It is known National Parks accommodations aren’t the nicest you are instead paying for location. The good: The location you cannot beat. Walking distance to many trails! Mist trail was by far our favorite hike this trip!We enjoyed that there was food, coffee, and, beer to eat right by the village.We stayed in a cabin without a bathroom. Cabin was too be expected. Doesn’t seem like too much cleaning happens of the cabin as the floors and everything were super dusty.Shared bathrooms were disgusting. Multiple days where the trash was overflowing onto the floors. I didnt even bother showering as they looked gross and we were only staying one night. Paper towels and soap were out for over 24 hours in another bathroom.I would stay again purely for the location.

The best place to stay in Yosemite. Great for glamping. Comfortable beds. Showers and bathrooms well maintained. I was skeptical of shower area in camp ground and this was very good. You should get parking easily if u go later in the day. There are quite a few electric chargers too. The front desk is open 24*7. Much better than staying outside and coming into Yosemite. We got reservations just a week before during peak season.

What was this?!the tents were literally disgusting. The floor looks like it hasnt been cleaned since the 80s, the heater is really noisy as soon as you turn it on, its dark and not comfortable and cozy at all in the tent. The only good thing was that the beds were new.Also the tents were not only from the inside dirty, they also had brown stains on the outside, which kind of looked like mold.The Curry Village Area neglected and loveless. They could make a lot out of it but they dont (maybe the money is missing).Of course, the location is great. You can start tours from there directly and sleep in the park, but that and the pizza are the only good things in Curry Village.I tried romanticizing it because it definitely has a 80s vibe, but that is just because there were no renovations since the 80s lol

We stayed in Curry Village for the nights in one of the heated tents. Thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience, and we were very sad to leave.We were anxious that considering the freezing temperatures forecast for our stay that the tents would not be warm enough. How wrong we were. Those heaters are more than adequate, and no extra bedding was required from that that was provided.Toilets and showers were pretty basic, but never felt overcrowded. We didnt have an issue with noise at night or early morning, but as its basically a camp site, that will always come down to how lucky you are with your neighbours.The facilities in the main village were excellent. Loved the pizzas. And despite being a tourist trap, nothing felt overpriced in comparison to everywhere in california. One of our party had the need for a new pair of walking boots unexpectedly, but was lucky enough to get some from the onsite store for only $59.Only negative point was that after heavy snowfall before our arrival, when that melted we were left with a bog outside our tent.

Lots of humans for summertime vacation. Other than that, the Tent Cabin accommodations were excellent. Shower / bathroom nearby. Bicycle rental. Food / restaurants. A great place to stay to see the Yosemite Valley

I gave 5 stars for the room bc we stayed kn in a heated canvas tent, and for a tent it was pretty awesome. The beds were comfortable, heat worked too well, we had a light and 1 single electrical outlet. Also a chair, shelves, and pillows, sheets, wool blankets, and sleeping bag type blankets. It was very noisy pretty much all day and most of the night, but I expected that with thin tent walls and so many people. Checkin staff were very friendly but it was a slow process, could use more help. Bath houses were not always clean, and soap dispensers were empty the whole 4 days. Location was perfect for hiking!

Stayed for just one night in one of the cabins in Curry Village. The cabin is fine - clean, comfortable and of course fantastic location in the heart of Yosemite National Park. Dining and shopping options are of course limited and are of average quality and high price. The accommodation itself if very highly priced relative to its quality. But when all said and done the location is the key - being in the middle of the park versus a 45 minute+ drive from other options outside of the park is a massive advantage.

Curry Village was great as long as you are not expecting quiet. It is very loud until late at night and then first thing in the morning. Everyone walking by, talking and especially kids playing and screaming sound like they are in your tent. Its fine, Im not raining on anyones fun, but its just LOUD AF. If you want more quiet, camp in one of the Pines.Service was good, tent was warm, amenities good. No complaints. Its just loud and not peaceful.

Worst experience, dont waste your money on this tourist trap of scum. $133 for an off-season tent. The images they advertise are NOT what you get. Instead you get dirty tents 2 feet away from about 1,000 other dirty tents. This is the trailer park equivalent of Yosemite. We had to cancel before check-in because of a medical emergency and they would not refund us. Yosemite was a dream of mine, now its on the bottom of the list of National Parks to visit again. If you are wanting to stay overnight, get a campground spot. Cheaper, better, cleaner, quieter and not a trailer park.

If youve never been to Yosemite National Park then you must place it on your to-do list! All of the park amenities are top notch, great staff and lovely park villages like Curry Village where you can find great food, souvenir shops, groceries to replenish your camping needs and cool people to interact with!
