Michael and his team helped us to sell our property in Citrus Heights in a record time and at ~4% above our asking price. Nicole and team were absolutely amazing... From start to finish we had the support we needed and the information to make the accurate decision on the home of our dreams. Nicole took the time to caravan us to multiple locations in the area over the course of a few weeks and took the time at each location to get the questions we had answered. Nicole was able to get us connected with insurance agents, local amenities, water, electrical you name it. Ms. Lucchese also was able to negotiate our offer, which we were a back up offer by the way, and was able to land the deal! We would highly recommend Nicole and her team for anyone looking to purchase a home. After the purchase when picking up the keys Nicole and her team also had a care package four our children and our selves. That just goes to show the extra effort given from this team. We had an absolutely fantastic experience selling our home with Amber! On top of being super knowledgeable and committed, she is warm and caring and its obvious from the start that she has your best interest at heart. She always answered our calls and responded to texts within minutes, even though there were a lot! For reasons completely out of ours and Ambers control, our closing date wound up being pushed back 20 days! It was incredibly stressful, but Amber worked diligently every day, all day to make it happen and get things done. If it werent for her dedication, this deal may have fallen through and we would have lost the home that were buying at the same time. We will forever be grateful that we were lucky enough to get to work with Amber. We worked with Eric R. at Culbertson and Gray. He did a great job helping us find a nice place within our budget despite our being two states away during the finding and closing process. He did virtual showings with us of a number of properties, helped us negotiate the purchase price, coordinated inspections, helped the contractors we hired to do work on the property gain access to the site for bids, and handled setting up the closing. When we showed up on site to take possession of the property he was there to hand us the keys and make sure everything went well. Good stuff that we really appreciate.

The Realtor for the recent purchase of our home in Nevada City was Torin Garza. Best choice ever! We first contacted him in the fall of 2022, but my husband and I later decided to put off looking for a home until January, 2023.In early January, Torin contacted us and we got together for a few showings. It wasnt until we walked through our first home in Nevada City that we said, this is the one! She also took the time to get to know my family and noted aspects we were looking for in a home. She was able to make time for our busy scheduled weekend visits which included home tours of 10 -15+ visits per day out and about the greater Grass Valley and Nevada City area. We were able to get our Tahoe vacation home in one try. It would not have happened without Christina’s professionalism,extensive knowledge in the area, efficiency and her dedication.We pre- scheduled our appointments but unfortunately it was the day of the unexpected storm.We managed to get there early and Christiana was able to rearrange all the appointments earlier to accommodate our arrival without us asking.It gave us so much flexibility to ‘escape’ before the heavy storm hits. I dont even know how to describe how amazing of an experience it was working with Gabrielle Romero at Culbertson & Gray Group - she was quick to respond to all of our messages, helped answer our many questions, and was extremely knowledgable about the market. Her communication with our lender and the sellers agent made it so we never had to worry about anything slipping through the cracks. We moved into our new house a little over four weeks after meeting her for the first time! I cant imagine the process going any smoother than it did. Buying your first home is supposed to be a stressful time, but with Gabrielle there following up with all parties involved and making sure everything was on track, it was actually extremely enjoyable.
