They saved my day. They have a friendly and patient service attitude and will teach you some practical computer repair techniques to avoid similar situations from happening again. If they charge you a price, it will also be a proper price.

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Brought in my laptop with a charging issue, they helped me figure out what was wrong with a free diagnostic then offered multiple different solutions for different price points. Didnt try to upsell me or pressure me into the more expensive option, just presented the information fairly and objectively. Left with a new charger that they helped configure and feeling very satisfied. Would highly recommend!

I brought an expensive automotive scanner to have diagnosed for not charging/powering on. The amount of time and effort put in to helping me diagnose the issue on the spot was unbelievable. Wonderful customer service and a knowledgeable expert was easily able to answer all my questions and show me in person what was physically wrong with my device. Im a professor in Claremont and dont normally post reviews. But the assistance I received from CS2K Services deserves a strong review. I had a defective port on a laptop. They did a complete systems check (and cleaned the whole computer at the same time), found that the standard repair would be too expensive, and found an inexpensive workaround. Their combination of expertise and service is extraordinary. Very strongly recommended!

They built me a great gaming computer i pretty much went all out on. They were great on messaging me on the process of the build. And letting me know what was going on. And they got it done pretty quickly considering getting the parts isnt what it used to be. So with that said as a customer i am more than completely happy with the way the build went and getting my pc.

I took my laptop to the geek squad at BestBuy because the charging port wasnt working and was told that I would need another computer because it would cost too much to get it fixed. I took it to CS2K for a second opinion and they did a free diagnostic on it and fixed it. It was just something simple as updating the software. I will be taking my business here from now on. The customer service was top notch and they were well-informed. To show my appreciation, I left a $50 tip. Thank you for the service.

I have a 2015 Apple Macbook Pro Laptop that developed a swollen battery problem. This is a sign that the battery is becoming defective and that it can spontaneously explode or burst into flames at any time. Very dangerous. When I took it to the Apple repair center I have patronized for many years, I was told that the parts and labor costs to replace the battery would run about $300 or more, and that because they were so busy it would likely take two to three weeks or more before they could even look at it. Since I needed the computer for work and couldnt wait that long for it to be repaired, I left the store disappointed and frustrated because there are very few computer repair shops in my area that work on Macs. But as I was driving home I drove past CS2Ks office. And when I saw the Apple logo on their store front window, I thought Id stop in to see if they could help me. And they certainly did. I met with Sheena, who is extremely knowledgeable and friendly, and she assured me that they DO work on Macs (as well as PCs), that the total cost of my repair would be less than $200, and that they could get my laptop back to me in two days. And they DID. They did a terrific job on it, it works perfectly and I couldnt be happier. CS2K works on all makes and models of computers. But if you specifically have a Mac that needs service, I highly recommend CS2K to do the job. The work is great, the techs are knowledgeable, the staff is friendly and the prices and wait times for repairs are VERY reasonable.

Have used CS2K Services twice and both times they were beyond expectations for response to my specific needs, even coming to my home for what ended up as a pickup and delivery. The staff, telephone and in person, are knowledgeable, efficient and courteous. Ive taken out a yearly service contract with them and recommend them without reservation.

It used to be a great place. My last experience with them was the worst. Usually they do the diagnostic of the machine upfront when it is a simple problem. They kept them for 24 hours. They promised to call about the status they didn’t. They said they were going to backup and put all files on USB port, they didn’t. After I haven’t heard from them for 24 hours, I went to the store, and the parts they wanted to replace are more costly than the machines themselves. I think they were good and helpful in the phase where they wanted to attract people. Now they have become unprofessional, rude, and greedy

Great experience, knowledgeable staff. I went in because my laptop was ran over by a vehicle, but the SSD was still intact. I was quoted by another company that the extraction could cost between $900-$3,000. I paid under $200 for the extraction services with CS2K and a handy SSD external reader. You guys are the best thank you so very much.

I have been using Computer Solutions for the last 4 or more years. I made the mistake one time and went somewhere else and was so unhappy with the total experience. I will never stray again! The service is great, the staff is very helpful and if you have general questions they are always more than happy to help! I recommend them to everyone, even to beginners because they are very patient and dont make you feel bad if you need a second explanation to understand how to do things on the computer!! Great Promising Service. Had trouble installing Windows on a new M.2 drive for around a week. Brought it in for a diagnostic and after a day they told my my ssd had problems and replaced it for a new one around the same price.

Everyone at CS2K was very nice and super helpful! My Microsoft surface pro called it quits. The CS2K did everything they could to attempt to reboot the device (which was more than best buy was willing to do) but unfortunately the powers of Microsoft won. They assured me that unless they were able to fix it the charge for the attempt would be $0, which was the case. Their help didnt stop there; they helped me facilitate a device exchange with Microsoft and they took care of all the communications and shipping for a small fee. After the new device arrived they performed a quality control check. Throughout the entire process, which didnt take too long they continued to update me on the shipping status of the new and old device. Overall great customer service experience and I highly recommend their services to anyone with computer issues

Above and Beyond: CS2K Computer Solutions has gone above and beyond for my Claremont College student. They opened their office 2 hours before their actual business hours to make sure my student was able to log into his class. He attended class from the CS2K office and began official repairs once the class had ended. Their customer service is truly extraordinary. Had to get a battery replaced on my 2017 MacBook Pro. Battery was dying within 20 minutes. Service was very friendly and walk through some troubleshooting steps I could take on my own to see the battery life in case I need to get it replaced again. 10/10 would recommend.

1st their response to my inquiry was detailed. CS2K services has been consistently focused on excellence. I suggest to improve the quality of the excellence to ascertain the customers need for the best tech. Browsers FF vs Chrome are different from one another. Not everyone is trained to be superior in both, so assign the customer to the tech trained in the specific browser needing work. This applies to the hardware side of the service which CS2K is proven.

Went to CS2K to fix a problem with my laptop. Could not open up Outlook. In less than 10 min Shad fixed the problem, showed me how to avoid or fix it in the future and fixed a minor problem with my iphone at no charge. I have been there with the same GREAT service.
