CS Motorwerks did an excellent job on my BMW 430i. I needed new brake pads which they replaced without upselling me into replacing the rotors like most mechanics do. They also did an oil service at a very reasonable price.However I was really in need of a repair of my coolant system. I had a very bad leak and the car was undrivable. There was a lot of labor involved but they were reasonable on their pricing. I was really in a bind and they helped me out.I would definitely recommend CS Motorwerks. I will be bringing my car there for service from now on as well as my daughter’s X3 and my girlfriend’s 500SL.

Service Appointment was available within a few days. My situation was not an emergency, so it was fine to wait, especially since I called during the holidays and was seen by January 2. I arrived, knowing that I would be waiting in the waiting room while work was being done on my car. It was very clean and comfortable, but in cold weather make sure you bring a warm coat because the waiting room is very cold. Other than that. I could not have asked for a more pleasant experience. Customer service is excellent. The work on my car, was efficient and quick in the timeframe I was promised. Pricing was competitive and very fair.. Absolutely no problems and I will be using CS Motorwerks again.

CS Motorwerks (love the German spelling) does first-rate work at a fair price. They always come in close to the estimate and finish repairs promptly. They’re thorough and honest, and they’ll let you know which repairs can wait for another day and which can’t. The first time I brought my Bimmer here, for a new radiator, they sent me to the BMW dealer because it was covered under a special warranty I didn’t even know I had. I took my 340i to CS for my service at 54,000 miles. The cost of the service was about 30% less and with genuine BMW parts. On top of that, it was done fast and done well. Had a dead battery in my 2019 Mini Cooper. AAA came out and were going to put in a battery but I called Christian at CSMotorwerks. He talked to the AAA guy and determined that he didn’t have the right battery for my car. AAA gave me a jump and I drove right over to CSM. Christian got me the correct battery and did all the tech things you have to do with computerized cars these days. I was back on the road in no time. CSMoterwerks is the best.

These guys are great. Took my sons used BMW there for oil change and to replace a spark plug that had been over torqued and another garage cold not replace it. They methodically worked it and replaced the spark plug without damage. They gave the car a full look over and provided some feedback on some items we need to keep an eye on but didnt try to walk us through a list of items that had to be done right away like a lot of auto service centers do. I felt like we were getting a solid repair, great service, and some thoughtful guidance. Definitely way better than the average Auto Service!

The CSMotorwerks shop is well organized, clean, professional, the owner, Christian, really gets it. I previously serviced my BMW and Audi at the dealerships. The BMW dealer refused to give me a loan car on a service call, so I decided to find a new shop. I am so glad I did, one of the services that both dealer and CSM performed, CSM was 65% LESS! I just had the 60K mile service performed on the Audi, remarkably less than dealership pricing. My 8 year old BMW is starting to have lots of little things break, I am so happy I found CSM to keep it going rather than the expense of a new car.

I just bought a used BMW and was looking for a reputable shop for an oil change and inspection. Based on reviews I decided to try CSM and requested a next-morning appointment online, not thinking I would get it. I did, and I received the exact time I asked for, within 2 hours of sending the request. The next day I met Christian, we discussed the car in detail, and I left it with him. Four hours later I received a text that my car was done. I paid the invoice online (very reasonably priced) and received the paid invoice via email. So easy! When I picked up the car Christian walked me through what he found, what we need to keep an eye on, and sent me along with knowledge and new oil. I must admit, I look forward to my next oil change. Had my Land Rover worked on a couple of weeks back.Previous mechanic that worked on my car screwed up the wheel bearing 8 months ago and these guys were able to diagnose and replace it without costing me an arm and a leg.They were so good that there were a few other low minor issues that I wanted to have attention eventually were also addressed without even asking. They didnt mention it but I bet the mechanic just did a few things while he was working on it.Would highly recommend these guys and wish they were back home where I lived so I could always take any Euro-cars to them

The best BMW mechanic in the area. The shop owner Christian is an expert mechanic when it comes to BMWs including Ms. Hes pretty straightforward and easy person to work with. He will give you his honest opinion and the best recommendations for your car. Hes pretty conservative and honest and will only recommend what needs to done. He also will not pressure you to get any work done. Christian however, will give you a heads up if a repair needs to be a priority otherwise, hell give you a recommendations list in order which repairs need to be prioritized.The diagnostics that they do on your car is always 99% accurate. Ive been taking my 2005 BMW M3 here for regular maintenance, major maintenance, or any necessary repair for 3 years now and Ive never had any problems with the car as long as I followed their recommendations.BMW parts and labor are known to be expensive but based on the quotes that I got from the shops around the area including the dealership before coming to this shop, CS MotorWerks is the most reasonable out of all of them. The price that they charge for the quality of work, puts this shop number one on my ratings list.Ive referred a few of my friends here and everyone so far are impressed with how efficient he does the work. When he tells you to drop the car on a certain day, hes already on top of it as soon as the car arrives thats why he always get the job done right away.Overall, I give this shop a rating of five stars because of their expertise, quality of work, and great customer service. The work that they do on your car is reasonably priced and the job is always done right.

This is a first class facility. Very knowledgeable staff who know what they are doing their. This was my first time using these guys and they were a pleasure to deal with. Didn’t try to sell me on additional work but were aware of my cars weaknesses. It is a 2004 BMW X5 with 200,000 on the clock so there are issues that are age related but not worth fixing at this point. Christian the owner advised me of the issues but agreed they were not worth fixing. Unusual to hear that. I am snowbirding from out of state and just needed an oil change. I love the car and maintain it to keep it on the road. Christian totally understood my philosophy. He was great to deal with and if needed I would take it in there with confidence until the day Thre car dies of natural causes. I would recommend this company with confidence.

I called Chris late on a weekend because we wanted some advice on a used Mini Cooper we were considering. Chris was very pleasant over the phone and took the time to talk, ask questions and when I asked if he could look over the car he said I could bring it in Monday morning first thing. Bottom line, Chris was very pleasant, upfront, knowledgeable and we walked away feeling a great deal better about not pursuing this vehicle because of his inspection. And much to our dismay, despite having spent considerable time doing his inspection, when asked how much we owed him he told us it was no charge - when we countered we wanted to pay him something he wouldnt take our money. In a world where good service is difficult to find, unless you pay for it, Chris is an anomaly and it almost makes me want to buy a BMW or Mini Cooper just so he can be our mechanic. Remember the old days when friendly neighborhood mechanics existed? A place where you would take your car, shake the guys hand and just know he’d fix it right and not overcharge you or sell you on stuff you didn’t need?Well Christian and his team at CS motorwerks are that and much more. He’s a factory trained BMW technician who worked at a BMW dealership for many years, and I recently found out he builds and races vintage race cars for fun! How cool!I first found him maybe 8 years ago when my mint condition E36 M3’s window regulator went out. The dealer wanted an exorbitant amount to replace it, so I looked at local BMW mechanics in the area. Once I found him, he told me I didn’t need a new one, and that he could rebuild it for literally 1/10th of the dealer price. Since that day he’s the only guy that I let touch any of my cars, including my Porsche and Ferrari.The world would be a better place if more of these types of businesses were still around.
