention you want to cancel instead of trying to fix the problems they just threatened that your gonna have to pay to remove there equipment that doesnt work or they gonna send it to collections...

We have been customers of DA Communications for quite a long time. We recently experienced some issues with our service and Dwayne and Jeremiah came out and discovered that our cable had been chewed by squirrels and ants had taken up residence in it. The cable was replaced and everything hooked back up in a very timely manner. Dwayne and Jeremiah were great and went thru our whole system to make sure that all was as it should be and we were very happy with them and the service provided.

The guy that answered the phone was super rude and too busy worrying about whether or not I really lived in Colfax. He tried to tell me I dont live in Colfax... even though thats exactly where I live... If its not Colfax, then why does my plot map, Placer County, the title company, and the USPS recognize it as Colfax?! He tried saying he didnt know where I needed service after I gave him the exact address. Unacceptable.
