Tour guide: Jack.Our tour guide is awesome in that he is experienced in leading Yellowstone National Park tours. He knows which trials are worth going and can fit in our schedule, what wild lives, mountains, or rivers may present along the bus trip, where great local restaurants and supermarkets are, and how to take pictures through great angles. Since our group has both non-English and English- speaking tour members, he does bilingual description for all tourist sites. He saves some extra time for certain sites so that tourists can take their time in those gorgeous views. He also regularly checks in with all families to make sure they don’t get lost in the trials.He also sets clear rules and keeps the tour members on time with the traveling agenda. He regularly checks in with people on feedback and resolves problems in a timely manner. His humor and people skills help build an efficient and pleasant tour experience. Thanks to Jack, I really enjoy this trip!

Our 7 day trip to Yellowstone and Grand Teton is fantastic. We are very satisfied with the tour arrangement by Ctour Holiday. Each stay is clean and comfortable. Our tour guide, Shawn Chen, is quite professional in his service. He gave timely and thorough introduction of each sight seeing, always attentive to our safety and curiosity. He even took time and effort to give each of the group tourists best shots at some scenic spots. His excellent time management of the tour and amiable personality made the trip enjoyable. We are also grateful to our Driver, Mr. Li, who ensures our ride is smooth and manageable to meet our timeline. His patience and reliability is really appreciated.

Tour guide: Hansen HanHansen Han is an amazing tour guide with over 10 years of experience, he’s super friendly, responsible, knowledgeable and passionate about what he does.We were picked up exactly on time, and brought to shops, restrooms, restaurants and tourist sites as Hansen scheduled on time, we took a good amount of breaks during our long drive from LA to SF.We had amazing 3 days in LA and San Francisco with him, and toured most of the famous tourist attractions efficiently. He is organized and keeps us scheduled, he is patient to answer any questions and never leaves anyone behind.I would highly recommend him as your top choice of tour guide.

We had a great time & experience! Our tour guide & driver were exceptional! Recommending where to eat, allowing us ample time to see the various sights, bathroom breaks & explaining what each attractions/sights history. It was a full day & week traveling through 6 states to see all of sights in our itinerary. During the road trip they played movies to occupy everyone but majority of us slept. Our tour guide & driver were both bilingual. Outstanding. Allowed everyone the opportunity to understand what we were seeing & enjoying their company. Tour Guide: Jordan ZhengI recently registered my mom for the 3 day trip from LA to San Francisco. Jordan is the tour guide and is very professional and responsible. My mom is pretty happy and satisfied with the overall trip. She said the schedule was well planned and managed, and she can enjoy the beautiful scenery of Yosemite, 17 miles and SF city. The hotel is nice and clean, and meal cost is very reasonable during the trip. As tour guide Jordan is very warm and caring about tour members’ needs. Tour guides: Ethan / AmyWe joined a short tour from Los Angeles to San Francisco and Yosemite. The tour guide Ethan is knowledgeable and engaging, pretty fluent in both mandarin and English. The restaurants that he brought us to were REALLY good too, affordable and tasty and suited our tastebuds. Of course the sights were amazing, we just wished that the weather was better at SF (but that was out of our control) and we had more time for pictures (personal preference), but overall it was a great experience 🏞️For the second part of our tour, we went to the Grand Canyon, Antelope Canyon, and VEGAS! We had AMY as a tour guide and she was truly amazing. Not only did she describe every destination in detail and with flair, she also helped bond everyone on the bus which made the journey much more enjoyable. She’s kind, knowledgeable and helpful and I feel so lucky to have her as my tour guide!

I went to a 7-day adventure through Las Vegas, Salt Lake City, Yellowstone with our guide, Alvin Zhao, was nothing short of extraordinary! He is very knowledgeable, friendly, and incredibly organized with time management and has sense of humor. Each day was filled with breathtaking sights, from the Old Faithful geyser to the serene beauty of Yellowstone Lake.Alvin Zhao‘s was very responsible and professional to ensured we saw all the major sights and hidden gems. Highlights included Old Faithful, Yellowstone Lake, and amazing wildlife sightings. We saw an amazing variety of wildlife, including bison, elk. Even we didnt see a bear, but our Mr. Zhao kindly shared photos from a previous tour. The trip was well-organized, safe, and the accommodations were comfortable. Safety was always a priority, and we felt well taken care of throughout the trip. This tour was a perfect blend of adventure, education, and relaxation. Ms.Rebecca Wang is an excellent tour guide. She is very concientious with her roles & responsibilities. She ensures safety of everybody. She is so passionate & hard working. She is very knowledgeable and gives outstanding information, including the cultural significance so we can appreciate those tourist attractions. She made sure that we hit the famous landmarks of all the places of interest that we wanted to see.We also have the best driver. Not only he is confident, he drove us safely with unexpected burst of snowfall that lead to almost no visibilty as we headed up in the mountain. This rating was for our tour guide, Benson Huang. We just came back from a 7-day New Mexico White sand tour. The reason why I gave 5 stars to Benson was that the itinerary had changed on the day of our tour. Two of the sites were canceled at the last minute but Benson replaced the canceled sites to two different places. He took us to Salton sea and the Imperial Sand Dunes. Everyone enjoyed the site seeing there. The trip was a long drive and most of the time in the middle of nowhere. Benson entertained us and we sang on the bus. Most of the nights we arrived late to the hotel. We had to walk out to buy our own food late at night. There was one night when we arrived early and Benson arranged to take us to eat Buffet. I have to admit this tour was very rush and most of the time we were on the bus. I am glad Benson allowed us to sing. Benson is very nice and he tried to accommodate everyone. Also our bus driver was excellent.

Evan was a great tour guide and brought us to five locations. He was a great spirit and was very informative about the history of the land and the area. He made sure we were safe multiple times and told us everything we needed to know about our road plan. He was always very energetic and held great conversations. He also helped us take group photos though his photography skills has room for improvement. We went in early January, the temperature was freezing so he made sure to turn on the heater in the car before we went in the morning. He is also a very safe driver, I felt very safe and slept during most of the drive. All in all he’s a great tour guide, 10/10 would recommend.

I recently joined Ctour holiday’s 2-day tour to Yosemite and Kings Canyon National Park. Overall it was a great experience and our family enjoyed it a lot. Our tour guide Mr. Wen is very friendly, knowledgeable and professional; he takes care of everyone and always provides clear explanations of the attractions. He is such a warm person that he always answers our concerns and requests, and helps out families that might need translation of English. He also helps us take many great photos too! Driver Mr.David is also very responsible, providing us with a smooth driving. The short but distinct 2-day trip covers the main scenes of the two national parks, which would be a great choice for tourists like us who didn’t have time for a longer trip in the area. Just completed a 7 day, 6 night tour of Yellowstone, Mt Rushmore, Crazy Horse Memorial, Devils Tower, Salt Lake City, Arches National Park and Denver from Denver. Tour guide Sean Fu and driver Aaron were amazing and tour could not have been better amidst the challenging driving conditions we experienced with the snow on Rocky Mountains and also while trying to exit Yellowstone National Park, tour guide was constantly planning and making decisions so as not to cause any incovenience to guests. Most guests were from China and very friendly indeed! Due to weather conditions, we could not visit Grand Teton but instead visited Bear World, ID to compensate. Hotel accommodations were satisfactory except the one in Grand Junction, CO, which had very few charging points and the coffee maker was placed in the restroom.

Been touring with the guide Johnny Sha to the US Southwest National Parks for 4 days and it was wonderful. The bus is packed in this holiday season but everything seemed organized very well, although a bit tiring since the long distance between parks in Utah, Arizona and Nevada, but the view was totally worth it.

This is my second trip with Anthony as my tour guide and it was another fun filled vacation. My family enjoyed listening to stories Anthony shared of the places we visited, watching Old Faithful erupt, and taking numerous pictures of breathtaking scenic views.Anthony and our bus driver Joe are personable and conscientious, making a great team. They checked traffic routes beforehand so we would arrive to excursions on time. Hotel reservations were made to accommodate seniors and travelers with a lot of luggage by reserving rooms on the first floor for them. Whether tourists were traveling alone or with friends and family, Anthony and Joe checked on them to make sure their needs were met. When the temperature was hot, Anthony reminded everyone to stay hydrated and gave bottled water to people.We also enjoyed getting to know other tourists in our group. Everyone looked out for each other by offering to take pictures and helped to ensure other tourists were accounted for before leaving to the next destination.If you are thinking of taking a guided tour to Yellowstone, definitely consider Anthony as your tour guide. I went to Yellowstone tour recently with my parents. It was July 19 to July 26 which our trip was good, okay, fun, and bad. We had tour guide Sam. I got to say he was nice and friendly. He always stop at bathroom breaks. He always check on us to make sure we are on the bus. He told us that one of the hotel doesn’t have dinner and breakfast but we stopped at supermarket to buy whatever we need for dinner and breakfast which my mom and I almost miss the bus. The bus driver would let us in anytime! I would say he was my favorite tour guide I have ever had! I would give this a five star which it make our trip fun and good! We got switched to Tour guide Ray. He was okay. We went to the helicopter and the boat tour. It was an amazing view when we are in Grand Canyon helicopter! I really like the wind when I was in the boat. When we are done shopping, the bus driver doesn’t let us in the bus. I would give this probably a three star. We switched to a different bus when we want to go home not too late. We were on our way home. There were two problem I had encountered. We didn’t know where to sit in the bus because she was saving her children’s seat spots while her children were sitting in different bus seats. There was this lady that wouldn’t let us sit down which pissed me off! I met Tour guide Amy and when she want to go to the another side of the bus. She push my backpack. She doesn’t say excuse me. How rude! She is not experience in handling the bus seating area. I would give this a one star for that.

The tour was definitely the best one, we chose the 3 Day San Francisco/ Yosemite.Since the begging Johnny was attentive even a day before the tour he reminded us about our trip including the time and place we were pick up.He also explained every detail of every place we went to in English and Mandarin. Definitively there is a lot of planning and work behind this adventure that we live and we give the credit to Johnny as he also made the environment during the 3 days friendly and comfortable.If anyone is thinking about taking this trip, DO IT! The tour was alright. They gave us just enough rest stops and gave us options on what we wanted to participate in. However, they tell you to bring cash in advance because a lot of the attractions that we thought were included were not and we had to pay cash on the first day upfront for those attractions. We also had to pay an additional $75 per person for fuel charges and $12 per day per person for tip on the first day.Our tour guide Summer was bubbly, nice, and accommodating. She mainly speaks Chinese but will translate to English after. There is also no set times for breakfast/lunch/dinner as they do not include it in the tour, but they took us the grocery store so we can stock up on snacks and readily made food.

Recently my parents and their friends took the 7-day group tour to multiple national parks and landmarks in California, Arizona, New Mexico, and Nevada. They all had a great time! Those places are definitely hidden gems in Southern US. The group tour size is appropriate (about 12 people). Although the tour only covers breakfast, the tour guide takes care of tour members well by taking them to places where they can find food/meals. Joined the 7 days trip from SF to Seattle. The whole trip is kind of tired cus we have to stay on the bus 5 hours per day(average). And some hotels are not that good. However, our tour guide Rain Bi who is really nice and funny. He try to help us to get more time for each view point and give us some tips like where to get the food.The driver needs to improve his attitude and service. He don’t really help us to take off our packages from the bus. And took the whole bus customers (abt 30 people) to drop off 6 people to Seattle and then used another 35 mins to back to our hotel. I had travelled from England for my dream holiday and Day 1 I discovered that the itinerary I was given by GBT was C Tours previous year’s itinerary and the Petrified Forest was not included on the current one. Obviously, I was very shocked and upset. My tour guide Jack was very supportive and understanding. He contacted his manager who advised I should contact GBT. This I did and together they agreed that if Jack was able to fit the trip into his schedule,, he should do so. He was more than happy to do so as he could see how much it meant to me. We had a wonderful time there and my fellow passengers were delighted with this additional visit. The rest of the trip was great and Jack was a very attentive tour guide. My dream came true

A perfect three-day San Francisco three-day tour, the tour guide is professional, enthusiastic, especially the tour guide Seal who is very helpful and gave us a lot of introductions about the spots, and the drivers driving skills are excellent. The sights along the way are great! Fortunately, the weather was sunny for three days, which was very suitable for taking pictures! The hotel arranged for three nights is clean and hygienic, and the breakfast is also very good! All in all, a very pleasant travel experience!

This is a review for the 7-day Yellowstone bus tour. Our tour guide was Anton Wen (driven by Mr. Ong), who presented in either Mandarin, Cantonese, or English, depending on the passengers. It covers a lot of ground in 7 days, so youre spending a fair amount of time on the bus. However, its perfect for our needs with children and senior citizens, so I dont have to do all the driving. There is minimal walking involved. You get to a site, walk around for pictures and food (anywhere from 15 minutes to an hour depending on the locale) and hop back on the bus again. They stop every couple of hours for us to use the restroom and get snacks. Theres also recommendations for places to eat and a stop for the grocery store to lower costs. The best part is that you get to see the scenic spots. We also got to see wildlife like bison and a bald eagle. Anton was accessible to us through a group Wechat and was warm and friendly. When one hotel ran out of hot water, someone messaged him and he responded to the manager immediately. So, if you want an easy tour, this is a good way to go.

WOW! The best vacation time spent of my life. My entire family enjoyed every moment of the time spent on the tour. Special thanks to the tour guide Emma. Emma was exceptional and always had customer wants and needs as her first priority. She is very knowledgeable and gave us the brief history of each places we visited and guided us and took care of the safety of each and every customers.
