Dr. Borenstein and Dr. Fell are the kindest people we have met in a long time. We were visiting from Tampa, FL when our daughter started feeling a poke from her wire. She has had that before and it gets pretty rough on her cheeks. So, I called after hours and left a message requesting an appointment even though we are not existing patients. Dr. Borenstein called back almost immediately and not only gave us an appointment for the next day, but she also guided us on how to put wax in a manner that she could spend the night without pain.Next morning, Dr. Fell attended to my daughter and ensured that she was really taken care of. Their kindness and attention to detail was so phenomenal. It not only made my daughter free from pain, but also gave us evidence that no matter how busy the world gets, there are always people who take time to remain human! Thank you very much Dr. Borenstein, Dr. Fell, and team! We wish you nothing but the best!!

We are so grateful that our family has benefited from two generations of excellent orthodontic care from Drs. Fell and Borenstein. The office staff is helpful, attentive and kind. The orthodontists are thorough and professional and are great listeners to their patients. The office is always spotless and orthodontic staff are very knowledgeable and have great tips to offer patients. Culver City Orthodontics is the best! My son was a patient of Dr Borenstein and Dr Fell for over a year with Invisalign and our experience was great from start to finish. The staff in the office helped keep me organized with his treatment with appt reminders and help scheduling future appointments. Everyone was so friendly. The doctors and assistants are first class and really care about their patients. They went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our son’s treatment and his smile :) We’ll be back when it’s time for our daughter to get braces.

If youre going to get braces, there is no one better than Dr. Borenstein and her team at Culver City orthodontics. They are not only professional, but they are kind, experienced, reasonably priced and generous in many ways. Im not exaggerating. They never give up and they are super sensitive and caring to the patient. Honestly, I couldnt have had a better experience. I think this is my first time leaving a Google review, but I have had SUCH an incredible experience with the Culver City Ortho team that I have to sing their praises! My teeth were a difficult case - I had an open bite and have different sized jaws, and 5 other orthodontists told me I would need jaw surgery and metal braces in order to fix my bite. I am so glad I found Dr. Borenstein at Culver City Ortho, who was empathetic to my preferences to avoid surgery and visible orthodontia, and was able to close my bite completely using Invisalign (something the other orthodontists said would not be possible). Very grateful to be able to chew with all of my teeth again, and appreciative of the amazing care, empathy, and patience Ive received from Dr. Borenstein, Dr. Fell, Dr. Mullen, and all the other staff over the past couple years. (Special shoutout to Dr. Mullen for being so kind and accommodating of my tooth sensitivity the other day when removing my attachments!) Im SO pleased with how my teeth turned out, and cannot recommend this brilliant and kind team enough!

For years I have wanted to do some minor adjustments to my teeth. I didnt know all the technical terms, I just knew that something was off just a little bit. I was able to work with Dr. Joseph Mullen. It was a wonderful experience from start to finish--he was amazing. I ended up going with Invisalign and after what seems to be a short few months, I have a nicely improved smile. I give Culver City Ortho my highest recommendation.

It was an absolute pleasure working with Dr. Borenstein’s office. We had a patient who moved to our area and her phase 1 results by Dr. Borenstein were beautiful. Dr. Borenstein’s office facilitated the transfer to our office seemlessly, which does not happen often with orthodontic transfer cases. I was very self conscious of my smile because my lower incisors were slightly crooked since college.But after starting my Invisalign treatment last year, I have been extremely satisfied with my treatment progress. My oral hygiene has also gone up and I love my new smile!Thank you so much Dr. Borenstein, Dr. Park, Joseph and everyone at Culver City Ortho! The office staff are always very cordial and accommodating.Invisalign requires dedication and compliance from the patient. Initially I wasnt wearing my aligners regularly but once I made it a rigid habit, it became second nature and it feels weird when Im not wearing my aligners.Plus no one can tell that I am wearing aligners, the only people who have recognized them are those wearing them too.Its bittersweet that Im almost done with my treatment and will miss coming here for treatment.My only regret is not starting my Invisalign journey sooner! Dr fell is a nightmare avoid being scheduled with her at all costs. She is rude and too old to be working. When she did IPR she hurt me by sliding the sand paper forcefully into my gums and when I put my invsialign trays back on they were FULL OF BLOOD. Unfortunately they always schedule you with Dr. Fell because she is unpopular.Heres all my reasons why I did not have a good experience:Dr Park was my preferred doctor and what happened to him?My treatment plan was never explained to me, It was a complete surprise to get 10+ attachments all over my mouth, MULTIPLE buttons, and rubber bandsDr Fell is did IPR so harshly and she hurt me by sliding the sand paper forcefully into my gums so hard that when I put my trays back on they filled with bloodI raised concerns about one tooth not coming down into place and Dr. Fell said wow a stubborn tooth on a stubborn patientI also explained I didnt want to do another set of refinements because they are annoying and Dr. Fell said NEITHER DO WEThey wasted my time making me come back multiple times, once to get a stronger rubber band then 2 weeks later to cut a wing into the tray. The same tooth still did not move to close the gap perfectlyI waited roughly 30 minutes at my last appointment to be seenAssistants are openly complaining about Dr. Fell in front of me in spanish about polishing off my attachment glue and there is still attachment glue on one tooth. One said ¿Por qué tengo que hacerlo? to another which means why do I have to do it?She broke a drill during the removal of attachment glue and said If the office is mad let them be mad, we need to order another drill

Culver City Ortho is the crème de la crème of orthodontics. The service is top-notch. The ladies at the front desk are welcoming. The ortho assistants are great. I always ask for Kathy because she’s really nice and patient during my visits. Dr. B and Dr. Fell are great with my overall treatment. My teeth situation with having to create space for implants and correct my overall bite would intimidate most orthodontists but not Dr. Fell and Dr. B. If for whatever reason i moved out of state (which I wouldn’t LOL), I would personally fly in town for my visits. That’s how great Culver City Ortho is. 5 stars any day of the week!

The staff is amazing! My two daughters are in their hands since 3rd grade and they always loved going to the orthodontist! They are all listening to the children and make the experience very relaxing.My daughters’ teeth improved very well. The office always follow up on their next appointments and treatment.They adapted very well with the new Covid 19 regulations. I’ve known Dr. Park for many years and I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my family’s orthodontics.I’m an oral surgeon, so I’ve seen many dentists’ work. When it came down to choosing an orthodontist for my mother, it had to be the best of the best. At the consultation visit, he was very thorough in his explanations and took the time to answer both mine and my mother’s questions. The consultation only reassured me of my decision to send my family there and I’m very grateful I did. My mother has been in treatment for about a year now, and she calls me after every visit thanking me for the Invisalign, when in fact it has all been Dr. Park’s amazing care. I cannot think of anyone else that would treat my family like their own and will continue to recommend Dr. Park to my family and my patients.

I know that going to the orthodontist is something that people don’t usually like to do but truthfully I look forward to all of my appointments. Everyone makes you feel welcomed and they really do their best to try and give you a great experience every time. Since COVID they’ve only stepped up their game at the office in the sense that they’ve implemented so many more procedures into ensuring that you feel safe. As someone who deals with anxiety, I feel at ease knowing that not only am I being protected but the staff is as well. They look like they want to be there and genuinely help you because of the safe environment that is being provided. There’s air purifiers throughout the office, hand sanitizer stations, hand wash station, plastic dividers separating each patient chair, and all staff have PPE. I’m really happy that I made the decision to follow through with CCO for my adult braces treatment.(Special shout-out to Leydin- she is truly amazing because she explains everything that is happening during my appointment, what to look forward to on my next appointment, makes sure I’m comfortable at all times, and answers all of my questions. Love her!)

This is a gem. I am in awe of the culture at this office, where every employee and service provider is warm, friendly and respectful. I have known Dr Fell and some of her staff for more than 20 years. I have always been amazed at the passion Dr. Fell has for her profession. One of my favorite things about working with Dr Fell was watching how excited she would get of transforming even the most challenging case into a beautiful smile. It was obvious that she loves what she does! This is our first time visiting an orthodontic office for my 2nd grader and we werent sure what to expect. Everyone was so kind and friendly and helped my daughter feel safe. They explained everything they were doing as they assessed and cared for her, and Dr. Borenstein explained her assessment and recommendations clearly. Had an exceptional experience with Culver City Orthodontics. Getting invisalign here was so worth it -- I felt that the dental staff were so invested in perfecting my smile, even more than I was! The staff were so so personable -- literally people I could see myself being friends with. Even after finishing all my invisalign sets, I still ask them invisalign/oral hygiene related questions cause Im an invisalign weeb, and they still get back to me within 24 hours with answers half way across the world. I couldnt be happier with them and highly, highly recommend them to anyone.

Culver City Orthodontics is simply the best. I had braces as a teen and my bottom teeth especially had become very crooked as time went by. Dr. Borenstein walked me through the Invisalign process and nine months later, I had amazingly straight teeth again. Dealing with their office is so easy and everything about the process was smooth. I started my Invisalign journey 2 years ago and I could not be happier with the results. the team was so on top of every detail of my treatment plan even during the pandemic managing to ensure I stayed on track and got the results I wanted. they tweaked my treatment plan until I got results that were 100% perfect and satisfying. also loved that there were no hidden or random fees. everything was straightforward. This place is amazing! Starting from the office staff to Dr. Fell and Dr. Borenstein. They are very knowledgeable, professional and make you feel good you selected them every time you have an appointment. They are very detailed and know their stuff. They truly make you feel welcome. I was on-board from day one. They offered the best products available. My daughter, who is 12, didnt mind going there. We decided on the Damian braces. Best thing ever! My daughter didnt have any issues with brackets falling off or being too sore after adjustments. I highly recommend them. The Damien brand is like the Lamborghini of braces. If you’re looking for warmth, kindness, understanding and professionalism you’re not looking for this office. I had them as a child and they turned me off of dental care because of the cold atmosphere of the staff, Dr. Fells absent skills with children and the dated technology they use. If you’re looking for care you can trust and motivation for children and adults, you’re looking for someone else. Half of the office is Dr. Fells personal office with a walnut desk and computer from 1996, and I saw her twice during my treatments. At the beginning, and at the end when the faulty application of my permanent retainer failed to adhere to my teeth.

Dr. Fell and her associates have done a wonderful job for the past 4 years. At age 10 my son had a cross-bite that was stopping him from properly closing his mouth. Dr. Fell said that if my son was responsible enough that the problem could be solved with a retainer. Other orthodontists consulted talked about braces and spacers. Dr. Fell was absolutely correct. The cross-bite was completely resolved at a much lower cost than braces. When he was twelve as his bite changed and his jaw grew it became necessary to use braces. Dr. Fell patiently explained the reasons and showed us the x-rays. We are nearing the end of the treatment and cannot say enough for the professionalism of Dr. Fell, her office staff, and all of her associates. They have been available for emergencies, flexible about school schedules, and always supportive. Our original contract price for the braces was reasonable and we feel that we have gotten excellent care. Would recommend her to anyone and everyone. Her office staff, especially Carla, are welcoming and helpful. Could use some new reading material in the waiting area, but thats the only complaint

Amazing!! I cant say enough about the wonderful orthodontists and staff in this office. I came to them with some serious dental anxiety and a mouth full of shifting teeth. Dr.Borenstein made me comfortable and secure every step of the way! Each appointment was calm from start to finish and the treatment plan clearly laid out and explained. I am super impressed with this office for their integrity and professionalism. Took my 16 year old son in to get his braces per our oral surgeon and we were explained why we need to wait till he stops growing. Had we had the braces put on now, we would have had to do the work again as his lower jaw would keep growing. Best advice by Dr. Park and his team.

I had an ugly teeth for half of my life due to the spaces between the bottom front teeth and misaligned upper teeth. My previous dentists thought that nothing could be done to improve my smile without breaking couple of bridges and possibly crowns that I had in my mouth. Being already 48 years old, I gave up doing anything about my smile until I changed my dentist, who recommended seeing Dr. Fell. Couple years later, I can be in these pictures - before and after. I never believed that it was possible in my case just with braces and one implant that filled the empty space. I live 70 miles away from Culver City but it was all worth going there at least once a month for the last 2 years. Dr. Fell is an outstanding professional who knows what she is doing and always oversees each treatment, and also a very nice person. Her Staff is very friendly and accommodating - starting with front office clerks and ending with technicians, who always did a great job. They were always on time with appointments - I never had to wait. Now that my treatment is over, I miss coming to this office - they sort of became my extended family. I highly recommend Culver City Orthodontics to anyone in need of orthodontic treatment! I couldnt be happier with the outcome!

Professional and thorough. I’m an adult getting braces and they explained to me each step that had to be taken along with why. During the procedure of getting my braces attached I was warned before each potential spot for pain and what was going on within my mouth constantly. Like many adults in their 30s, I had braces as a kid, wore my retainer for a few years, and then...stopped. My lower teeth started shifting.... and I needed to fix them before it got any worse. I was referred by a friend to Dr. Borenstein and Dr. Fell at Culver City Orthodontics and they were awesome. They gave me a few options, and I decided not to get traditional braces again (although the lingual braces they were offering looked like a pretty good option), and chose instead to get Invisalign.The process was seamless. At my first appointment, they took pictures, x-rays and then did a cool 3D scan of my teeth (no impressions - I HATED impressions as a kid, so I was soooo happy to find out I didnt need an impression to get Invisalign). The fee was very reasonable for treatment (I was actually surprised). A few weeks later, I got my first aligners. Im not going to lie - it took me about a week to get used to them, but it has been 9 months, and my teeth now look awesome. I decided to get a glued-in permanent retainer on my bottom teeth to prevent them from shifting again.Overall, the office is so great and I highly recommend them for any of your orthodontic needs. The office is very clean, the front desk is warm and welcoming, the assistants are really good at what they do, and both Dr. Borenstein and Dr. Fell are awesome. You can tell that the whole team really cares. 5 stars all around!

They were overlapping and a bit tilted, but are now as straight as can be. If I was ever unhappy or concerned about a particular tooth, both Dr. Fell and Dr. Borenstein would make sure to place focus on it and have the issue addressed.Before signing on with CCO, I went to my dentist at the time to inquire about Invisalign services. You really get the sense that each treatment is highly personalized and that they are evaluating your case to maximize your specific outcome. During a recent visit, based on my progress, they moved around the sequencing of certain of my treatments in order to help me achieve better results faster. Im generally wary of orthodontists, but have to say I am very pleased with my experience with these guys. I came to them, after a number of free consults with other orthodontists, about an issue with some unwanted contact in my bite. They did initially try to sell me on Invisalign (as did all the others), but unlike all the others, when I made it clear that that was not feasible for me, Dr. Bornstein was willing to work with me on a solution that I could afford. I have now finished treatment and am totally pleased with the result. Also, their customer service is top-notch. Joseph in particular is very down-to-earth, friendly, and knowledgeable. And there is always a pleasant vibe in the office. I will definitely call them first if I need any future work done.

Dr. Fell and Dr. Borenstein were incredible from start to finish. I completed the entire Invisalign process with them and they were able to correct some major misalignments within my jaw and teeth. The entire process was painless and they made all of my appointments fun and easy. After having bad experiences in the past, they were definitely a shining example of good orthodontists. I recently saw them two years after having completed my treatment, and they made a repair on my permanent retainer for free. They not only take care of you during treatment, they take care of you long afterwards. I couldnt recommend them more!

Picture this scenario: it’s the Friday before the first day of school and your 8th grader’s tooth falls out (it’s a fake one that was attached to his braces.) Your regular orthodontist is closed that day and has no emergency person on call. Oh yeah, and you need to catch a flight out of town that afternoon. Aaaghh!! Luckily, our dentist recommended Dr. Fell and, after I explained my sob story to the receptionist, we were told that, despite being fully booked, Dr. Fell could slot my son in between appointments. We rushed over to the office and, after a very short wait, my son was ushered in to see Dr. Fell. I had been warned by the office manager that they don’t usually do significant work on another orthodontist’s patient, just enough to make them comfortable, but I pleaded for them to consider how emotionally uncomfortable my kid would be showing up on the first day of 8th grade missing a prominent tooth right up front! Dr. Fell completely understood and she reattached the tooth. My son left with a confident smile and I made my flight! And how much did this emergency appointment cost me? Not a cent! Dr. Fell was our orthodontic angel that day and I will never forget it. I plan to send lots of business her way!!
