I purchased a package and am unable to download using the FTP link provided. I have called over a dozen times and left voicemails I also send emails with no response and its been 2 weeks. I would love to use what I ordered but do not have access to it. Please contact me asap.

Poor tech support. FAQs do not address the problem. Have sent three email messages right after installation. No response at all. Products are great but, what good are they if you cant use them?

Ive been using CrystalGraphic templates for my presentations for a while now. I think it gives my presentations an edge compared to others. If I could change one thing it would be the price. Ive never had a problem downloading or using the templates.

After checked out an item, I have not received any link to download it. I have called many times no answer. I have sent more than 6 emails no respond. They have a very very bad customer service. If you are reading this before decide to buy a PPT template from them, so you are lucky. Just be aware!They do not deserve even one star

Crystal Graphics is very intuitive to utilize. Im a surprise that people are saying they are having issues downloading content. It has a ton of useful resources for any project you could be working on. Also, templets work for windows or iOS. The templates I used really helped my project stand out and I had no issue accessing link or downloading.
