I highly recommend Cynthia and her State Farm team. I have only had the best experiences with this group. Here is more specifically what I like about them:1. They are accessible. When I need something urgently and have to reach them right away, I CAN actually reach them right away. Even when they’re on vacation.2. They are very responsive. If I send just a regular email, it has never taken more than a few hours for them to get back to me.3. They are problem solvers. They have helped me in situations where I was unable to find coverage, even if it meant going somewhere else. They always had my best interest in mind.4. They are proactive. They look for discounts for me without even being prompted. If they see an opportunity to lower my rate, they do.5. They are really nice people!I have been with this group for many years and over this time consolidated all my insurance with them if possible. They take care of my insurance needs. With Cynthia and her team you are in great hands!

The agents at State Farm Manhattan Beach are always available, knowledgeable and there when I need them. I have home, motorcycle and auto insurance with State Farm. Ms Aziz takes the time to explain all of my questions, concerns needs and wants. I have been with them for over 12 years and the service is still great.

Excellent experience! I worked with Cynthia Leal to get set up with Car Insurance and she was wonderful to work with! She was respectful, organized and on top of everything we needed every step of the way. In this day and age, where mediocrity regins supreme and service is just an empty word, it is reassuring to be able to rely upon a truly professional company such as State Farm. The folks at Cynthia Snyder State Farm Agency are up to the task of providing the utmost care and service for all of their clients, of whom I count myself as one. I have been contacted by many other insurance companies who have tried, unsuccessfully of course, to lure me away from the safety net of State Farm. I will never consider that, as I know that my insurance needs are in the hands of competent professionals. Lastly, I would like to add that there is truth in the companys well known slogan: ...like a good neighbor, State Farm is there. They really are there, ready to assist you.
