Kyrin came to my door and introduced himself a day after my family and I moved into our new home. He took care of the pest maintenance for the previous owners and was curious as to if I wanted to continue the service. I took him up on his offer and he spent two hours at my home the very next day. Extremely professional and well spoken. I would highly recommend CURA to anyone and everyone who needs termite and/or pest control services.

I would like to start off by thinking, Daisy and the text system that this company has set up where you can actually reply and receive proper responses. Daisy has been nothing but pleasant and accommodating to my hectic work schedule and it is a true pleasure to not have someone harassing you in regards to your appointments. Then we have the technicians who have all been phenomenal, but Cameron came in today and just took his job to another level. This guy came in here and handled like no other. His 10+ year experience shows proven by the work that he did throughout the exterior of my home, I have nothing but great things to say about this company. There has never been a bad experience in over a year of working with them truly a pleasure great people great atmosphere. Needless to say the quality of their work is second to none. Since moving to their services, Ive seen only a handful of spiders and they are on their last crawls.Im a combat veteran and I would not lie about such matter so trust me, make the switch!

Preston and Christian were very personable and polite when they came to the door to ask me about service and worked with my schedule to get the job done quickly. The next day Jose and Rudy showed up to spray the inside and outside. They were so sweet, explaining the process and getting the job done quickly and efficiently. Ty and Cameron came out to do our first service on Saturday and they did an exceptional job listening to my concerns about pets, but also helping to treat areas of concerns. I previously had a review below three stars due to an unfortunate event involving miscommunication. I ended up receiving a call from Seth, the owner, and we were able to fully clarify any miscommunication. After that call I felt Cura and its team really did their best to set clear expectations, help me in any way possible, and even provided a discount on their services.I ended up having my entire home tented and fumigated. Since then, I have had no issue with any bugs or critters. The team arrived on time for set up and take down, were thorough to make sure nothing was left behind while also setting up and taking down quickly and efficiently. They provide a great warranty and are able to be reached when needed. Overall, I am glad I chose to go with Cura due to the personalized attention and thorough work. Friendly, honest, professional & thorough service by Jose. So glad I signed up for CURA’s service. The day after my first service de-webbing, spraying & baiting front and backyard (all the areas I couldn’t keep under control & the ones my HOA should’ve been) those spots were covered with all the dead spiders and ants - a badge of honor and job well done in my eyes. Some of the spiders carcasses were much bigger than any of the spiders I had been seeing and always had problems getting rid of, especially around my patio furniture.Jose took the time to explain what pests I had invading my yard & every step of the process to rid them. I even learned that the spiders I was trying to manage on my own were of the super poisonous variety. I’m so glad those dangerous squatters have finally been evicted and my family is safe playing & enjoying our yard once again. SO very satisfying to finally have a company of real professionals protecting my home from all the dangerous & evasive creepy crawlers. I couldn’t be any happier with the service and value. I whighly recommend this company! They sprayed my apartment for dust, mites, and fleas. I personally dealt with Mathew (exterminator) and Daisy (the person I booked the appointment over the phone with) i would recommend them. They both were very thorough. Matthew walked me through everything that he was going to spray in detail. Even if I didn’t go with the company, he still gave me advice on how to get rid of the fleas and mites . Within the window of the appointment I received a text from the inspector (Carl) confirming his arrival and making sure I had a direct contact to him.A few things I appreciated about the inspection:-Carl was instructive and clear about a number of things, including inexpensive ways to prevent against termites.-Not remotely high-pressure about sales, but realistic/reassuring about the timeline.-An overall friendly and direct manner who was easy to communicate with.

I was not pleased with the text messages prior to the arrival of the service provider. The first text said they would be at my home in 30 min. Then 1.5 hours later I received the text that said they would be at my home in 10 min. Then 50 min later I responded if they were coming and they said they had an emergency. I explained from the start what I wanted and what is normally done, I asked for all the windows done and that I had noticed hornet activity by my side window. I watched only the spraying of the window, nothing more. I waited for him to come in and do the inside windows and garage door threshold, he never came back and when I came back to my living room, I found that he was gone. Nothing said. Just gone. Didnt finish the entire treatment. He apparently was called cause he called me and said it was a misunderstanding, I say it was lack of listening/paying attention. Even still, u dont just leave when you think youre done, and definitely not without saying something to the homeowner!

We have had a fantastic experience with Cura. I was impressed even just on the initial call with how knowledgeable and helpful they were. They addressed my concerns about the safety of sprays around kids. Also their online account system is very easy to use, and theyre communicative via text about upcoming appointments and when the technician is on the way. The technician Darrial is great, super friendly and knowledgeable. We had a major cockroach problem that literally went away overnight after our first treatment. And I love that we can get free treatments in between the quarterly ones to deal with any nagging insects. Definitely recommend them!

Service seemed to go well, but we noticed a few areas where spider webs were cleared away from the eaves and the dirt from the webs discolored the 1 year old paint on the outside of the house. We tried washing the areas (as recommended by Cura Rep.), but it didnt go away. Will now have to repaint these areas which is more of a chore than I was expecting.

Cura does a lot more than kill bugs!! They repaired significant portions of my backyard pergola, replacing and repairing a lot of dry-rotted wood. Cura Termite and Pest Control had Jeremy doing the repair work of the wood damage from termites. He was a lifesaver. He did a wonderful job on replacing wood facia and a wood roof repair over the kitchen that was damaged from a water leak. He showed confidence and skillful in whatever he did and in addition was very able to express what he saw and needed to do to repair the damage. He conveyed to me that he was competent to do the work and that I did not need to worry about the result. And he was sensitive enough to clean up before leaving in the evening. Overall I was very much impressed by him and his work. I would without hesitation ask him to come back and do any work around the house knowing that he would do a professional job. He is an asset to the company which can only bring Cura a much deserved reputation. They are lucky to have him.Also there inspector Pete is an excellent, pleasant and very considerate person. Mason our technician was very polite, efficient and pleasant. He was even a few minutes early, which I really appreciated. I dont like waiting around. The products he used didnt have an unpleasant smell at all and wasnt over powering. Since it is natural I feel much better about using this service. Its really the key since I would suffer a few bugs if there were only toxic chemicals to keep them away. Thank goodness there are natural options around like Cura.

So happy we found Cura. We moved into a new house and needed Pest control but have animals in the yard and were very concerned about toxic chemicals that could harm pets and animals that eat grass and flowers. Cura has been great and reliable. We’ve had a couple different technicians since we started the service but our most recent treatment was done by Darrial who has treated our house a couple of times. He’s great. Always arrives in the service window and is very kind and thorough. One time he even made us aware of possible termite activity he noticed while treating the house. We looked into it and found that it had been missed during the home inspection when we bought the house that the previous owners had not disclosed which allowed us to bring back the original inspector and termite extermination company to fix their work. Very thankful Darrial was there to bring this to our attention or it would have been years left untreated doing long term damage. Cura does a great job and seems to be doing well at managing the overall level of pests. Thanks Cura!

I have never used a pest service due to safety concerns for my children until now. I decided to see if there were safer options and interacted with several green or non-toxic pest companies. Many of them would not tell me what products they use or they were extremely expensive. Tina in the office was so great and immediately offered to send me the label and all of the safety data sheets for the green product they use. I so appreciated her transparency, understanding and responsiveness. I decided to move forward with a consultation. Darrial came over and gave his recommendations based on where we live and our pest issues. The quote for a bi-monthly service was less than a quarterly service with a conventional pest company! I brought back some sort of mite while visiting Sequoia National Park and was getting severe bites. It infested my entire closet and bedroom. My gf told me about Cura so I decided to give them a call. The receptionist was extremely helpful in trying to get a representative to come as quickly as possible. Mason then came to my home within the day to spray and fog my room. It was one of the most pleasant customer experience that I have had in a long time. He was friendly and accommodating to all of my questions. 99% of the bugs were killed off within the first 3 days. We are very pleased with our services from Cura so far! We had a bad and constant ant problem, but were hesitant to use any chemicals because we have young children. Tina and Darrial explained they would only use green solutions that didn’t leave any residual, and gave us the name of the product so we could do our own research, which we felt comfortable with. Darrial arrived promptly, was very friendly and professional, and finished up quickly with no mess.
