I would give it a 5 star but Ive only been here once. But my son and his girlfriend have been there several times and just purchased a bed and then went back and bought a TV from here. All the employees were very polite and asked if we had any questions about anything in the store and thank you for that. Curacao you guys are lucky to have a team that is on top of there game. Good Staff, Horrible Cell Phone Department EthicsLovely Staff and workers in the store that point you towards what you need towards applying to credit especially those in the Furniture and Credit Department. However there was an instance in the Electronics Department specifically with Veronica who was rude to my mom who was a bit slow in her decisionmaking when buying a phone. She pressured us and at one point appeared to make fun of my moms appearance to her coworker. To top it all off, when I asked her for her name she lied and told me her name was Joana! Do not let her help you or she will LIE to you

I came into the Chino store to purchase over the weekend but my account seemed to be inactive. Sales associate Yobi walked me over to credit area and manager Jesus was kind enough to help active my account. Unfortunately I was approved for a lower amount but I had enough to make my purchase. The sales associate was very kind and patient with me and took her time answering all my questions. Another sales associate by the name Marlene was also a great help; she helped answer any questions Yobi wasn’t sure of. Overall, my experience was phenomenal. I had stopped purchasing from the store for a good few years for the reason that I always had a bad experience every time I would come in but these 3 workers really changed my mind. I will definitely be coming back. I highly recommend any customer ask for assistance by any of these workers. They know what they’re doing and seem to have an answer for all your doubts ! Great customer service. Easy financing. Large selection of merchandise. Great way to take a large size family to Disneyland without having to pay the large cost up front. Good way to establish or build your credit. The finance rates could be high but in the long run it will help you get better credit and lead to you paying less rates.

So I did received an offer from this company to apply for credit card store I fill up the application online and I did get approved so I called the company and ask them how to get my credit card they told me you have to come and bring your ID your social and your bank statement, I did provide them all these document and it was the first time a credit card company they ask you for all these documents thats the first time ever happened to me, in the end the lady she was telling me thats we need your tax return I start laughing..... But at the same time I was so mad because its affected my credit score and my credit score was 740 and it did minus six points from my credit score and they approved my application, and I gave them all the documents in the end they want your tax return for what I have no idea I feel Im applying for a million dollar loan Im really disappointed and it was really bad experience for me I dont recommend anyone to apply for this company

My first time shopping here and if it was possible to not give any stars I would. I needed electric scooters and per Google this was the only place that had them locally. This stores seems as if the Sales floor associates do NOT want to assist you if you do not speak Spanish. I waited over 2 hours for service. One employee (Young guy in a Santa hat) told me it was my fault for not staying in line”. I explained that I had been in line twice and both times after getting to the front of the line two different female associates told me to go wait over near the scooters and they would send someone. He then said “go back and wait for her to send someone”. Finally one young man assisted us after we stopped him as he walked passed and explained what had happened. He completed my purchase of over $1,100 in “will call” items (electric scooters) and 2 additional small items that I had in my cart. He gave me my receipt and told me to head to the front of the store to Will Call. The will call guy was friendly and told me I was able to come back the next day for pick up since I didn’t have enough car space. As I went to exit the store with the two smaller items on my cart the girl checking receipts refused to let me out of the store. My receipt listed all the will-call and the other 2 items. She told me I needed an additional receipt to exit. I asked her to call the man who assisted me and she said he was busy but she never called him. She just asked me to move to the side so other can exit. I waited for 10 min and asked her again to call him and she said did. I never see or heard her do so. She then proceeded to tell me how security would get me if I tried to walk out so I needed to wait. Another employee passed by and I asked him to call the guy who rang me up. He did go look for him and yet the girl at the door proceeded to reiterate to me about security and she would lose her job if I walked out with the one receipt I had (totally disregarded that all the items are on the receipt). I kept asking what other receipt was needed and she would not answer me. I asked her to cancel the cart 2 items and I’ll come back for the will call items. I was done at that point and another girl who was walking out said she would call a manager to cancel the items. She called a women over and this older heavy set women in a green shirt from the cash wrap area came over and rudely grabbed my receipt and said “I’m canceling your whole order”. I asked her for my receipt and she told me “no I’m canceling it so you can leave”. I asked her name and she said “No leave. I cancelled it”. Another employee told me where the manager was and when I went to her she told me would fix it but I need to calm down. I tried to explain to her what was happening. She was nice about assisting me with the reversal of the cancellation but didn’t seem to care about the treatment I was given. After she reinstated my order she told me to not listen to the girl at the door or the one who took my receipt (Green Shirt). When I asked for the woman in the Green shirts name she said that her name is Amelia. There seems to be no regard for service of English Only consumers. If I didn’t need the scooter for Christmas gifts I would definitely have purchased online and from another retailer.

I have loved this store since the first day I went in. I go to different locations and get great deals and love everything they sell, it’s just a fantastic deals and love the idea’s and items. Worst experience ever ! This place has false advertisement all over the store ! I went in to buy party tables, i walked around found them very nice cuality what was out on the floor it was a cosco brand 6ft folding table, when i asked for a price match because walmart has them for $55 and they had them for $69.99 the lady said she could give it to me because the bar codes did not match nor the model number, long story short i argued it the lady said no my husband was already tired kids were rowdy because they kept taking there sweet time, i told the lady just forget it and to charge me the tables . When i got home and opened the table it was not the same table they had out on display !! I went back and the employees are looking at me like im dumb ! The table they gave had no brand it was cheap material and nothing like the cosco brand one i requested . When they went to confirm what i was telling them the lady who helped said all she can do is do a return. I told them to remove the table from the floor and to stop the false advertisement and till now they still havent done it ! In my opinion i dont think ots fair for them to put a nice table out there making us believe we are getting that product.

Two weeks ago, my husband and I were christmas shopping, and we went to the fragrance department. Andrea, (the one with dark hair and tattoos) was VERY helpful, nice, and rang my husband and I up with ease. She helped us pick the perfect presents for my friend, and was very patient with me as i was wanting to smell a bunch of perfumes to pick the right ones. She had conversations with me, cracked some jokes, and 10/10 had the BEST customer service. This isnt the first time shes helped my husband and I out while there, shes helped us apply for credit with ease, and always answers our questions. She is one of the best workers there honestly. Shes one of the only ones that help us out every time we are there, and we are there a lot since its by our house. Andrea is great, a great person, a hard working person and has great customer service!! I always enjoy coming back and seeing her! Thank you Andrea for all that you do!

I am honestly very happy, that my shopping went really easy because I found exactly what I wanted. It was in the department of jewelry and cologne this young lady named Andrea helped me find exactly what I wanted. It didn’t take long I had asked her exactly what I was looking for and she gave me three options, for the three options I found the one that I wanted. She was very nice and kind, she wasn’t rude at any time, she was helping me step-by-step and showing me what is the best items to buy. She has been by far the best clerk I’ve ever spoken to and I give her a 10 out of 10. she did not waste my time and she was doing her job 100% . Customer service for this company is absolutely trash. I tried to pay over the phone for my husband while he was deployed and they were so disrespectful. Kept hanging up on me and would have to start over with the operator. I would have to state my name over and over to the representatives who would keep telling me I wasnt authorized when I clearly just was. I could never get a straight answer about how all of a sudden I got late charges from. I called to complain about all the stressful calls and they finally fixed my issue in 5 minutes. Thats how they treat their paying customers. This is literally the LAST time Ill ever take my business to them.

The team was very friendly and nice. I went in looking for furniture for my daughter but I was a bit nervous since i didn’t really know what I was looking for but one of the sales associates named Marlene walked me through the process helped me decide between furniture, the mattress and different styles.
