I am so happy I went with this company for my custom lapel pins. I had these made for my soon to be husband for our upcoming wedding, the design is his family crest. The crest is very detailed. Somehow from a photo they were able to get all of the details perfectly onto the pins. The price is very reasonable. And the customer service was just really great. I worked with Jean throughout the process. Jean kept me informed almost daily, sent mock-ups, was always responsive with communications, and really seemed to care and take ownership of the project. Easy process; friendly and helpful customer service; clear explanation of the quote.Have your image clear and I recommend labeling it so the color choices are clear. I requested some pins to have glow in the dark and glitter, but during the first iteration did not explain which colors I wanted, and that required a second iteration. But the process was easy enough.One perk that made me choose this service, once the mold is created it is usable for 2 years, so any subsequent purchase wont require a mold remake, cutting the cost of reordering. The lack of minimum order was also a huge perk. Overall my order was 75 pins; 25 of which were able to have glitter and 15 had glow-in-the-dark.If you dont have a hard deadline, or can wait a month and a half, you can also save a good amount per unit.Overall, I was pleased with the ordering and proof process. I will update once I have the pins in hand to review.

I ordered my pins through GS-JJ.com.Everything was handled quickly. All my questions were answered.The only shortcoming was that this business was not up front about the pins being produced in China outside of Shanghai. It seems some lengths were taken to cover this up. I was told my shipping was to take 2 days (I assumed from Los Angeles). When the FedEx tracking number came the truth was revealed.I am happy to have my pins at a low price. They came out great.
