This pharmacy isnt bad its the new cashier that is. She never greets me shes rude she ask with a snarly tone does my feet because I was standing awkwardly. The other cashier are gems.

This is the WORST pharmacy I have ever been to. I would recommend that you go anywhere but here!!The pharmacist was supposed to fill a regular prescription that I take every single day for mental health issues. She decided to make up her own agenda and would not fill the prescription, and I left in tears without my daily prescription.(non-narcotic, non-addictive medication mind you!) My doctor had to call and ask her why she would not fill. He said he has never heard of the excuse she gave! It was absurd.Dirty store and horribly rude employees. Going to a new smaller pharmacy that cares from now on.This was a very negative experience

The oldest guy charge me twice. I have to come back and bring all my stuff so he could give me the refund and he couldn’t do it so he called the the manager gave me a refund but not a good experience. I have to go back all the way to my car and get my stuff back.thats why I like the other cvs on Lankershim

Decent store. A bit pricey on some things. Wish they could have more than one check out line open when i go cause the line can be long at times. And the pharmacy is pretty good on things as well.

OK for quick shopping of basic essentials, but the selection is quite basic and very limited. However, its great when you just have to pick up a packet of coffee, milk, sugar, cold drinks and some other home supplies.The pharmacy staff has been better and more helpful than prior bad experience a couple of years ago. The pharmacists have been helpful and attentive and generally quite pleasant to deal with.Waiting time to be taken care of or to paay for something can be long, and theres always quite a line of people waiting to pay. Other than that, I like going there.

The pharmacy experience today was the worst Ive encountered. There was a wheelchair bound person waiting for assistance, she was ignored for over 15 minutes.There were 3 pharmacy people working, when someone came over to attend, she was rude and spent the next 5 minites moving bags around before coming back. There is no excuse for disrespect of any human, much less someone with disabilities.Ive been through previous bad behavior and been getting my prescription here for over 10 yrs, as of today after this type of behavior, the bad attitude plus a 30 min wait with only 3 people and 1 car ahead of me, I will no longer get my prescription nor shop at any CVS or affiliate, ever.

So, I’ve notice something rather strange when I go to this CVS and grab items such as make up. When I am in the aisle, I keep hearing, “Customer service in Maybelline,” then when I move to another section I hear, “Customer service in Revlon.” This only happens when I am there. It never happens when a White person is in the aisle. So, I feel this is racist and it is a signal to the employees notifying everyone that there is a “Black person” in the makeup section. I was even followed one time. I don’t appreciate this. We should all be treated equally. It makes me so uncomfortable to shop for items I need. This issue needs to be addressed.

No voicemail, no text, no email to let me know they were out of vaccines. When I tried to call back, there was no record of them contacting me.They didn’t cancel my appointment UNTIL I WAS STANDING IN FRONT OF THEM less than 5 minutes before my appointment time. Why even have an online system if it’s not used to notify people of cancelations. Why wait until I am literally in front of you to cancel. I watched them do it, but allegedly they canceled all appointments in the afternoon. My time stamps say otherwise, CVS.

This people believe they are doing a favor to the customers and they do everything they way and dont follow the standard of customers satisfaction of cvs .They always looking ways to not help the customer and never do anything to help the customer at the same time they are very unprofessional and disrespectful to the customers needs.They need to have a manager who read the reviews and educate this people.But the have no manenager to take care of customers issues becouse the farmacy is doing good until we get tire and move to different places.good help. This pharmacy doesn’t like to do their job.Don’t waste your time coming here, just full of lazy people with attitude. Also very dangerous for a pharmacy to be like that in case you have a serious medical issue and need medication.

I tried twice today to call this store to get some information. The first time the phone rang 23 times. They finally answered only to hang up. The second time I set my phone down and let it ring. I hung up after 48 rings.Just horrible

So here is my story CVS! My second toe got an infection so o went to the ER after a week of pain and it not getting better in my opinion! Ok ....so they prescribe antibodies and pain meds (12 pills) for 3 days as my primary care couldnt get to until Monday. I started the antibodies and an abscess forms on my gum so I NOW DEVELOP an ear ache and a tooth ache! By monday my face is DEFORMED and THROBBING! My primary care prescribes MORE antibodies and enough pain meds for 5 days (20 more pills) so I can get to the dentist ! I have to wait for the infection to subside before My dentist of 30 years could work on the infected area ! Here is my problem the pharmacy is refusing to fill the prescription from my dentist! She said I have already had prescriptions and called my dentist to see if I was legit! FIRST OF ALL I dont take medicine like that...second we are talking NORCO 5/ 3.25 so the weakest pain meds out there and the only reason for those is because I have low kidney function and it cant do over the counter stuff. I have to have a root canal tomorrow and the pharmacy is telling me too get a new prescription AFTER the surgery! I DONT UNDERSTAND! Why cant my meds be waiting for me when I get home? I am SUPER FRUSTRATED This is why black women dont smile I swear! I am a BLACK woman and I am TIRED of fighting to be heard ESPECIALLY when it comes to my health! Its like the assumption is that my REAL pain must be exaggerated! Like WHAT?! This is disturbing! I should not have to sit in pain for any amount of unnecessary time... The end pictures are of what I normally look like! You can clearly see infection

Employee named Reyna checked me out and refused to put her mask on properly. Her nose and mouth were both exposed and when asked if she could adjust her mask, she refused and said they didnt work. Definitely will not be coming back. Unacceptable as this pharmacy deals with many who are at-risk.

Lupie, beauty consultant here is amazing! She is very helpful and knowledgeable with skin care and cosmetics. I was looking for sunscreen that fits my skin type and my life style. Lupie helped me find the perfect one and also helped me find the best eyebrow product that matched well with my eyebrows color. Its so great to shop here when there are great workers like her that give excellent customer service. Really show appreciation of every customer that walks in.The store is also always clean and neat. I always find parking near the entrance.

You are very dependent from stuff member. Some of them are very positive and helpful, but some drive you crazy. To be more specific: I used photo service to print out ID photos three times and my experience varies from Ill manage everything for you to We do not help with printing out and we do not cut photos

Im waiting for my sons medicine and they never give it to me, they need to talk to my sons doctor and when he spoke to them they didnt ask for anything, they told me that if I dont like it change my pharmacy.. why they apply if they cant with the job they need to hire more professional people who like what they do for the pharmacy they are very rude. Im waiting more than two months for the medicine and they always say the same thing..🤬

After spending significant time on the phone and searching online, we were lead to believe that my friend could receive a covid test in the back of my pickup.After waiting almost 2 hours we were told they would not hand over a test.I got nothing but weak excuses from tired employees without enough agency to make a right and logical decision, despite failing to show us breaking any stated policy.CVS should empower its employees to not discriminate against the homeless rather than paralyzing them with fear of a non-present corporate figure.

An employee named Reyna wasnt wearing her mask properly and I thanked her for not confirming to communist rule. That is a bad example of how to be healthy. Flipflop Fauci even admitted that more people died from wearing masks during the Spanish influenza terror due to bacterial pneumonia. No one should be wearing those muzzles. Im coming back to this store specifically due to my encounter with Reyna. God bless.

Parking lot and inside the store was very dirty, asked the pharmacist a question,she had no idea and did not seem to care about helping us. Went back to the counter to yell her we found what we were looking for and to tell her wjere it was located so maybe she could help the next person, stood at the counter waiting while the two pharmacists talked about getting blacked out drunk at some party they went to.
