I was happy to get a very nice rear tire for my Kawasaki Ninja on sale at a great price! I called ahead and Jose set the tire aside for me, so I was able to purchase it immediately upon entering the store. He was my cashier and I found him helpful and friendly. Jose also offered to take the tire out to my car for me, which was kind. I highly recommend this store!

This store is fantastic. Clean, well organized, great variety. Tyler, the assistant manager at the store, is really amazing. A really honest and trustworthy individual. You can tell he is extremely dedicated to providing a level of service that’s quite honestly very rare to see in this day and age. Tyler really goes out of his way to make sure things run smoothly and has a very high level of accountability. Aside from his intimate level of knowledge about literally all of the products on the floor, he’s been a tremendous help when it comes to processing online returns (which have been a pain when dealing with the customer support team based out on the East Coast). The store has a great asset there.My experiences with another associate, Gavin, were also positive. The guys know their products very well and I experienced no upsell or pressure at this location (which I highly appreciate). Just the straight up facts to two products Im looking at “product x” vs “product y” and why I might want to consider one over the other. Or perhaps a better option in my price range. My only regret is not experiencing this store sooner and having purchased some things online before discovering them. Will look forward to getting future gear from this location.

Customer service, product variety, and accessibility are what this store offers best. I only had a clue about the products that I needed and Jake helped me with the rest. The amount of variety in products can be intimidating but the helpful staff will eliminate confusion and doubt. The best part of this store in my opinion, is the access to all the products that you might need. Overall, this store helps ease doubts and doesn’t discriminate on experience so if you’re new to riding this is your best bet to get started.

Read this review!!! Went into the Huntington Beach store for some wet weather gear as some rain is expected. Very good selection of jackets, pants, gloves, and boot covers. Staff is great, knowledgeable and friendly. Cassidy did a fantastic job. Bought some built products on the cheap side because it does not rain much. The waterproof gloves were sponges. Do not purchase anything g from them. They do not stand behind their products. I had an airbag vest falsely inflate and they refused to exchange it. Said it was my job to no tact the manufacturer. I didn’t buy it from a manufacturer and I was sold on their membership etc. I am beyond pissed off and can’t ride til I figure this out. Again, buy elsewhere, buy somewhere that stands behind what they sell.

My battery died luckily at the gas station located next to Cycle gear in HB. The young man who sold me a battery was so nice and helpful. This strictly for Mr. manager James or whatever his name is that can’t seem to control his anger and throw stuff at people. As a manager for a business with high traffic I deal with people’s complaints frequently and I never once thrown stuff at them no matter what. You need to find another job if you don’t know how to deescalate a situation properly. We came in for a simple request where we paid for the extra warranty for a reason. We spend thousands of dollars at the cycle gear stores and have never had an experience even remotely close to this. I hope he gets some counseling or better training or a job more to his standards because you give Cycle gear a bad name.

Came in looking to try on some gear for summer and to my surprise, there is a lot more gear to try on here at this location than the one on PCH in Torrance location. A lot more selection to choose from. I ended up buying full gauntlet gloves and head liner. Customer service is very friendly and helpful. I would come rather drive the extra miles to this location than the Torrance one because there is way more gear to choose from!

I’m really bummed to give 4 stars, but hear me out. The customer service is top notch! Jojo helped me out and did amazing. He had a ton of knowledge, helped me set up my gear, and let me know that they give military discounts. I live in Los Angeles and will gladly make the drive down to this specific store because of that! However this next morning I am realizing that I was charged twice for the same item, after I was told that I wasn’t, and I also didn’t get the manual or charger that comes with the Bluetooth set I bought. Since getting my new Ural sidecar I outfitted my self from this store primarily. The workers have been super helpful. The first person who helped me suggested the products that he uses. The shirt that he suggested is a perfect fit and has served me well. They have most of everything that I needed for the bike that didnt come from the manufacturer. I went there to purchase a helmet. They were very knowledgeable in different brands and what features each was good for. Upon purchasing, they found a manufacturer defect. They immediately solved the issue so i got the helmet i wanted along with free installation of Bluetooth in the helmet. The team at Cycle Gear is awesome. I just took the MTC course to prepare for getting my M1 license. I needed to get a helmet and some gloves. Walked into the store searching pretty mindlessly, but then Thomas asked if I needed any help. He then continued to provide excellent advice on the type of gloves I should be looking at and some tricks to evaluate a good fit. After finding a great pair of gloves, he brought us to the helmet wall and had me try on lots of different helmets. Eventually I found one that seemed to be a good fit, but he said to take it home and try wearing it for a couple hours to see if it was comfortable after a prolonged period of time. I did just that, and decided it was too small for me (pressure on my temples). I ended up driving back to swap the helmet up a size and their team did one better as they didn’t have the size I needed in the same helmet model. Ended up walking out with a better helmet at a slightly cheaper price (there was a sale on the new helmet) that fit excellently. I felt the team there was really looking out for my safety and provided one of the best shopping experiences I’ve ever encountered. Furthermore, Thomas shared his personal story with the airbag vests and spent time showing us the various models available. He sold me on getting one. I’ll be back to Cycle Gear for the rest of my gear. This store and the team running the operation rock. Tldr: excellent, insightful motorcycle gear shopping experience.

I went to revzilla to get a helmet on a Thursday because I had my riding class on Saturday. Revzilla didnt have my size for the helmet I wanted so they suggested I go to their sister store Cycle Gear, my fault for waiting last minute. My original plans were to buy from Chaparral in San Bernardino... its absolutely huge & they have everything, including a reputation for the best prices. However, Cycle Gear was much closer & I needed new boots for an upcoming trip. They had some on sale for 10 bucks cheaper than Chaparral, but they didnt have my size. Their selection was somewhat limited, so I ended up spending a bit more than anticipated, but Im now glad I did, since theyre much nicer. And, they had a bunch of stuff on sale, from $10 jerseys, cheap gloves & Goggles, to a nice gear bag marked down to $59... far cheaper than anything I found online anywhere. I ended up filling that bag with stuff for the entire family, so now were set for a long time. The employees were fairly busy with a steady stream of customers, but were totally cool, helping us search all through the store for various items. Ill continue to compare prices online in the future, but Ill definitely come back here.
