Dr. Mina was great! I started seeing him after being involved in a car accident and experiencing pain/discomfort due to the collision. He was attentive and accommodating. He made the following couple months of my recovery go smooth and thanks to him the pain is no longer what it initially was. I would highly recommend him to anyone experiencing these issues and looking for a smooth and effective recovery.

Highly effective treatments to relieve inflammation and provide adjustments. Ive bit hit twice by DUIs in one year (please dont drive and drive!). The injuries have been significant but Dr. Mina E. does an incredible job! Wonderful staff. Ive seen several different people come in with a variety of accidents and injuries and those come with traumas beyond physical. Patients leave refreshed, adjusted, and ready to continue our journeys. Since I walked out of Dr. Minas office, I feel like I’ve been walking on a cloud and my body is so happy that I finally took care of my pain.Dr. Mina is absolutely amazing! He is super professional and takes his time to listen to you and figure out the next steps for treatment. He used different kind of tools to relax my muscles (micro current, heat lamp, cupping) and get the flow going. He massaged some of my pain areas and then he adjusted where I needed it. He also recommended supplements for me and stretching I could do to prevent future pain.He’s one of those people that actually cares about you and want to help you feel better - not just to do a quick fix. I see why he has excellent reviews, it’s definitely a 5 star treatment for a really good price. I will start going here regularly and I’ll recommend Dr. Mina to everyone I know!

Dr. Mina…. Where do I start. I’ve been seeing Dr. Mina since October 2021 when I got into a car accident. His practice is top notch. He has helped my rehabilitation tremendously with his back stimulation machine which loosens up my back, adjustments and everyday exercises that I could do at home. I looked forward seeing Dr. Mina twice a week. What I liked the most was the conversations we would have. He made me feel comfortable which made my process to recovery hard work but worth it. Since I began my treatment with Dr. Mina, my back pain began diminishing. It was hard to imagine that his gentle and carefully calculated treatment of my neck and back could bring such an amazing positive result in my health.I feel so blessed to have found him. I had my first session with Dr. Mina for an adjustment a few days ago and it’s done wonders for my back pain. He was very thorough during the initial consultation in trying to understand where my problem areas were, what may have caused it, and also suggested ways to stretch it out. He walked me through what he was going to do and just made the session overall a casual and comfortable experience. I’m definitely coming back for more regular sessions.

Dr. Mina and Charlie have given me the best sports therapy and chiropractic treatment in all of LA. I’m a very physically active person that puts a lot of wear and tear on my body. Charlie’s massages are hands down the best around. She always able to find the right spot to help relive any knots you may have. Dr. Mina is extremely knowledgeable and can help pinpoint any physical problems you may be having. I highly recommend this place!

I injured my back a few days ago lifting weights that were too heavy for me so I called around for a chiropractor. I was lucky to find Dr. Mina & came in to see him right away to help fix my back. The office is very clean and he was able to locate exactly where my pain was in my lower back and fix it very quickly. I highly recommend going to him and the price is very reasonable. Thanks Dr. Mina for correcting my posture and fixing my back, will definitely be BACK again! 5 stars all the way. Perfect Chiropractor!

I was in a car accident which resulted in bulging discs in both my lower back and neck. Ive had difficulty sleeping and sitting for long periods of time as a result. I started going to Dr. Mina to receive treatment and it definitely improved my quality of life. I was able to sleep and work on my computer for longer periods of time. Dr. Mina is very knowledgeable and friendly. His office staff is attentive and friendly as well. I fully recommend Dr. Mina to anybody who needs a solid chiropractor that truly cares about his patients.

Dr. Mina is wonderful. I went to see him for low back pain that flares up from too much sitting in front of my computer. He’s been incredibly helpful in readjusting my back. I was involved in a cycling accident and injured back. Within 8 weeks of consecutive of therapy I was fully recovered and back in action. I was very impressed with Dr. Minas knowledge of the human anatomy, and how he applied this knowledge to assist with my full recovery. Dr Mina was also very knowledgeable of at-home therapy excersizes which were pivotal to reducing my recovery time. First off, I don’t even know where to start when it comes to Dr.Mina’s services. This doctor is by far the best chiropractor and physical therapist I have ever had. I have been in two serious car accidents and the first one I never got better from because my Chiro and PT didn’t know what they were doing. I been suffering so much lower back pain, pelvic pain as well as neck and jaw pain and I’m almost impossible to crack because I’m so stiff, tender and very tense. Dr.Mina not only discovered all my serous areas of what causes my pain but pinpoints my bad posture habits and certain things I do to make them worse. I’m grateful for his effortless chiropractic services and listening to my complaints and knowing the right exercises I should do to manage and alleviate the pain I feel on a daily. My pain levels after 2 months went from 10/10 to 6/10 and are gradually improving and when I miss a few appointments I can tell a huge different. Most interestingly, he was also able to discover I clench my jaw at night which was causing a lot of tension on the lower part of my face and neck and inside my mouth and was able to adjust those areas and I never realized how much tension I had until he noticed. I definitely recommend him to everyone and could go on forever about how great his services and his whole team is also amazing at what they do. Once you start you will never stop going here and you will see a complete change in your quality of sleep, mobility and overall lifestyle. More than thankful for this place!

I started seeing Dr. Mina about 4-5 months ago, when I had a knee injury. I had a chiropractor prior to Dr. Mina, but he had moved to NYC just a month or so prior to my injury. A close friend of mine recommended Dr. Mina and here I am, 5 months later, in no pain whatsoever. Not only is Dr. Mina an extremely talented chiropractor, that preaches a preventative approach to getting better (vs lets pop a pill/go on medication to feel good), he is a super nice, friendly and caring person who truly does care for your well being. I know in LA, you cant get a varying degree of quality, even with doctors and those who push certain fixes over others, that will dry your bank account. Dr. Minas adjustments, in combination to more hard work you have to do yourself personally at home, to actually get better, is what it comes down to. Dr. Mina also is just a fun all around guy to chat with while you are getting worked on. I would highly recommend Dr. Mina to anyone looking for the best care for their body, whether for an injury or just all around maintenance and care.

Whether I’ve messed up my rotator cuff, pulled a muscle in my upper traps/lats, lower back pain, neck pain, you name it. I had two auto accidents in 2019. In my lifetime, 3 total accidents. Im 32 at the moment and have been driving since I was 18. Dealing with insurance companies, lawyers, and doctors was still new to me.Dr. Mina was more than just a doctor. He was the most helpful person with both of my cases. He did more than any lawyer, doctor, or insurance company has done for me - before, during, and after my two auto accidents. He was real, listened to my questions and concerns, and provided me with candid advice when I asked. He talked to me like a friend would, not just as a doctor. He went above and beyond and helped me find credible lawyers, auto shops, and other resources for me during this time.On the treatment side, I never felt rushed. Dr. Mina explained everything we were doing, showed me exercises, and gave time for any questions I had . All my appointments were on time, there was little or no waiting. The office was clean and staff was polite. Scheduling was a breeze. I was able to contact Dr. Mina through text and he made adjustments to fit my schedule. Dr. Mina was always available by text or phone call whenever I had questions.I highly recommend Dr. Mina if you are looking for a doctor who you can talk to, wont rush you, and someone who is just real. Everyone will tell you wizards aren’t real but I think Dr. Mina might actually be one! I always walk out of his office feeling a million times better than how I walked in. Whether I have a sore neck from sleeping wrong on my pillows or a sore back from wearing too many heels he always knows how to fix the problem. He also will teach you how to make the necessary changes to avoid these problems in the future which is super cool! You won’t regret making an appointment here, 10/10 experience!

Dr. Mina, thank you so much for being amazing! You were able to help me find out what the problem was with my hip. He told me it had nothing to do with my skeleton but it was my hip flexor was possibly strained. He also did not over charge me for an adjustment like other places do. He was honest and fair. What a relief! Had a slip roller skating last night that triggered incredible pain in my middle back. Woke up this morning still in pain. Had hard time putting on shoes! Called Culver Spine based on these great reviews. Left message and Dr. Mina called me right back- they were able to squeeze me in immediately. Dr. Jimmy did my cupping, back work, and adjustment. He’s excellent- talked through what he was doing and I could feel each move. I’ve been going to chiropractors on and off for 20 years and I appreciate that this wasn’t just a pop and crack, that it was targeted and focused not just on spine but muscle and everything else in between. I was able to get a last minute appointment for a very stiff and painful neck which I couldn’t move much. Dr Mina was great - he explained his process, took great care of me and gave me tips on how to lessen my chronic neck issues. By the next morning my neck was back to normal when it usually takes a few days. Highly recommended !
