Great place to shop for motorcycle accessories. Always have a good selection of tires along with helmets and riding gear. Employee’s are always a pleasure to work with always looking to help you, and know what they are talking about. It is my go to store, check them out, you will be happy you did.

Was helped by a very welcoming associate named Thu(?) not sure if I spelled that right. She provided recommendations on gear for a first time rider like me and got me equipped very quickly. Selection for pants for short people is a little lacking, all the legs in their selection were a bit long but the protective nature of motorcycle pants makes them difficult to customize so thats understandable. Overall good experience.

Didn’t catch the names of the two young guys working there - but they were very kind and helpful. Brought my 9 year old daughter in to get a few pieces of gear before her first day on a dirt bike and they made it easy to find the right helmet fit and gear. Also they showed interest an excitement for her first outing which made her feel excited too. Great culture and nice local shop to pop in and get some riding pieces. I’ll be back.

It text me asking for a review… I needed a new helmet, I walked in, found the exact helmet in seconds which i knew the size already. I grabbed it, walked to the counter and payed with my card. Employee never even had to get up from his seat. Was in and out in 2 mins. I did get cycle gear mail a couple days later stating theres a massive helmet sale in a couple weeks which kinda stung as i just payed full price. Had i known i wouldve waited. But whatever i guess

Everyone there is super nice. They were also very helpful and asked if I needed anything. They greeted me upon coming in and even though I am female, no one presumed that I did not know how to ride, and that is very important.I had a couple returns, and I had no problems returning them. They were very easy to work with, and also also wished me a good night when I left. I’d say very good customer service without being annoying.

CycleGear has always been my go to spot when I need something right now for my bike. I’ve pretty much bought all the gear that I have for the most part at CycleGear ended up picking up some really cool boots I just bought a New bike at Del Amo motorsports a few days ago and I needed some new dual sport boots and CycleGear had them they were on sale already tried them out. They were great all for sure return for my next purchase whatever it is that I need . The staff was very helpful. Just overall great experience. This is such a good store, and such necessity for everyday rider. Need something right now and don’t want to pay 3x at the dealer? Here you go, you’re welcome. Need an honest advice from really helpful and good guys who work there? You got it. Deals are as good as online and they will mount the street tires for you, too. How cool is that? I literally go out of my way to buy stuff there rather than order it online as I do all else. Oils, pair of gloves and random things. Why? Amazing first time experience at this store! My son decided he wanted to try dirt bikes so I got him a Kawasaki not knowing there was a whole gear assortment he needed to ride. Went to Cycle gear to get him everything he needed to be prepared to ride. The sales rep Cam was quick to help me as I looked around the shop totally clueless. He was kind and so knowledgeable about the sport and patient with me while I shopped. I told him his sizes and he helped me find the perfect pants and jersey set with gloves and a helmet. They are fully stocked with everything you would need. They have great deals and wonderful team members. Thank you so much Cam for all your help:). I called late afternoon on a busy Friday .I had called around to everybody to get a new tire on my rim for a ride on Saturday.I called cycle city he said if you get it right over here I’ll have it done by this evening, even though he already had a full schedule.He quoted me a good price and that put a smile on my face .Later in the evening when I called he said you can pick it up in a half hour .When I arrived to pick it up he apologized for it taking so long ( which I was ok with at least it was done) and discounted an already low price !Will take all my business there !

I came here to get gear for my riding lessons, and had done a small amount of research into the available gear. I spent about 2 hours here with two extremely helpful employees who walked me through every part of all the required gear as well as suggestions on every piece. I forget the name of the man that helped me out but I had a great experience. I needed a more basic helmet to ride with my boyfriend that same day & I was in a rush. He gave me exactly what I asked for and was very helpful in explaining what would be best (I was trying to be cheap lol) he found me a safe full coverage helmet that didn’t break the bank. They were pretty busy when I came in but I was in & out within 10 minutes. I really appreciate this store for being so nice & helpful. I will definitely be back

I’ve been coming to this Cycle Gear for years and I’ve never had an issue. The staff has changed thru the years but those I’ve met, so far, have great customer service. They’ve been very helpful, patient, knowledgeable and have relaxed fun personalities, at least to me.They’ve answered my questions, helped me with my bike, and were very honest about cost of buying items in their store or elsewhere, meaning sometimes the best deals were not at their store. At the same time they would inform you about the quality of products, which you can prove yourself by doing your own research.All in all my experience here has been very good.

A great experience here. Walked in and was helped immediately. Employee was a great help. He recommended a great pair of gloves that will keep my fingers safe while on my bike. Also, I purchased a cardo edge and the employee fully installed the unit into my helmet. He didnt rush and took him time installing the unit as if it were his own unit and helmet. Everyone was extremely professional and helpful. I would absolutely return to this location. My Cycle Gear store is the one in Laguna Hills. It must be a good place to work because I see the same faces working there year after year. All the employees are friendly, helpful, and have great attitudes. I think cycle gear tries their best to carry a little bit of everything, but the days are gone that you could get a good selection of brand specific OEM replacement parts, in stock. That forces me to buy from Amazon, or other online stores. It thats kind of sad because Id rather give my money to my neighborhood store.

I purchased 2 Bilt Techno 2.0 helmets for my wife and I and everything went well. I normally use size XL helmets and my wife uses large. For some reason my helmet fit super tight so I called Cycle Gear in Lake Forrest because they were nearest to me. There I spoke with Sergio and he was excellent to work with. I told him my problem and he helped me get the correct size which is 2XL for me. He didnt have my size in stock so he called a few stores and found one available in the Riverside store. I drove there and spoke with Marc. He was very helpful as well. He handed me my 2XL helmet and went on my way. I would have given 5 stars but because I had to drive to Riverside 1 star got lost. Im happy with everything else for the most part.

Bought my first set of gear. Had to chase down help as none was volunteered. One on his way to lunch and the second one on his way to break. Third one was helpful enough but could have volunteered more helpful experience (I assumed he had riding experience but hard to tell based on the help received). Great selection (except for boots, very few choices in my size), but this the first, and only, cycle store I went to. I’ll probably go back at it is close and convenient.

I purchased tie-downs and a chock to transport my motorcycle, and while at the register, another customer and the associate started a conversation with me about the items. The other customer was extremely nice and helpful and let me know that uhaul offers motorcycle trailers for rent (as he saw my tie-downs and chock).I later ended up not needing the two items and wanted to return them at a different location closer to me, but had misplaced my receipt. I called and I believe the manager? (Tim!) went through the trouble of searching the systems history (as the month had just changed and my purchase record had been archived), found the receipt for me and printed it so that when the other location called, he would have the information ready for them. It was an extremely smooth process for me and Tim really made sure I was taken care of while remaining friendly, polite, and patient. Thank you guys!

They are an awesome business, whether purchasing in store or on-line. In store at the Laguna Hills location the staff is super nice, attentive and knowledgeable. On-line the ordering is easy and quick. When I say quick, I mean quick. I ordered a set of tires at 9:30-10am on a Wednesday and they were at my front door at 10:30am on Thursday...the next day! Also, speaking of on-line, the prices did not change and increase from day to day in accordance with my search history. The price stayed the same, no boondoggling and shadiness.

Helpful staff. Bought a pair of reax boots. Didn’t have my size but they did have a different color of same boot. I tried them on. Seem like they offered good support and are light weight. They said they should be delivered in 2-3 days. Unfortunately, they didn’t have the chain lube or chain cleaning brush I was looking for in the store. Tim was extremely helpful. He offered not only his own personal experience, but also recommendation for different gearing choices I might make. He worked with me to select the exact set of gear I wanted for my first motorcycle. When the color and size I wanted werent available, the store was able to order them separately from a warehouse location and another store half the country away. She helped me understand the importance of different types of gear and what suited my needs. They help get you sized so you don’t have to guess yourself. I have spent tons of money @ this store. I have had to order many things on-line as they simply dont keep inventory up. Keeping in mind, I drive a 20 mile round trip just to give a local business/employees support.The latest incident has forever changed my mind. Since the store did not carry hardly any boot inventory, I had to place an order to have it deliver to the store (another 20 mile round trip). The order comes in, but the store refused to honor a $20 off coupon given to me during the COVID shutdown. They gave me the coupon because I went out of my way and visited the store for curbside purchase when I could have just ordered somewhere else and stayed safely @ home. The employee stated the only way they could honor the coupon was if I returned the boots and they place another order. After an hour of thinking about it, I decide to return the boots and order the tall version. To my amazement they again refused to honor the $20 loyalty coupon because this was an on-line order, despite me being physically in the store. Now Im thinking of returning my $1000 Shoei helmet I purchased. I lodged a complaint, well see if they respond, but since I have MANY other options to purchase gear at frankly lower prices and where I dont need to drive, I will no longer shop with Cycle Gear.

It was a great experience. Cycle Gear was the third shop I visited while looking for a helmet. The first two sent me to a rack and said find one I like. While Cycle Gear attempted to put me on a high end helmet ($600+), after discussion and my needs they took me down to a very basic helmet (less than $250). Then they HELPED {emphasis added}, fit me with a helmet. We talked about their experiences as riders and things they learned about different types of gear.
