Big thanks to cycle gear Azuza. Manager Ryan, Chris and David all have been extremely helpful whenever I walk in. They have a great knowledge of their products and have great prices. I just recently came in later on the evening, Chris went out of his way to get me helped out with a tire mount and balance that was delivered to the store. Was able to get it done before a big out of state trip! Super convenient. Love the bike nights they have too! Will continue to come back for all my needs

These guys are awesome. Very helpful and knowledgeable. With everything from tires to thermal socks they have it all, and IF they dont, they will order it for you. I Will absolutely be going to these guys for not only parts but also their huge inventory of riding gear. Reasonable pricing and a relaxed atmosphere with no rush. Not pushy to make a sale like other places. I definitely recommend checking this store out!

Stopped by to see if they had brake pads for my bike and unfortunately they didnt. But to my surprise they had led headlights that were regularly priced at $120 on sale for $19.99 so I got both of the ones I needed. Place was nice and clean and the staff was very helpful.

Great service. Had my mom drop off multiple tires and rims with very specific directions and the guy helping called me and changed the tires so well helped load and unload which is huge for my mom. Great customer service love getting stuff done here, have been for a couple years now and I’m not going anywhere.

Staff are always willing to help you either get in the store or check online if other stores have them or the manufacturers have the item you need in house. The only thing I kind of don’t like is most of the things I want or need have to be ordered online .which I tend to look at other moto shop/store. But overalll a pleasant place to shop around.

Went in to get my first Shoei. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by the staff. They assisted me on fitting and gave me all the details on the helmet I was choosing. I got my first bike in July of 2022 and was brand new to everything. I did some research online about Cycle Gear and heard good things about it. I actually ended up getting 90% of my gear there amongst other things and it was a great experience! Every time I’ve visited over the last year the employees are more than happy to answer questions and are extremely helpful. They also have pretty good deals for new customers so if you’re looking for a good store to get things for your motorcycle you will not be disappointed with Cycle Gear! Great company!

I had just bought a new rim & tire.I get home from work late everyday, about 6pm.Luckily Cycle Gear extended theyre hours. I was able to get my tire mounted and rim balanced by 7pm so I could take it for a spin that evening. I was very grateful.

My first visit to Cycle Gear. I was helped primarily by Ryan.Ryan spent considerable time with me, helping me decide on a helmet after giving me a fitting. Also helped me with information about shoes, bike cover, gloves, riding jacket options and other gear.I was also helped by Steven initially for gloves and Steven showed me some of the sizes and details available online for a size 14 wide shoe.Since they carry a limited range of shoes, they told me I can order the size I need online and have them shipped to the store or my home. If they do not fit correctly, I can return them and order a different pair to try. Ryan said that it takes about 3 days average for items ordered online to arrive at the store, depending on the vendor.They were considerably busy for a rainy Friday night, but both were very helpful and informative.My first impression is what I hope to find wherever I do business. I want to know my time is valued. I want to talk to knowledgeable people. I want to feel valued as a customer. I want to be presented with options.So 5-Stars for Cycle Gears two employees for providing beyond my expectations.Selection wise, they have plenty of helmets, quite a few different brands, somewhat limited on colors, lots of black and gray helmets. Ryan took the time to inform me about the different kinds of materials, ratings, etc.Riding shoes and boots are limited to a small range of styles, with the maximum foot size being 13, and only a few in 13 (at the actual store).Quite a few kinds of riding gloves available, quite a lot of riding jackets. I do not recall seeing any riding pants but I wasnt looking for any.Its a decent sized store, I wasnt sure how big it would be. It was not as big as I thought it might be, be not as small either. Its a moderate sized store.They have a range of prices from Economical, to higher top end. I found the prices very competitive to the prices I saw when looking at similar items on Amazon, and several items I purchased were better quality with a better price than I saw on Amazon.I enjoyed my visit, and as my first time at a motorcycle / scooter specific gear store, I felt very welcome and enjoyed the service I received.Updated The following day: I needed to return my helmet for an exchange and pick up an item I had placed on Reserve. I worked with Steven on the Exchange and he made a somewhat complicated transaction, easy in addition to giving me a $25 gift card promo that the Cycle Gear was running, that I didnt receive the previous night. I was really impressed with the Cycle Gears return policy.I feel confident between the initial purchases and the return and exchange, to say, I highly recommend Cycle Gear in Azusa.

Cycle Gear has lot of quality stuff and good gear. Spent a few hours checking out everything they had had in their small but nice store. Definitely made a personal list of everything Id like to purchasee in addition in the future myself. Motorsports gear isnt cheap, hobby isnt cheap. You pay for quality you purchase in protection. They took my California Motorcycle Safety Program Discount from Academy of motorcycle operation(Of Pasedena area) And had great sale price for item I purchased. They had some variety and selection to chose from everything. Got some leather Dainese pant gear that I was happy with, though expensive as suspected and some leather palm-Dainese gauntlets, also not cheap. A Dainese matching top gear, apparently, has to be shopped and bought online. The help was good, and I was immediately helped as soon as I walked in the store. Caught a few ladies come into the store; may want to think coming with some game more than chauclas, crocs, or whatever today sweat pants outfit when you choose to come in. Some friendly characters meet while I was in the store, as well as pleasent and friendly employees; a great store manager. They do sell motorcycle batteries here, but you many want to bring your old battery in-to see what is similar. The brands held here are not like what youll see from Autozone or OReilly selection choices, they are totally different. They even had a small tire replacement section, I was surprised. They had a decent stock of different sizes in everything clothing apparel when I went here mid may 2023-was surprisingly nice. Recommend the store to people shopping motorcycle apparel, for a start if you live nearby in the area and want motorsport something besides shopping online. Likely youll find something or multiple nice things youll like and want. New shopping store for me for sure.

Gilbert is a great employee. I had no idea what kind of gear I needed for my first street bike, I rode it home the same night. I stopped by this Saturday for the first time to see what this place had to offer. I just bought a cruiser and an enduro so I was in need for some gear. I picked up two helmets, gloves and a jacket. Great to see they had a wide variety so I can also by gear for ridding my dual sport and dirt bike. From wife to kids they have you covered. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. They said hi as we walked in and explained all sales and promotions to us. They clearly liked what they did and it wasnt just a job to them. Steven, was what I called, “top notch provider”!On 10-15-22, I went into the store upset with a Shark” helmet that was literally falling apart with each ride.. After finding out that I had purchased this helmet less then two years from this location, he took upon himself to find out about my warranty.. Saving me over 450$ and now won a loyal customer for sure.. And to top that off he volunteered to swap out my Bluetooth (purchased in store) from the old to the new Shark helmet!! The service is always top notch at the Cyclegear in Azusa. My only complaint is that their inventory is a little lacking for overseas brands like Merlin leather jackets. The nice thing is you can order online and pick it up at store. However, I like to try stuff on before ordering. Still, a very nice place to shop for motorcycle gear.
